In this age of greed and weed
~ so much fun to watch America bleed

Flat Earth? Totally level mate!

.They think they've got us neatly fooled,By global maps and globes in school. But look outside, it's plain to see,The ground is flat as it can be.If we were spinning out in space,We’d all be flying off the place. The water would just spill right out,Of every lake and water spout. And don't get started on the moon,Or NASA’s giant space balloon. They hide the ice wall at the edge,With penguins guarding on the ledge. It’s just a giant dinner plate,No spinning core or heavy weight. So drop the math and look outside,There is no curve for them to hide.

Deniers

To the tune of "Russians" by Sting

In America and Australia there's a growing hysteria

Comparing those who see global warming threat

To the North Koreans and the Soviets.

Mr. Inhofe said scientists lied to you,

I don't subscribe to that point of view

It's such an ignorant thing to tell

I hope deniers love their kids as well.

How can I save my little girl from the rule of Texas Oil?

We see misuses of common sense

By those the Right side of political fence

They don't care about biology

But only their false ideology

Believe me when I say to you

I hope deniers love their children too.

These people claim rationality as they deny planetary reality

And believe to be the soul of the nation as they practice prevarication

Freedom and wealth do not require

To burn oil or set rainforests on fire.

Mr. Limbaugh said it can't be true,

I don't subscribe to that point of view,

It's such an ignorant thing to tell

I hope deniers love their kids as well.

The facts of climatology

Are not dependent on ideology

What might save us, me, and you

Is if deniers love their children too.

Premium Member Global warming gives me chills

It's gonna be cold tonight
They predict one degree
The polar vortex has a bite
Unheard of here in NYC.

Global warming is the crime
It allows the cold to break thru here
So we must push for offshore turbines
While we sip on frozen beer.

Its gonna be cold out there
They say polar bear numbers will wane
But those bears are unaware
They're making cubs like clouds make rain.

In Antarctica it's negative sixty one
Coldest its been for 44 years
But ice shelves are melting in the sun
and nothing is as it appears.

Florida's freeze made dead bananas
Carolina towns can't cope
The reasons we must hammer
Renewables are our only hope.

FLAT EARTH VS. GLOBAL

I don't believe the earth is flat
I'm not a scientist but it's a sure bet
That no matter how far one travels
No one has fallen over the edge as of yet

I often wonder if the flat earth society
Have memberships around the globe
How would they explain that phenomenon
The truth would sooner or later unfold

My sister and brother in law
Regularly hike the "Abby grind"
I'm sure when they are climbing, the flatness
Of the earth is not prominent in their mind

Though the flat earthers have some very good points
Like the earth is 71% H2o
Maybe in a sense it is flat
Because it's not carbonated, we know

When I was in school we learned the earth is round
But I'm from Sasatchewan, born and raised
And my world is definitely pancake flat
That's the situation here, that I've appraised

Global PTSD

Written By: D. Collins 1/12/26

Global PTSD is a man made creation.
Limiting the places we once took vacations.
We shouldn't visit Cancun or European cities.
Something bad could happen to our families.

There's a change in the air and not for the best.
There is a serious risk travelling outside the U.S.
This was accomplished within the course of a year.
An American passport is not welcomed anywhere.

It's impossible to tell who just might have a beef.
Since we've managed to piss off about every country.
My advice would be to stick close to home.
To avoid the negative underlying tones.

Premium Member A Kind of Psychology is Global Crime

Psychology, Global Crime

Where is the life?
Where is personality?
Where is freedom?
Where is an independent being?

Where is life?
Where is the person?
Where is the individual?
Where is the life?

Psychology, why cover life?
I want freedom, no criminals, no psychologicals
Just live, just live, just live. Hmm. My life

In God’s world
In purity

No
Psychology

No
Psychology
Psychology life.

Life
Plan of God
God created a path. No psychologists’ kind
Psychology is a despotic being, trying to be over the mind

For power. For money. To rule the lives
I need to live the pure life. I want. No criminals
No psychological crimes

Rain 02-02-24

Rain, the supple daggers that shatter upon a window,
sprinting down its slippery surface
racing towards the ground.
The individual drops turn and twist
spiraling, earthbound.

Teardrop diamonds cut gracefully through
the air falling,
falling into an array of brown, blue and black,
the world around them parting a path.
A red carpet to the land.

They dive headfirst, plummeting into foreign lands;
buildings, bricks and slate-tiles roofs.
A sense of nostalgia?
As if they'd been here before,
but they were not them
and we were not us.

In a solemn cloud crystalline droplets rejoice.
They tie a parachute of sunlight to their waists,
watch as the narrow ray is sliced
into ribbons, flowing across the horizon.
Between concrete pillars
and above the barren fields,
a melancholy beauty.

Under a scorching sun,
tiny molecules rise
doggedly chasing the blue above.
Few will reach a destination
and scarcer a meaningful one
but each promises life.

They have been here before
though everything was different,
and easier.

Sustenance lessens
So life withers on the vine –
Mankind declining

Hot Air

Politicians are paid as a last resort
to attend the summit accomplishing nought
but flap their lips expose their gums
feed their face and fill their tums
all the hot air they expend
I don't exaggerate
discussing climate change in the end
will only exacerbate
the ongoing problem long-since forming
a future foreboding of global warming
for every page and pamphlet printed
put in the post or stuck on walls
about ecology and saving the woods
it seems to me yet another tree in the forest falls
and I believe for every drop of acid rain
a flower dies
somewhere under the darkest skies
a new-born baby cries

Pack your bags
We are off to the airport
Our Flight #212 was called
Our plane is running down the runway
Into the friendly skies
European places
Just you, me and anyone else who wants to join
Enriched goodness and elegance
Feel the avion
History with its own aroma
Reflecting back enjoying the laid back
Relaxed setting
Sights and sounds
Loveliness like no other
Picture perfect
European cuisine
Wine sip
European flavor
Just savor
Foreign languages accent all around
Romantic violin’s feeling enchanted
An evening of dance under the stars and moon
Kisses upon kisses
Candlelight sensation
Walking along the shores
Fashion shops
Styles and Brands
Shop until you drop
Adventure
Journey
Friendly voices
Destination back
Our venture hard to keep track.

GLOBAL WARMING

Because of global warming
The ice caps are melting
Much faster and it's falling
By the chunks causing
Sea levels to rise tremendously
And creating devastating flooding
Because the water has to settle
Somewhere, it's starting to remind me
Of the movie WATERWORLD and
How those people had to live/

Global Warming 2100

The mountains wept.
The skies moaned.
The soil trembled.
The trees whispered their last green prayers—
"Man has destroyed us... alone."

He who adds no value
takes all,
then leaves nothing—
just wastelands where rivers once sang.

The year was 2100.
Half of Britain—gone beneath the Atlantic.
Japan—smaller than a dot on a map.
American states—flooded into memory.
Europe—erased.
Russia’s frost—melted into pestilence.

Africa— Famine became the air.
Children born on rafts,
fields drowned or cracked open in grief.

China— Cities sleep beneath the sea,
towers weep salt into silence.

We were warned.
But greed was louder than science,
stronger than truth,
crueler than time.

Now the Earth writes back
in flood, famine, fire—
her final signature: sorrow.

Let this not be prophecy.
Let this be the scream
that wakes the world.
