Let us listen to spring soft wind's' arrival,
The voice of peace, hope and nature's revival
  

school of lessons

I looked into
eyes,
darkened
to bruises
and
being thrown
as you
go blind
to concussion.

Being thrown
and strangled
by no
a stranger
but
he never knew
why
so
mischievous
your pockets.

Slapped
across
the face
for
marking
with
the wrong pen...

I made friends
with this devil
and stubborn-ed
his abuse
into the full
of witness abuse
As a child,
I never knew,
but I did
and grew...
once no obtuse.....

I used a charm
of reverse
psychology
of his anger
in the skies,
I mellowed
like ice cream
of cones......

Life Lessons I learnt

1. the importance of the Golden Rule.
2. The importance of good manners--especially, Thank U, Please,Please excuse me, Pardon me.
3. The impotance of trying something different to try to solve a problem that you have tried something else before to solve without result.

Lessons from Trees

The winds that make the seedlings sway,
ensure that they upright will stay.
As fibers flex and tissues stress,
resilience grows as wind gusts press.

If trees are grown where no wind blows,
 their trunks will not sturdily grow.
Instead of standing strong and tall,
 they will soon bend over and fall.

Lessons From Heaven

I stopped glowing
from the age of heaven
and hell taught,
I wasn't ready,
and it scared me.
I was focused
after school
on 50 cent pieces
for the lollies
Mother reached in
her orange purse
for those silver coins
I didn't
know
of the devil
and even God,
Us kids,
never went to church
but had lessons
in a backroom,
I loved Easter,
decorating
those eggs.
It was delightful
and magical.
Live shouldn't
be fear-ful,
there's enough
of gritty
violence
as it is....

Learning On The Path Of Life

Whichever pathway you decide to choose,
They’ll always be lessons and lots of clues.
On every pathway, lessons will exist, 
Finding truth will require that you persist.

Walking a path, does not learning assure.
Takes more than presence, learning to secure.
From your doubt you ask, “why aren’t I learning?”

The Weight of Others' Expectations

Son of Man, pause before judgment's seat,
Lest haste consume your soul's retreat.
Do what's right, yet don't waste precious time,
For pleasing all is a futile rhyme.

In seeking validation, you may lose your way,
And those you please will mock you on your final day.
Marry with wisdom, don't borrow to impress,
For pleasing others can lead to financial distress.

A few lessons of grief

Each person grieves in their own way,
processing loss is never easy.

It helps to have understood early on
that nothing lasts forever.

Death is part of this life that's transient,
the end never comes when opportune.

It's comforting to focus on the treasures,
no matter how short the love has lived.

And what remains within the heart,
enshrined, resides in there forever ~
