Too much of your love is enough,
For my soul to breathe pure and clear.
Let your kiss not fall on my cuff,
But on my cheeks to dry each tear.
Give me your heart beyond measure,
And drown me deep in its vastness.
Let me swim in its true treasure,
For my limbs are weak in fastness.
Too much of your care can't be bad,
The more your love, the more the joy.
None drinks your love and still feels sad,
Since the love you give never cloy.
Let me soar on the waves of love,
That my mind may cease to worry,
And still its aimless, restless rove—
True love needs not rush or hurry.

A voice called so Hannah went.
She went for a higher call
It ended badly, but it was meant
She had to go, lest honor fall.
At the cross of the last road back
She nerved herself to go, attack
She blocked both ears with cold white frost
And cried for the life that she had lost.
Blessed is the match consumed in kindling flame
Blessed is the flame that burns in the fastness of the heart
Blessed is the spirit, awakened by a spark
Blessed is the ember, glowing in the dark.
Blessed is the flame that illuminates the secrets of the heart
A beacon that makes reluctant heroes do their part.
Blessed is the soul that makes its mission to protect,
Bless the heart that can stop its beating for self-respect.

Very late had I known your glory and grandeur,
Though classic, you're mishmash with rock and folk allure;
Your melody merrily mingles with fastness,
Does it not blend with rhythmic sanguine slow softness...?
When you came into my hand in my mid fifty,
I felt like taming an elephant so shifty;
Your strings seemed to stretch my tough and hard-molded veins,
I could not bear so long my neuropathic pains...!
Its gracefulness cannot be just competed with,
Don't around its splendor revolve many a myth?
Midst its grandeur it burns calories, says science,
There's, in violin, art-cognitive alliance...!
When someone asked me: how hard it is to play this,
I said it's like palm-tapping, as a nemesis;
Friends, finally, I mastered, yet, playing a song,
Only goodness knows how long my art will prolong...!!!

To bring back the years gone by
those years of my early childhood
growing up in the early sixties
wishing that time had still stood
everything then seemed so cool
living in time free of present pace
none of the fastness of today
just a stillness that filled your space
There was contentment and real peace
with friendship and unity did abound
you knew those you could trust
real friends were to be found
Your house could be left unlocked
make up your time easy to do
oh to have these days again
that would be a dream to come true
(I have written this poem to recollect my favourite days of growing up in my pre school days when life seemed so contented and peaceful then, living in the countryside having real freedom before lifes trials came upon us.)

Sadness echoes once more in my chambers,
pain, residing in me like a filthy squatter,
and my heart is squalid,
unfurnished.
Surrounded in you,
you are the fastness of my echo.

The room of books waits
Waits for a finger that gropes
Waits for a voracious mind
Waits for a tipping strum
A stroke of finesse
A feather of dust.
Principles, recondite
Particles will ignite
Growing with no motion
Acting with no motive
Like giants they step
All humble, alone in their fastness
Within the litany of words, recondite.
Appeals, cry hunger
Feed me! Feed the masses!
Break the moors
Unleash the ship to sail
Over turbulent water
Seeking shores
Revel in the seamless wasteland
The wooded hill, the land
The desert of dry crops
The feast of wolves
That devour the marrow
Chew the dry bones
Bleached bones, sad
And roaches explore:
They enter the dry skulls
They are hunting, evermore.

( NEVER FEAR MY LOVE )
I shall never have any fear of love--
Not of its depth nor its uttermost height,
Its exquisite pain and its terrible delight.
Never, never shall I have any fear of love.
I shall never hesitate to go down
Into the fastness of its abyss,
Nor shrink from the cruelty of its awful kiss.
I shall never hesitate to go down.
Never shall I dread love's strength
Nor any hurt it might give;
(Tender love is a sick fugitive),
I shall never dread love's strength.
I shall never draw back from love
Through fear of its vast pain,
But build joy of it and count it gain.
I shall never draw back from love.
I shall never have any fear of love,
Nor shrink weakly from its touch;
I have loved too terribly and too much
Ever to have any fear of love.

Oh Splendid City bathed in moon's clear light
From cliffs afar, an opalescent sight.
My lover waits within your walls so near
To window lit my heart bids me take flight!
But leave I must and to your strength commend,
My true-love in your fastness keep from plight.
'Til I return in glory draped and then
We two in ecstasy shall reunite.
Our limbs commingled, lips conjoined in kiss,
I pledge my sweet, oh! Soon to be the night
This comely bard your senses will delight
And once again our passions to ignite.

HE OFFENDS THEM
AND RUNAWAY
FORGETTING HIS FOOTPATH
ARE ITS TRACES
PATH THE WAY CHASES
DESPITE ITS FASTNESS AND SPEED
HE WAS LATER COUNTERED
HE QUITE CONCEEDS HIMSELF
KNOWING HE HAS OPEN PANDORA BOX
CAUSING A PANICKY SCENARIO
FORGOTTEN HE POSSESSES SPOTS
FOR THEY ARE ALSO TRACES
WHICH REVEAL HIM AMONGST ALL
HE WAS CALLED TO HALT
HE FOUGHT GALLANTLY
WITH ITS STRONGNESS AND AGILITY
TO OVERWHELM WHOLE
KNOWN AND PROVED NULLED
WHILE TRYING ESCAPING AGAIN
THE DAWN HAS CAST ABOUT
HE WAS CAUGHT PANTING
AND THEN NAPPING…

A Wolf’s Paradise
A place, where once the wolves of time, shook off their godly shields,
To come to Earth eternally, where only seasons yield.
They fashioned then, a godly place, of wood and shade and stone,
to rest their souls and bide awhile. A heavenly, earthly home.
All have tried to sing of thee, the Human, Nymph and Muse.
Of your verdant halls of ochren shades, which golden lights suffuse.
These wolves of time, have erelong passed from memory, thought and deed
And left this for humanity, a place for those in need.
A heady place, of mossen scent, this place of liquid time,
Where peace and joy, yet still abound and all this can be thine.
A fastness free, from troubles real, a place to soothe thy soul.
A drink of serendipity, true tastes of life, your goal.
Come, walk with me within these walls of wood and shade and stone.
Come, lay with me in spirit’s rest, this one true wolfenholme.

WINTER WEDDING
In mid-winter we will be wed:
Waiting so long is a weary task,
Oh, that the cool whiteness could be sped !
Till I’m kissing her pure damask
No other favour will I ask.
How my heart waits for winter’s embrace:
Running warm through her frosted trees,
And the feel of snow flakes on my face,
Watching the river’s fastness slow to freeze,
The warmth of ski-run and feel of breeze.
Our hands touch in warmth and we know
As my love walks close by me in a hush
There’s only a few weeks to go :
My heart overflows at her special blush.
How I wish winter would arrive in a rush!

WELCOMING WINTER
In mid-winter we will be wed:
Oh, that the cool whiteness could be sped !
How my heart waits for her cool embrace
And the feel of snow flakes on my face,
Running warm through her frosted trees,
Watching the river’s fastness slow to freeze,
And the warmth that follows a ski-run,
And the snowshoe races full of fun.
Waiting so long is a weary task,
Till I’m crumping her white damask
Into pearl-grey hollows ,
And shaping shallow billows.
Then our hands touch in warmth and we know
There’s only a few weeks to go :
A smile from each diamond encrusted branch
Shows my face all a-blanch.
As my love walks close by me in a hush
My heart overflows at her special blush.
On sunlit silver snow no cold-eyed tear.
Oh my heart yearns for wintry land soon this year !

By adsorption of resolve in your restraint
I see a newness contemplating Saint
as when a smallness intercedes, is faint
and solemn acquiescence nullifies complaint!
I see an inner spirit grow
and form as grace
as when God's promises are clear,
and voices from His urging's pace!
I see a molding fastness can't retrace,
that love's true depth creates without disgrace
I see a child of God within thy face
and mine ~ I see a Son spirit in pure embrace!
