Ever so I laid horizontal
In trued, looking up
…yonder hued
Kept on the side
Eyes lifted high
Environment sewed the heavens abound, above my eyes…
All I saw was “blue”

My boyfriend is one
unlike any I've had before.

Horizontal Pause

A Horizontal pause in the evening light
staring up
feeling content on Earths soft floor.
Clouds confused pausing...seeming to
protect us from distant lights.
Eyes fixed, fragile hearts willing to
receive all beauty available
in this elevated silence.
White cliffs, soft clouds; 
our infinite audience as natures
lazy applause moves gently over us.
