Premium MemberAnomie

Dowry, drug addiction, and domestic violence rule
Female foeticide and female infanticide go cool.
Abortions, corruption, and gender inequality
Racism, human trafficking, casteism, and poverty
Food adulteration, wealth hoarding, consumerism, and greed
With many such evils, we, as a society, bleed.

Where are our good-bad consciences and consciousnesses?
Where are our ethically fit philanthropic choices?
Like a crack in the rail track, there's moral delinquency.
There's a slip of synchrony in the social symphony.
Virtues, like iron in saline waters, are eroded.
Human regulations seem to be, from somewhere, goaded.

Are our weak feet slipping from the edge of a worn-out cliff?
Do we, in our sailing, seek for each leg a single skiff?
Our link to each other, to shun anomie, should unite.
Though small, for the good of all, shouldn’t we bestow our mite?
Ritualism, retreatism, and rebellion should end.
Our knees, to compassion, temperance, and justice, should bend

Premium MemberPrivate I-PS

Retired now, the Government calls me a carer.
Now I ask you what could be fairer?
They pay me a few dollars to look after my better half.
They explain that I save them the cost of employing staff.

Well, I won’t tell them, but they could have saved their money,
He won’t have a cook or a cleaner or nurse, he is such a honey,
My dear hubby refuses to have anyone in the house.
So, they could have kept their money, but I am being quiet as a mouse.

In days gone by I had a job of responsibility before I retired,
I did the job well, worked ethically and was sometimes wired.
Before I became (I guess you could say) a domesticator,
I was actually a licensed private and commercial investigator.

No Mercy For Dirty

Written B: D. Collins 9/20/23

I have no mercy for dirty, grimy, or grunge.
Along with family, it applies to everyone.
I won't take kindly to being stabbed in the back.
I don't blindly launch a counterattack.

Every move is done with motive and intent.
Methodically bringing that problem to an end.
Someone moral and ethically grimy is my pet peeve.
And, for those type of people, I have no mercy.

It used to be a man killed only for his wife and kids.
But things are so bad we have to expand the list.
I would love to have that woman God wanted me to have.
And, with the griminess I've seen, you'd better watch your ass.

Premium MemberI'Ve Learned Ya Know

I've learned... That money doesn't buy class
get to an end of it, faster it will pass...
working efficently, ya earn what is relevant
good behavior, formal dressed... is elegant
Now that's class...

That it's those small daily happenings
make life so spectacular so surprising
I've learned...under everyone's hard shell
someone wants to be appreciated as well
as to be loved...

our Lord didn't do it all in one day...
What makes me think I can; I say...
I've learned That, to ignore those facts
does not change these facts, so RELAX!

ethically... less time I have to work, ya know...
        more things I get done...
wouldn't it be nice to show...
         this to everyone...
               ya know

Premium MemberMake America Healthy Again

Does
Make America Great Again

Also mean
Make America Straight Again?

How about
Make America White Again?

Maybe
Make America
AntiFeminist Again?

Another possibility,
Make America
Christian Evangelical Supremacist
Again?

And,
more elaborately,
Make America
Business As Usual
Patriarchal/Capitalist
Autonomously Empowered
and Exclusively Enlightened
MonoCulturally MonoTheistic Again?

GREATness
is soooooooo much more
morally
and ethically ambiguous
than public HEALTH
and global climate SAFEty.

I would feel so relieved
if my RedRight friends
and family
would patriotically fly
and pleasantly post
Make America Healthy Again
banners,
hats,
bumper stickers,
condoms,
masks,

And MAHA foreign
and domestic
green-woke policy statements
with health wealth optimizing
cooperative intentions.

Premium MemberCountry Vs Country

My country is my
              veritable home.
              Poetry, when insulting
              to it,
              Makes my mouth foam!

              Why not go see, what's
              wrong within yours?
              Not one is perfect, I
              most strongly demure.

              This may be an "international"
              site.
Best we hang tough as poets,
              and start no selfish fights.

              These are rough times for
              nations all.
So I am calling on each of us,
              to stand ethically tall!

Live on the weakness of others?
So that when they are ill, we
loudly cheer and get our druthers?

Such is the likes of we, lost, poetic
humankind.
We, who claim to be sensitive and sweet,
are really ethically blind.

We march about like we are so
wonderfully humanistic?
Best look in the mirror, we are not kind
but totally bombastic.

We dance garbed in black, in the shadow
of the gallows.
Praying death comes soon to our hated
opposition fellows.

And so proud to print hate on these pages.
Humor disguised as death wishes and blood
curdling rages.

We cannot kill the person we hate with guns.
But our words can fully a destroy a country,
me, you or anyone!

Family

I don’t care about your colour
I don’t subscribe to the look of your face
Were all sisters and brothers and fathers and mothers,
Joined in the human race,
Open your curtains and turn on the news,
we’re surrounded by horror and hate
At a time when so much is so lost and abused,
Why are we screwing our fate,
Your gender your race your beliefs,
The choices that make you be you,
Are individually and perfectly great,
Because they’re completely and honestly true,
If we’re ethically and morally at war,
Then how will we ever move on,
We’re ruining what was given before,
Because we’re treating each other so wrong,
When your down or damaged or lost
And the noise of the world just blares,
Your not caring what barriers are crossed,
Your just grateful to know someone cares,
So people - please look around,
See the person living inside,
Because if we all make just a small effort,
Then never again need we hide.

My Nation Sparks

When My Nation sparks
In the battle of starks
I got stumbled
Found my eyes fumbled.
The day went thrilling
Our players were stunning
In the midst of combat
They proved themselves strongest.
They played ethically and fought recklessly.
Now the dreams will be perennial
It will be proved surreal
The nation will arise and will dazzle in the light.
Every child will be pro, have the obstinate will for grow.
It will change sceptical mind, that indians can't shine.
We are the sturdy people, never torment in the battle.
Just give us the oppurtunity, we will fly high with vanity.

Premium MemberBeware the Harm In Doing No Harm

Medical folks seem to think its best;
To keep us from eternal rest.
They’ll poke and prod, cut and tear;
The damage that they call…health care.

Their “practice” is a sad excuse;
Ethically they have no clues
For making misery is their way;
They’ll prolong it for many days.

A quality life, it cannot be;
No joy in it will you see.
Instead the suffering they create;
Often seals the invalid’s fate.

Prescriptions are poison,
Their only purpose is no fun.
 “Big Pharmas” coffers’, filled
And their side effects can kill.

When the agony of side effects starts;
It puts a strain on the human heart.
And other organs begin to fail;
Leaving bodies weak and pale.

As a victim of, “Big Pharmas” greed;
I’ll reflect on a memory-seed.
My late mother’s warning, great heed I now take,
“Remember”, she said, “doctors bury their mistakes”!

Metamorphosis

"Theoretically my words are ethically demure,
I'm sure medically, my identity especially will eventually strengthen my tensive complexity,
So I hypothetically acted distracted by by words that abstracted me from girls I attracted,
so I adapted to how I reacted towards people who looked at me and laughed,
Soon become addicted to rhyming words that constricted,
while convicted because I never admitted I was gifted,
but I was committed to everything spitted because every word fitted,
Wont stop rhyming until every heart is lifted and assisted through the people once permitted,
To be free and believe the need to achieve the dream to see the beauty to succeed"

A Trite Nihilistic Occasion - Part Two

endowing superlative creature comforts
reduce wretched survivors scant band of bare naked ladies
beastie boys, foo fighters espying counting crows
ready to buzzfeed toe kin *****sapiens
bereft, expunged, faux invincibility kickstarting
learning basic survival skills
forced to rescind twenty first century trappings
shifting paradigm sans primacy
pitting dishabille helpless imps against killers
who do not shrink from ethically principled

but give full reign to selfish callous deleterious foibles,
gruesome harmful indiscretions
sprouting with mushroom rhizome rapidity
ousting the omnipresently
(well nigh since time immemorial
virtues cultivated, futilely integrated, lending oomph
residentially, scientifically tendering ubiquitous DNA
foisting gabled, heralded, instilled,

justified kneaded love thy neighbor motto
lyft ting in one fell swoop delicately
embroidered, finely graven, heavenly ideals
no more patent leather shoes reflecting up
nor doodling Yankee staking claim to fame via feathered cap made of macaroni
thus such jingoistic, holistic, fabric ripped retroactively
ramping atavistic simian base,
thus leveling the playing field.

Premium MemberIt Would Not Be So Painful

it would not be so painful
if you didn't claim to be
a follower of the "WAY"
claiming to love
as He loved

It would not be so painful
if you didn't know any better
but you do
you do
and still you do what you do
and say what you say

It would not be so painful
if you were courageous
and owned up to your wrong
showed you're morally strong
ethically brave
eager to save a relationship gone wrong

It would not be so painful
if you practiced what you preach

No, it would not be so painful
but it is...
it is...

expectations are thorns in the flesh
that rip and tear
when they are not met
by those who are supposed to "care"

I guess nominal is Ok
Nominal Christians
who cling to the name
forgetting the shame
of letting him down
by not loving the...."unlovely"
by forgetting what he said:

"And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that?" (Matthew 5: 46)

It's Ok...

One day....it will all be Ok....just not today.

Naiveté wraps the child
until the chills slowly
begin to snuggle in,
smothering the illusions leaving
the residuals of sickness
and disappointment
that is man.

My person was the entire human race. As a child, I viewed adults as ethically advanced and emotionally stable. Thought of world as an Utopia – the best trip I ever had. From this disappointment, I was given the contrast to appreciate forgiveness and those I found that are advanced.

The Terrorist

Our eyes blacken by sins,
But our lips curve in a malicious grin¬¬
Ah! So easily we slice another man’s skin.

Hidden in the dark, we are dipped in grace,
But our aura! Oh, it sure leaves a trace,
Disappearing from light, we saddle into space

We come from the hunt,
To our mighty palaces affront;
Of the gardens of bloody stunts.

So many are killed by our filthy hands
And yet, with pride, we stand,
Devastating is our presence in your holy land!

Whatever we do, we do it for a reason,
We make our lives a heavenly season:
We blaze your homes so you won’t commit treason

To assassins we belong--
The Eager blood seeker and ethically wrong:
But Oh! We live between the walls very strong

Accept the defeat as we are the mighty,
We squash the flowers sown by you so tightly,
Drop your hopes or we’ll bomb you quietly.
