The Never greens
Grandma worked for the salvation army, sorting clothes.
she was part of a class called the working poor.
On occasion she'd take us shopping downtown
this was long before downtown went crazy.
She would buy brother and I a toy-maybe a treat.
Did I mention that was before downtown went crazy.
Today it isn't safe for anybody,
and crazy is spreading

Turnip Greens
There is plenty of sunshine beaming down,
And plenty of water too; enough to astound
There has been an abundance of rain,
Moisturizing major crops of grain
And our vegetable garden out back
Appear to be thriving and has no lack
Leafy and lively vegetable are now in bloom
Cucumbers and tomatoes will be bearing soon
We also planted greens: mustards and turnips

Turkey Alive
Well, I listened to Benjamin Zephaniah,
And I kept my young turkey alive.
We had a really good blast last Christmas,
With hip-hop and reggae and jive.
We opened our presents real early,
Taking selfies and having a laugh.
I bought Turkey some really cool trainers,
And he bought me some gloves and a scarf.
Then we ate a lovely fat dinner.
I cooked

To Maintain
Rescheduling to allow enough
time so that what had been done
in 15 minutes could be done
in 7;00 minutes.
Re-learning the graft is
how he described the doings
of "Allocated Time"!
in working hours are expensive.
In Lescer often their isn't enough time
to accomplish what you wished or
planned to do.
In understanding time is set aside
to show how different
things are.
In a relationship

The Island Without Greens
The island is rich
In natural coal minerals
A company begun mining it
People come in to force labor
For national copper
They mined the sea under it
The island turn to a fortress wall
To house the industry and the five thousand workers
They made apartments, schools, courtyards
Stores, gym, and other amenities
And made ten meter wall around the island
They name the

The Preparations of Greens
There once was a maid who could not cook
She didn't enjoy reading a book
Her mom tried to teach her chores
With those she only became bored
Gritty greens and soap took to the brook
