Premium Member Origami Heart

Onyx heart oh how it breaks
Red eyes cry painting face
Indigo tears feeling blue
Given best years to you
Amethyst soul once had hopes
Melted away like candle gold
Innermost turmoil loss of sleep

Hope a red river draining me
Emerald eyes that hypnotize
Accompanied by lavender lies
Ruby words that flatter me
Turquoise bird flying free

Premium Member Cosmo and the Water Hose

Along the fence there are flowers so I water them full stream
on the other side Cosmo watches hypnotize his eyes beam
I start to the left and spray to the right to Cosmo this is a delight
from the right spray back to the left and again from left to right
The flow of full water stream and Cosmo runs along
he barks and follows the water biting at it as he follows strong
Cosmo so eager the water splashing at the plants
in rhythm he runs beside it as if with the stream he dance
I water more than attended so Cosmo can play
he is such a funny big dog I resist on him to spray.

Premium Member Minstrel Wind and Dancer Lavender Romancing the Muse

Oh hypnotize, yon fields of grace,
your supple stems in wind’s embrace
and fill your scent my breathing space,
in sunlit rows and shadows
mid fuzzy hum in meadows.

Ahh bloom, dear blossoms, lavender!
Intoxicate the atmosphere;
a dalliance with yesteryear.
Do sway with rhythm blowy
sweet fleurs petite and showy,

do sway and let selves undulate
with air in rhythm celebrate
along with songs of windchimes, faint.
Oh dance, yes dance young breezes!
Romance the plume that teases

and reaches for the gold in skies,
where sylphs of sunset fraternize
as earth and heavens fantasize
of flowy ballerinas.
For gods a panacea

and too, my muse, as fingers sweep
the silk of petals on spikes steep
to wake my dreams that were asleep.
For long they lay forgotten
their silver-gleam stems trodden.

Oh rise in rhythm, wind! Do rise,
and gift my voice a tryst with chimes,
recite with lilt soprano rhymes...
Make smooth my pulse to groove through veins
like lavender in tufted waves
       ...and wind, let whirl the rooster’s vane.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Cascades of gold in thin glasses~
Hissing whispers stuck beneath the meniscus.
A thousand tiny stars rise,
Mixing with the wild new year's eve air.
Perfect spheres burst at the surface~
Alive for just one second.
Gone too soon, like laughter, like youth,
Never meant to bide, only to hypnotize.
Elegance is a fleeting thing.
They Walk Amongst Us
Don't forget her.
She's shameless,
self-centered,
weeping profusely
without reason.
Soft melodies
she sings
for whomever
is in the vicinity.
She knows.
She's a criminal,
stealing looks
from other women.
They hate the easy effort
to hypnotize
the comfortably curious.
She is real.
She's everywhere,
taking lives,
choosing by
throwing stones
into the crowd.
Onlookers whisper,
"How disgusting,"
they say,
without remorse or care.
Lights flicker.
Squinted eyes all around.
She's disappeared
into the night.
Don't forget her.
She's shameless.
Premium Member drippity doo-dah
It began at midnight...a slow, steady, drip!
Taunting me, haunting me, testing my patience.
A constant, rhythmic, drip, Drip, DRIP!
Gah! Do I get up and deal with it, or roll over and bury my head in the pillow?
Eventually, those little drips started to crescendo into an evil percussionist!
An Ogre playing timpani drums in my head!
COME ON! I've gotta get up for work in the A.M.!
But now, the drip, drip, drip, is going, Boom!...Boom!...Boom!
Who knew that something as small as a few water drops,
could have such a deep voice and could bark baritone all night!
One pillow deep...Nada!
Two pillows deep...AAH!, I Hate You!...SHUT...UP!!!
Just as I was about to start breaking things...
Something curious happened, the timpani drums slowed tempo slightly,
and began to lull, hypnotize, and then serenade.
I felt myself sinking into the void, like being sucked under in quicksand.
The rhythm rocked me to sleep, like I was back in the cradle,
gently pushing me further into the further, until...Aah!, finally...Dreamland!
You know what?...screw calling the plumber!
Premium Member Listen To The Wind
L isten closely to the wind's softest hum
I t gently caresses and touches my hair,
S weet scent of jasmine it brings from afar
T ogether with ambrosial fragrance of roses,
E very sense-bud in my body feels serene
N ot a single feeling forgetfully untouched.
T antalize my soul, hypnotize my heart
O soothing wind, you make me yearn for days gone by!
T rue emotions sway through reminiscences,
H eal pain and sadness magically, calm
E very chord of an aching hurting soul.
W ind, you whisper and murmur a tale so poignant
I n harmony with a river's rippling sound,
N ostalgia envelopes my total existence
D ive with an ardour into retrospection.
Thorns
--BlossomMonyei--
A path of thorns
Thorns of many kind.
Thorns that'll ruin a life
Thorns that hypnotize to pierce your leg.
I've been taught
Avoid thorns
The pleasure
I barely resist
All it takes is a foot
I fought not to
But pleasure grew
Desire became hungry.
I enjoyed as it entered my foot
Forgot the consequences
Pleasure left, Desire satisfied
A great penalty, I was shocked
I knew I couldn't continue the journey
I'll struggle to walk.
I gather herbs for it to heal.
But it won't.
The real deal hasn't resulted
I pray to a God I've never known
I won't do it again I've sworn
"You are my lifeline"
With struggle I'll walk
Even if it'll turn worse
Though peace, in my heart it's absent
Lord with you, peace lies.
Premium Member Dark Coal Of Night
Neath moon, dark coal of night
Fills my wide eyes
As shadows of tree limbs
Sway in the breeze
Like eerie snakes they twirl
And hypnotize
Night monsters on the ground
To haunt and tease!
I look in the mirror and nothing is there.
I cry but there’s no trace of tears.
I scream and the night wind answers my call.
I am just what everyone fears.
I fly through the shadows under the moon.
In darkness I’ve hunted and fed.
I bleed through the alleys, my hunger as guide
And I follow wherever I’m led.
I am not a legend, I am real. I am free!
I run with the beasts in the wild.
I cannot be taken. I’ll never be tamed,
But I’ll never be loved, just reviled.
While you are sleeping, I enter your dreams.
I’m the cold chill that runs down your back.
My thirst is stronger than your will to live.
I am everything you wish to lack.
I hypnotize with the sound of my voice,
My eyes absorb all trace of light.
I hide in the darkness under the earth
But at nightfall I always take flight.
I know you can hear me, you know what I need.
I can feel the warmth in your bones.
I long to take you into my embrace
But I’m doomed to be always alone.
	Oh, I’ll be alive forever.
	And I will be dead for all time.
	Survival is really my only endeavor
	But my soul will never be mine.
	No, my soul will never be mine…
Lucid Dreaming
Your treasured memory flashes like a falling star from my mind's eternal sky
It creates cosmic time loops where spirits from the tomb gather
While old conversations, like white snow, falls
As time no longer flies
With such glitz and glamour
And whenever I see your face amongst others again in that time loop
As in, you swagger
I always remember why I still love you
For like the mystical everlasting sea
The wild magic of you and me
Together
Will forever flow and run free
Like a lone siren's love song once whispered
To try to hypnotize
Ulysses
This cold scheduled grey life
Has me so on point and on task
The tunnel vision is nauseating
The horse blinders debilitating
Want for what, wish for who
An existence built to hypnotize
Time coerced me into being
Unapologetically institutionalized
The Poison I Crave
I live in this continuum,
Where I sit, I scroll, I rot.
This blissful poison hypnotizes me in,
An artifice far deadlier than I thought.
It promises me sweet lies,
Feeding on the pith of my mind.
I grow my own nicotine,
A toxin that turns me blind.
Stronger than any drug it seems,
It drags me out of reality.
I escape to the realms of fractured dreams,
Only to suffer their calamity.
I live in this continuum,
Where my soul resigns to the comfort I crave.
In this abyss I dwell,
I have learned to dig up my own grave.
When I First Saw You
When I First Saw  You
When I first saw you
In my dreams,
You mesmerize me
You hypnotize me.
Your love mojo
Working overtime.
Sparks flew
From heart-to-heart.
You were mine
And I was yours.
We knew it
Someday.
 we would be
together.
it took eight years
before you walked,
off a bus
and into my life.
becoming my wife
my eternal soul mate.
