I walk the distance between us on burning coals
Straddle the high wire between mountains for the
memory of your eyes/blue green
Like the blanket spread over sands
In the wee hours of never, where
Dreams fell like shards of shattered clouds
And I knelt before you spellbound, never
Fathoming the keenness of your lonely
Sad soul/spirit and we left still a
Distance from understanding your woman
Needs, unanswered by everyone
Like a soul song fading so softly
On a night breeze

crisp october morn
energizing my cellphone
rejuvenating

totally thankful
I dont live in florida
hurricane hank reigns

peace in my meadow
as others lose their housing
second hurricane

no power no food
we watch on our tv sets
fathoming it not

only its not hank
it is hurricane milton
floridas second blast

Glum Yet Grateful

Here comes the dawn
of a thoughtful Mourn.
Month of the desecrated demise
of a Monumental personage.

Unpleasant feels beclouds the air
I consume,
My structure reconciles itself
to the dreadful wake of the dawn.

Hushed his grief within,
As though He counts it less.
Burdened the hearts become.
For the weight tears apart within.

Boundary with her,
Was the sweetness of existence.
In a tick of misery
Hard to lug

Uneasy to let slip
Oh Death where’s thy sting
So fresh is the love of the parted soul
Mourning till an afterlife

In her two gems he rejoices.
As life gives succor.
Though Growth he beckons
For an extended home, before night falls.

Life’s unplayed cards
Relinquishes-daunts my being
Fathoming its depth
Again and again

Glum yet Grateful
For the Supreme One
Alone knows all and the why
We seem still within ourselves.

Three Decades plus Six
Yet I breathe
To make proud
This Monumental Personage.

Prizing self entails being true to who you are.
There are flaws and candles that ignite the air.
Man must determine his trifles and vision.
to be known for his victory, not his omission.

Everything vibrates and breathes with vitality.
"Life is the mind dwelling in a false reality."
Nothing can prevent fiery existence spread.
Life creates a graveyard amid careless dead.

Ponder the angel's conception of the woods.
Only a keeper knows where ring-dove broods.
Glad chirp feels cute; finds the angel happy.
Success is alike heaven; our steps are snappy.

In search of that mysterious, all-curing elixir.
Life is fleeting and puzzling; forewarn the mixer.
It is a force of its own that does not move time.
Hinting at and fathoming Divinity, life is sublime.

I revere you with a modest and cheerful smile.
Across words, I'll praise you with gaze for a while.
Fruitful awareness sees but can't touch the trees.
I worship you as a beauty that flows and foresees.

Premium Member I Gladly Sigh

I gladly sigh, when seasons bid me bye
When part of me is stolen by their charm
When I find in their composure no harm
When in their shades birds and bees freely fly
When earth, oceans and heavens seem draw nigh
When I win fathoming their artful arm
I gladly sigh...

When buds and blossoms stand peacefully shy
When in their presence devious unarm
When no death and decay blow their alarm
When I see harmony holds its head high
I gladly sigh...

Great People

There are some great people
Who treat you as their own pupil
Until you confront a trouble
some great persons are there
All the euphoric events they share
After fathoming your agony, don't they dare care
There are some great minds
To hear your happy verses they incline
And when you lament, they abruptly decline
By embracing you, they make you ween they are gem
And desperately shove off, when you need them
Not even the almighty can predict their traits
But the time could rip up the masks tight
And when you perceive them and try to dodge
Ungrateful person you are, they accord a badge
When time unveils these personalities
Be thankful that it also retrieved your ability
Having discerning true faces of those great peep
Be thankful that you are able to know them deep

Lingering marvels in life do prevail
Ironies along paradoxes reign
Fears midst love, pain with bliss while tears assail
Expressing faith above logic for truth gain.
Surprise attack, suspense shock, skeptic doubt

Magnify mysteries’ enigma-sense…
Yonder realities in their known route
Seek settlement upon strong truth defense.
Trials with triumph, turmoil against hope
Ephemeral versus eternal clash
Reasoning by proof of experience-scope
Invites heart and mind accord without crash…
Exposed to myriad wonders, I’m so blest
Safe in God*, fathoming best from the rest.

River Filters

The Ohio wipes its face every few miles.
This bend in the river
forgets the wharfs, the gravel silos
and power plants,
only occasional coal barges
push an industrial flatus before them.

Here cattails gather herons
into measured dominions.
The river gallops under placid waves
Fish-eyed currents dip and toggle
in the ripple.

It is possible to watch yourself
being rinsed and laundered
in this newly whisked stream,
possible to wash your face anew.

A person can stand on this reedy shore
and forget, nor see the daily grime,
but observe a lathering,

as a fishing sunlight
pulls out a new image,
the spread of fathoming nets
flung far to catch this fresh
momentary wonder.

Amour Propre

Unveil yourselves
Decipher the lyrics of your life
by fathoming the flaws
The rhythm may not be sublime
but bestow the music of your own,
The music of your worth and love!

I am just getting started to venture…

… feasting sumptuously, satiating my cravings midst well-being’s fullness

... feeding the malnourished kids toward physical and mental footsteps

… featuring myself along my twelve-month color scheme of saintly fashion

… flying over Mt. Everest, then trek at its pinnacle with my gratitude flag

… freeing all biblically righteous activists, accused as religious fugitives

... fostering abandoned special children in our orphanage to adopt them finally

… fathoming futility’s frame against frustration-fall

… fleeing to family’s joyous bondings around blessings’ flow

… fulfilling my own desires, defying folly’s flair

… firing-up my heart’s fixations…

Fueled by God, I thank Him for putting in me reverential fear* so by faith freely I follow Him willingly along holiness-bliss of fervency’s fortitude.

*Psalm 111:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.

Magic Letters

I'm dropping a path, run past my eyeballs rolling
Catch my camera holding seconds and fight the moment
Lifes an ocean, fish in this sea are gonna be caught
Death loves us all loads, but he wants to be yours
My phonics reward me with lines that form sentances
Pure strength but might not rhyme when they're said
I stem from messages I've heard, and then became
People who leave you, and therefore can't be named
My arms are plagued with chances to carve them up
But the opertunity not to, didn't seem half as good
Most won't grasp the stuff, I just said, nuff said
But if there's those who do, is that a plus? ..yes
I must stress because stress is more than pressure
And I feel the weight, and this ain't sport or leisure
Of course I prefer to write nice things, happy thoughts
But if I'm doubting everything, what am I asking for?
I laugh that your probably not fathoming this rambling
Honestly, its not postponed, your canvas is cancelling
I am a king, amoung words, and writting abilities
Dumb jerks, none of the ideas you bring are ill as these
I'm spilling speach, flowing fourth with a tidal wave
A magic carpet of letters, and everyone rides the page ..

Pull It Together

I can choose to be the way I am, okay?
I pray you don’t lead me entirely astray
Stop calling my intricate telephone
Yet, I feel numb and all alone
Walk in my shoes…
Sing not the blues…
Pull it together…
You’re my forever
You’re my endeavor
You increased my fervor
Sprinkle salt and pepper
Upon my distasteful flavor
Do your thing,
My everything
I would rather say nothing
Hard to do my fathoming
I need to pull it together
But, I’m a drifting feather?
I can choose to be the way I am, okay?
I pray you don’t lead me entirely astray
Stop calling my Father's telephone
Yet, I feel numb and all alone,
But not on my own, on my own

Premium Member Sorcerer's Doom

Deep inside where shadows lounge
True love was lost no magic found
That fleeting thought run now it's not too late
Never fathoming his deceptions so great

The magic once encompassing both
not knowing how far afield he'd go
One content with passions flash
The other forever chasing **ASS**

Both now knowing somethings not right
Could it have been his continual lies?
Trust in her he failed to do
That lack of such - he respected few

Passions dimmed and flames went away
Both responsible for the path they lay
Question, curse, fight till dawn
The demons inside released for none

The trick to regain the Sorcerer's touch
So simple even wee people would gush
Stop seeking that which you should not attain
The searching causes both great pain

Be humble and love that one you have
Or all for naught be forever sad
Stop looking seeking far afield away
Or else true love will fade away.

The Exception

Just as I finally fully fathomed,
That the exception does indeed prove the rule.
They went and changed the rule,
And now the exception is no longer the exception.

Now instead of being the exception, I take exception.
When the majority is the minority,
And the minority rules the majority,
The new rule makes majority rule, the exception,
That proves the new rule and makes me take exception.
Which is something I find hard to Fathom.

I hope that I can have it fathomed,
Before the new rule,
Becomes an old rule,
And the exception that was an exception,
Is no longer an exception,
Making the rule beyond my ability to Fathom.

In the meantime
If you can find the time,
And your memory does not let you down,
I suggest you tone it down,
And avoid joining the majority,
As to become part of the minority,
Seems to be the only way to not become the exception to the rule,
So, you can stand in the minority and you too can rule,
While I go away and do some more fathoming.
