When industry is repurposed savage,
colors explode in a rebirth of sorts.
A stairway leads to all that is unseen,
spiral up to the spirit of the unknown.
Colors explode in a rebirth of sorts,
ligneous beauty remains unrivaled.
Spiral up to the spirit of the unknown
follow what is in your nature to do.
Ligneous beauty remains unrivaled,
unfiltered will ultimately transfix you.
Follow what is in your nature to do,
bright colors flourish with fertilization.
Unfiltered will ultimately transfix you,
pastel lights and fancy flights take off.
Bright colors flourish with fertilization,
mad genius leaks all over the mundane.
Pastel lights and fancy flights take off,
a stairway leads to all that is unseen.
Mad genius leaks all over the mundane,
when industry is repurposed savage.
The erstwhile poet chose
to write hideous prose
Narratives of mangled fingers
of twisted elbows linger
Hardening readers’ hearts
though they could not bear to part
from every line the genius wrote
his brilliance in sickening verse cloaked

The line between genius and psychopath
Is sometimes fine.
Both have brilliant creative minds
And a disregard for upsetting social norms,
But the genius has something distinct
Which makes their contribution worthwhile
And that is compassion for the humanity
It doesn’t ever quite fit.

all genius includes a bit of madness
she’s a loon, they say, touched, odd
because she is an original, a comedienne,
an artist, a painter, a singer, a dancer
none of these things make money, they say
she’s abnormal, perhaps the biggest compliment of all
a quintessential her-own-person woman,
mad to you, sane to those who truly know
everyone who ever did anything notable was a bit odd
Columbus thinking the world was round? That was crazy.
The inventions of iron, incubator and vacuum – insanity
never question the importance of a little lunacy.
The distance between a genius
And insane -- one without focus
(Who’s not so hard to guess),
Is gauged just by success,
One boards and one’s bumped out of bus.

Note: Trump likes to be known as a genius negotiator. Okay, give him the credit (he seems so desperate). But then comes to my mind Bruce Feuerstein who said: The distance between insanity and genius is measured only by success. One boards the bus and the other misses, as this ditty says. In matters of punitive tariff on Indian exports, Trump seems to have missed the bus.
There is sanity
In my madness,
If only it
Could be found,
For you’ll find
My ravings
If unravelled,
Are actually
Quite profound!

[ Poet’s note of interest ~
Tesla’s Birth : 10 July, around midnight : 1856 : stormy weather |
Poem came through : 10 July, 3.33am : 2025 : winter rain |
Numerologically speaking 3.33 is the divine number of alignment. Standard time in Croatia, where Tesla was born & SAST is same | July is the seventh month : 7 is the luminal no. linking Heaven to Earth : compound number between 1856 and 2025 is 7 | 10 is the number of leadership. This poem came exactly as presented here : rhyme & syllable : no edit, so I consider it channelled]

midnight struck on one to power of zero
birthing table seven decked heaven for July

waters broke blood
breath rapid heralded
lightning cracked sky broken
zodiac Cancer genius creation curious
another reality coded inventions
Light eyed itself transmuting token

I’m waiting for a genius
At the Apple store today
Where most customers are younger,
Knowing all will be okay.
At the counter, though, a woman
Who looks older than my age,
Sits and struggles with the agent
Who is helping her engage.
She, like me, is pretty clueless
(Though she seems a little worse)
And she’s viewed with some derision,
Though it once was the reverse.
Older doesn’t equal wiser
Like it used to long ago,
For with age comes new technology
Most older folk don’t know.
It’s a subject I’m repeating
And I realize it’s a bore,
But it’s really hard to handle
All I can’t do anymore.
I can either be a genius.
Or not.
Or a little piece of tape that falls off the wall.
They’re going to find me someday.
I can either be a genius.
Or be a genius.
Or be sculpted and sliced.
And let it happen again.
I can either be a genius.
And not really know anything.
Maybe we all know someone.
A kind of weird person.
I can either be a genius.
Or else.
They told me not to let anything fall.
They put too many glasses on the tray.
I can either be a genius.
Or someone holding a full tray of everything and every thought.
I could set them all down.
Or scatter!
I can either be a genius.
Or a hat, a mitten, a shirt, or a pair of shorts.
There’s nothing like me.
And it happened all on its own.
His narcissism’s off the charts
Only psychos say he’s got smarts
This china shop bull
Sells shopping carts full
Of shlock from his rear-facing parts
picasso's lines are effortless
he makes it look too easy
to be gifted with such talent
is absolutely magnificently crazy

The world's greatest dramatist,
The world's greatest sonnet writer of all time,
The man with supreme knowledge,
The man with a genius brain,
Many writers may come and go,
Yet none can exceed the pinnacle of his genius.
Writing plays dealing with the themes of human life,
He was the one who was close to people's hearts,
Few called him mad, but he never cared,
We may forget the history,
But we can never forget our beloved Shakespeare.

Jaunting down a garnet brick road
I admire the diamond treetops
glistening as if it just snowed;
Sky’s alive with sparkles and pops;
Leftovers of silent fireworks
fall to the ground in absurd drops;
Color guard genius in those quirks;
You have no choice but to surrender
to where your imagination lurks;
The darkest Sun or brightest thunder?
Such joy lies in following wonder.
It lives
in the margins
betwixt and between
Visible
yet fleeting
a light once unseen
When reaching
to touch
its magic forestalls
Lost to that
moment
— posterity calls
