seek him every dawn and dusk
seek him every day and night
when the sky is gold
when his miracles unfold
see him in your daily view
and for sure he will see you
be it in a temple or mosque
or in a church-whatever you ask
don’t worry if you can’t visit these
he is right in your heart indeed
in every thought, word, and deed
seek him when comfort is your need
seek him when cold gets the better of you
there’s is warmth from lamps in your altar anew
PARODY
pithy never uncouth with a short bitter truth
perhaps ironic & or a little sardonic
a satire of which many never will tire
'
Feeling not so cute
But if you have a big face
Indeed, that's for sure.
One thing is for sure
I am smart enough to know
That the people
Who run us and our day to day lives
Are actually in charge
Are way far more smart
And more powerful
Than I
Am or could ever wish to be
That is the reason they
And not I
Are or ever will be
Ever in charge
As they way more
Devilishly , devious and clever
And why the only thing I know for sure
Is that nothing any time
In the near or not to distant future
Is about to change
As they make the rules
Which dictate and control
This so called game
We call life
will have been unsure
about uncertain and unsure
which I know for sure
I am a self-confident sort of person
Very aware of what I know for sure,
A strong proponent of truth-telling
Separating out the obvious manure.
Considering various points of view
Trying to arrive at fair conclusions,
I am willing to debate with anyone
Oft coming away with contusions.
I really don’t care for know-it-alls
Who think they have all the answers,
Contradicting to foment an argument
To me, they’re like noisy cancers.
I’ve learned it is better to listen
And learn from those who know
Than to speak up and be wrong,
And let my gross ignorance show.
If I’m quiet, I’m listening to you
I’m interested in the facts you lay out,
And I’m soaking up new information
So, the next time I’ll have my spout.

My heart is easily hoping
For another love that's pure
My love muscle beating
As so my spirit soul love sure

I knew I loved you when nothing else made sense
When you paraded around in my mind making me smile
When I spent class time writing names of our children
I knew I loved you when you turned those hazel eyes on me
And gave me the kind of look I had not seen
Since my first day on earth when my parents looked at me
I knew I loved you when I stopped seeing other faces
When I began lying to everyone else about being busy,
Because I was holding all my time open for your phone call.
I knew I loved you when I stopped hating you
For telling Miss Kneeland in first grade that you were
Going to grow up and marry me.
You somehow helped me eliminate twelve years of hate.
I guess that is when I really knew for sure….
It feels surreal- this year that we have faced.
The start of a new decade should have been
uplifting with fine goals to have embraced;
instead, our country's in a free-fall spin.
Our land is so divided in its fight.
This past election multiplied the rift-
tween half our country's left, versus the right-
the tensions overwhelm a peaceful drift.
There is no place in our Democracy
for voter fraud to be dismissed- not fought.
When bribery commands bureaucracy-
as citizens, our freedom's surely wrought.
The future of each voter right's ideal-
unless amended, will live on- surreal.

All people are carriers of intellect, it is for sure,
Even politicians, although they intellect obscure.
So, no point to take it extremely heavy, dramatic.
They got it little bit, but, alas, asymptomatic!
Aftermath of Covid19 you say?
Beautiful ideas enter our mind
Creativity has found a sweet way
Deliberate hope for all of mankind
Enthusiasm brings muses to play
Foremost forever, this is so cool.
Girls and boys glad to be back in school.
Heartfelt happiness, it’s a brand new day!
Introduction to The Golden Rule.
Joyful as pandemic fades away.
Kids run toward grandma to give her a hug.
Love is no longer taken for granted.
Monstrous dreams slide away in the mud.
Needless diversion no longer ranted.
Ordinary pleasures revered for sure.
Parents are jiggling to a whole new beat.
Queens and Presidents are found not so pure
Respect for teachers will dance in the street.
Stupendous change will be showing us now.
The virus is not our only business.
Understanding and kindness anyhow
Variety of great ideas will save us
Wonderful calm days will come in a bit.
‘Xcited to be alive in this fuss.
Youthful exuberance – nothing like it.
Zestily protecting our humanness.
Husband gave his new wife a rabbit punch.
Thought it would be funny, more than a bunch.
That night she served stew.
The meat was quite new.
Cutting up his bones had made quite a crunch.
Chickens are funny
In so many ways
Barnyard clowns for sure
Pecking and clucking
Fighting over feed
Some are road kill
Suicidal
Kamikaze
Free range chickens
White feathers
Golden beaks
Staring eyes

Society is not only ignorant. It is generally cowardly. Society and it's foolish cronies generally preach justice, freedom, and equality and yet too often practice injustice, promote slavery, and stubbornly too often insist on inequality.Welcome to hell, but I would prefer heaven, thank you.
I am sitting at my campsite watching my wind spinners frantically
trying to keep up with a wind who is fierce in her work out today.
Millions of leaves cover my yard; at least six pick-up loads of them.
Left by me, as I like to shuffle through them months later.
I want a fire desperately but know I cannot have one as I watch
my exuberant dog rolling in the oak, elm, and walnut leaves.
It would be a forest fire for sure right now. Everything would go!
As the wind throws buckets of leaves into the air.
I smile to myself. It is as if they have a life of their own,
slinging and sailing into the air flow, in a joyous happy way.
My wind spinners are going flat out fast now, spinning their colors.
Reds, blues, yellows, oranges, and pinks. Matching the wind’s mood.
