A panhandler asked me for spare money today
I said I did not have any, but hey….
Could he give me a bit of cash? I am short too.
He looked at me with concerned eyes of blue.
Gave me a twenty and said God Bless you.
The most generous among us are usually poor too.
Chawbacon bumpkin
Hillbilly from Hog Hollar
Brings ma a ripe pumpkin
And lets her keep her dollar
I like all of my romances to be so cheesy.
I also like a romance that can be so sleazy.
I like all of my pastas sauces' so creamy.
I also like all pizzas that are so yummy.
I like feeling like I am living in Rome
With a Mediterranean man flirting with me in my home.
I like feeling him all up from top to bottom,
In all of the ways that surprisingly please him.
I like all of what he always is to me,
In him is a man longing to be set free.
I like feeling so high in the sky with him,
In all of the ways he fulfills my every whim.
I like this romance because it is the cheesiest
In ways that also make it one of the easiest.
I like eating foreign cuisines with him mostly,
In those moments I dine most gratefully.
Being Generous Toward Others
Written: by Miracle Man

Kindness is my mindset for gladly sharing,
of things I’m blessed with regardless of wealth.
It lets others see that I’m truly caring,
not given to be seen but done so in stealth.
I take bighearted stances when donating time,
I always give purposefully from belief.
It always comes back to me in this lifetime,
Pleasing God gives me a feeling of relief.
Whether driving a car or at roadside thumbing,
Believing is mile one on the highway to becoming.

Gloria, generous Geisha kitty was taught to be demure
She was not a whiner, barely issued whimper or purr
Wore flowers in her hair, her room was subtly perfumed
She held court in there, teaching tricks to those about to be groomed
She taught me too, granddaddy told his young grandson Might.
She’s rather long in the teeth now, though, isn’t that right?
That Gloria’s age had been mentioned was shocking to some cats.
Gloria’s children heard it and said “but she still catches rats.”
A Most Generous Gift
They receive our love
as it is purely intended
They offer their love
and give our spirits a lift
They'll stay close when
our hearts need to be mended
Our dogs are nature's
most generous gift
A young woman she was
Sterning beauty, her description.
She was Hospitable to the unworthy;
She was Kind to the monstrous.
She smiled at everyone,
Even when she was at her lowest.
Generous was her name.
Generous was her character.
When times are tough
Be like a flame; shine enough
It would be an unwise wade
Allowing your star to fade.
Donate without asking why
Sense a grateful lifting of supply
Always apply the common sense
Place yourself in a sea of incense.
The same as a gentle sparrow.
With serene seas, paths were narrow.
Accept the love-planted seeds bliss.
fall short of the depths of the abyss.

bees stockpile pollen
then they return to their hives
while I eat breakfast:
sweet honey was spread on toast.
meager reward for their work
bees humming loudly
swarms in a delightful way,
my humble garden
as the sun comes up the sky
to drink nectar of flowers
the world of nature
supplies for all our entails
what we use include
sufficient assets to share
if we were fair and balanced

The Generous Warmth of Eternal Waters
By David J Walker
The generous warmth of
Eternal waters
Drenching me
Quenching me
Pouring over me
In another
mornings baptism
The generous ardor of
the eternal auteur
Reminiscing &,
Convincing that we too
Reside in the garden of gods
in infancy
Of the craft of all creation
The generous notion
And noble nation
Of the immortal denizenry
Taking its place
On a sojourn
Through time & space
In the fissure
between the night and the morn
I am conscious
And yet sleeping
I am serious
And yet laughing
In the arms of
The only lover
I’ve ever known
I must have a generous heart
I once was a foreigner, an upstart
Now I am birth-born again
Now I am a new and changed man
I must have a forgiving spirit
I must listen to peoples pleads and cherish
All their cries and wailings
I must keep God’s commandments
I must have a generous heart
I once was a foreigner, an upstart
Now I am birth-born again
Now I am a new and changed man
This I must do, why, because
I will be treated as I have been treating others

St. Matthew 7:2
Giving, giving & give.
Who doesn't like to give?
With a piece of your heart
Is the place to start.
But doesn't it break?
Will someone just take?
"How empty I will be!"
Is my plea.
Oh, but no! No worries!
Just like the snow flurries
They melt, but water the Spring,
New life & joy to bring!
Besides, He who knows you better
Loves you to the letter;
Will refill your open heart
So that giving will never depart.
Be royalty, for Jesus is too.
Be priestly, for God made you.
Flow out & give out,
Never wondering about.
GENEROUS YOU ARE
I trust you for the victory, you will only lead me where your grace can carry me.
I trust you for the victory. Victorious you are, never will my feet slip into the net of my enemies.
My refuge, I can’t think of anyone who is generous like you. My eyes were closed for so long, father forgive me for turning my back on you, I must look forward and never look back. I wanna thank you for your love and care, even if some days I don’t feel that it’s there. I’m lost without you, I need you here, here with me.
When I was lost in my darkness I prayed for you often. My rock my King, clean me, make me into the man you need me to be. I have made you angry, dear Lord my sins are forever before thee. Be generous to me Lord, for you are a forgiving King. Love me, I ask for you to forgive me.
prime flowers adorn
fateful August funerals,
plus beauty weddings ..
To be generous without greed
is the commitment I'm making;
satisfaction comes from rendering
one happy, not repaying the deed!
The quest for truth is for the bold to ensure,
and certainly not too imprudent to follow;
one must show persisting fortitude and allow
patience not to wear out but to continue
to strive until certainty is that solemn promise
uttered sweetly contemplating a brighter sunrise!
In all my envisioned glory, all I wished in care-free youth was
the idyllic tranquility of landscapes broken by a running stream,
skies radiating with light and magnificently dressed in blue;
who wouldn't listen to the starlings serenading to their mates?
See me observing aromatic roses gleaming with sunrise' dew,
see me picking daisies for mom to make those hazel eyes gleam!
To be generous without greed seem such unrealistic words
spoken by a visionary mind awoken in mid-sleep by an echo of terror...
to adapt a diverse creed and restore the faith violated by selfish Lords
who kept all the gold and gave none to the vagrant beggar!
