Way out,
a wave starts its run
on a lifting swell then
builds to a peak
until it crests
holding cobra like
high in air, falls
to gravity, folds over
in a thunder of bubbles
to become a wash
running up a beach,
expiring in a lick
of froth to tickle
little feet.

connected by a net of misconception
venomous spider’s webs
spun a murky vapour
synapses raged and festered in a Self
frozen on autopilot with anger and regret
an endless loop of thoughts and feelings
simply refused to thaw and forgive
permafrost allowed no seasons
subglacial lakes slushed an underworld
of resentment in nervous fear and self-pity
irrevocably he had always been a hoarder
collector of trivia banality and serious gloom
icicled intransigence frostbitten mind
so much that hellfire appeared
to be a welcome proposition
he had ingested incorporated inhaled
so very much nonsensical rubbish
there hardly was a tiny space
for respite and inspired respiration
he nearly suffocated on himself
out he breathed out from his lungs
his spirit soul and desperation
and there was just a small fog of warmth
that graced his near expiring Self
a meltdown of considerable strength
mist of recovery and heat of the moment
that he promised himself to live
reside in the here and now
one day at a time

The unseen maestro, the wily whistling whisperer,
Cunningly twirls a sway in the bending trees,
Dabs, daubs and draws impasto clouds in the sky,
Lilts, entices, leaves to dance in tune, as it whistles on by.
The field of grass compliant, bends to lithe gusts sly.
Laughing to tickling tongue secrets, beholden in every sigh.
The wind teases waves, torments lakes to ripples.
Their surfaces combed and drawn to rugged stipples.
The wily whisperer winds its way into cracks and holes.
Creating drafts that shake the drapes like ghostly souls.
Defying all attempts to block their breathy intrusion.
You can feel it breathing in and out, expiring confusion.
Oh wily wind, your whispers collude and unwind,
The peaceful slumber of earth and heart entwined.

Look around! in a slow motion
heed the end in the making
everywhere, behold the suffering
in a constancy ascending
Global disasters...
grievous pain delivered
no one's spare from capture
living the birth of a future
Mother's angry
her wrath unleash, overwhelms
the ground we walk on
Look around in a slow motion
for in less than a wink in time
after we refuse to change our ways
will our children be the grandfathers!
of a dying civilization...
expiring in a slow motion!
In this era of me
we're all to blame
Greed and the pursuit of goods
Corruption and fraud rule...
with the beliefthat in brings happiness
when it will bring a faster dimness
No one respect '' Mother''
for no one can be bothered
to aknowledge the slow motion
of a dying civilization

Slide, barrel, firing
My life expiring
Carve peace into a bullet so its the last thing on my mind
'Cause what remains in the sky is our stars misaligned
The shrapnel from the meplat dissects my insides
My emotional integrity, treat like it was Alcides
I submit to you my mag of hatred
You load your gun and leave me berated
The echoes of metallic disparage on the concrete
Discard the magazine, rest it on my grave and replete
Disengage the safety, make your grip pirouette
In my mind you're already dead, your ballade des
Your body slumps, no longer recepts, self-sabotaged
The thoughts of us never escaped your mind, constantly collaged

My battery is 2%
At the end of the day
My life is expiring
With too much to say
Incomplete thoughts
Kind words set for friends
Inexplicable feelings..
Is this where it ends?
The red lamps are blinking
My head starts to race
And my fingers are tapping
All my thoughts at a pace
What words do I choose?
Nothing flashy or new
In the essence of time:
My lovely, it's you
It's a constant connection
No matter how late
Or if words arrive slowly
Or those blinks terminate
You should never forget me
Whether grumpy or phased
It's a simple "I love you"
Just before I'm erased
I will miss us just chatting
Or those texts that you sent
So seems I'm no longer
One hundred percent

We are shadows
living the dark
of our own
obstructions
imitators of light
worshiping furnaces
cores of stars
hydrogen eaters
helium floaters
casting nets
into a sea of glitter
our daily catch
of expiring illumination
traveling ever further out
away from man's indwelling
brilliance
that of a Sacred Heart

paralyzed in
hellishly cold
confining space
pummeled by cruel
icy shards
feeling lost & unfound
waiting to get lost as
the past cries
the present sighs &
the future screams

bleeding through bullet holes

paradise is hopelessly lost

Feeling depressed put down a drug of choice
Reminisce remember when you were a babe
You were innocent
Snuggle
Swaddle
Embraced by mother
God was in you then
He's also in you now
So why all the give ups giving up
Throwing up their sins
Throwing it into the wind
They lose they fall
During withdrawal
Why must they give up, give up
When there's a God of Grace
In space
He's around you
With the love that's ever true
Nothingness
In your distress
Keep on or wait you're waiting swallowing
Waddling
Waiting through the test you give up
Or just a breath a whisper
In The wind flowing
Blowing
Traveling falling
Expiring so when you mess up, mess up
Only give Jesus your sin
That's the only way you going to win
This is the song of the give ups

Twenty one years a man grows
To become a full human.
He will battle all life's woes
And must prosper if he can.
Another score and one years he grows
To be now a full grown man.
By this time his role in life he knows
And has honed his acumen.
Yet a score and one years he grows
To be fully confident.
By this time the seeds he throws
And starts to become redundant.
Twenty one more years he grows
And may display highly polished weapons
In things pertaining to mind and soul.
But he is now in expiring seasons!
He may enter another twenty one
To be a hundred and five years,
But he is now but a child of his son
And cowed by all kinds of fears!
A further lease a few may start
But like a child they often cry.
They are simply far from smart!
And in this season they'll surely die!
Six twenty one year leases of life
Is the most anyone can get!
Years are no preserve of the wise;
One needs luck and a lowly mindset!
Methuselah got plenty of leases:
Well over nine centuries of life!
It was closer to man's origins,
When man's body could long survive!
Genesis 5: 27

Let us live like
it is the last day
of creation!
...as we know
that it will be!
One day closer to nothing
as all are expiring...
in entropy and ecstasy
the coming
of extinction!
