we are standing beneath a large marquee
to hear arrogant words of some marquis
a horrible man i just hate to see.
However, my obstinate girlfriend , she
insisted we leave our boat at the quay
to attend this function. It was her plea.
I don't understand my fiancé Leigh,
but doing whatever she wants is key!
I hope afterwards they'll at least serve brie.

I Come From By Jordan Leigh

Espana
Land of my forefathers
Land of the great armada
Land of history that many know not
My forefathers came across the seas in search of new hopes
leaving behind the terrorism,war,and lost hopes
From wealth to poverty my family came
From honor to shame to our once honored name
Life in America came as a surprise
Like a gift just given
Unknowing of what was to come
Difficulties,despair,work,love,and care
Were only a few to which my family knew
Years went by
How how did time fly
Like a bird soaring through the sky
Oh how times have changed
Technology changed and came dependant
cars,laptops,cells,and planes
Something my forefathers never seen
Equal rights and opportunities
Gave women like me the chance to dream
Of a better future filled with dreams that become reality
I’m proud to say I come from…

Vivien Leigh As Scarlett

The striking actress
  Vivien Leigh played the role
    of Scarlett in, "Gone With The Wind".
      The Southern belle fell in love with Rhett,
        who had a set of charming blue eyes that captured
          her heart burning with passion and love: like her red dress!

  In the heart-wrenching scene on a barren hill,
    over-looking the luxurious mansion, we see furious Scarlett
      vowing herself to never go angry again and not to live in poverty;
        and we hear her loud voice thundering amid cannons' blasts, as she
          pleads her promise with vengeance staring at the orange-colored sunset!
            And from that war, which brought much destruction to the South, a great nation rose!

To My Daughter-in-Law,Aimee-Leigh.

What a beautiful name for a wonderful girl,
Who sets my heart in a whirl;
As pretty as a picture,a heart so big and true,
With a love so pure and perfect,sent out to me and you.
Contrite and sweet,proud and strong,
A melody,to a beautiful song;
Your always there, to show your love,
Just like an angel,sent from above.
It does my heart such pleasure,
Your ways I truely treasure;
As in this life,you find your way,
And also help others,along the way.
God saw my heart,He knew my need,
For the daughter-in-law,that I did plead;
I thank Him for each day,for your place in my life,
And,that my son,found a beautiful wife.
Your welcomed,in this family of mine,
Forever and always,till the end of time;
Thankyou so much,for your love and your care,
And for being my daughter,so true and so fair.
I'm priveledged to know you,as a daughter and a friend,
And to know,you are some-one,on whom I can depend;
God bless you today,and forever more;
And,know that I love you,of that you can be sure.

Chelsea Leigh

Take my words, expose them as lies
I want to be wrong, I want to be denied
Show me I’m mistaken and that I’ve lied all along
Show me what your not, and prove me to be wrong

Tell me you want more out of this life
More than just saying you want to do what’s right
I don’t want to hear what you think I’d like
What I want to hear from you is “mom you’re not right”

Lies become stronger and more powerful with time
Don’t fall into this trap of manipulative crime
So Chelsea Leigh, what else can I do?
Then to prove to my daughter that you’re amazing too

Contrary to your beliefs and your condescending views
You’ve failed to realize I’ve always been watching you
Observing and listening to your each and every move
Giving you love and guidance, watching you improve

So call me a liar, and illustrate your new approach
Confirm your new identity without me to coach
I now see the talent, I’ve tried to set free
I now see the daughter, who no longer resembles me
