Emblem-The Church Wall

Look there,do you see the wall of red brick
          each upon the other:
            leans with great care.

One joined evenly next to the other
           bonded together in
           equality:

Participating in their purposes
          combining ,each their strengths
          the load to share:

Weathered with the storms of life on its face
           enduring through
           eternity:

Greek word for Christ,

Premium Member Emblem the Form

an emblem poem, with a crude picture of an everyday scene, underwhich is a motto- followed by the poem.which is to teach, rather like a parable. This example of mine was inspired by George Herbert's The Churche-Floore

Look there,do you see the wall of red brick
          each upon the other:
            leans with great care.

Listen to my dream; we should stab some wine,
this made me think of raw nectar from bees.
One taste of you will expand my divine,
Words you sigh in my ear will tend my trees.

When I seat to draft the views that slumber,
In the back of my brain, I look, then dive.
Into the wretched depths of sea wonder,
to glimpse a rare rock amid the fish hive.

I stir beneath the sand to try to stay,
pearls that dwell in the hold of the shipwreck.
What you are unfit to learn might not play,
a gold yarn spins its way near the hay fleck.

Talking with a smirk flower by sage line,
first light will show my old song tale design.

Problem With Cultist Emblem

Eagle-Rare is The Union,
All her members’ arms pinion,
Not with a from-behind arm twist
But thrills that can dare a long list …

You join her you pray to not leave,
You indiscreetly go ahead to leave,
You never cease to piteously grieve
Or emotive sighs endlessly heave.

But please, in the open say it not:
Still on her white sheet parades a blot
And lives with a touchable problem
Singularly bought her by her cultist emblem:
A pair of squinted eyes,
Whose owners’ broad smiles are lies;
And teeth that can one stagger
Farther than an Arab’s Dagger …

And Alakara isn’t bothered about it,
Wherefore many think it is her dug pit!

Premium Member Sacred Heart Emblem

Sacred heart emblem
in the glowing heart of Christ
we look at it in the spiritual domain
seeing it for what it really is

Perhaps it is blasphemous
to affirm views about the scriptures
yet the truth of Gods one light shines bright
towering way above narrow minds

If the truth is revealed
how will it serve our life goal
as yet enmeshed in ego cravings
captive to the senses

We oft wish to hear
as of our primal conditioning
thus many a knower retires in silence
until we see for ourselves

Soil of Ages the Naomi S Emblem

Dark rains drains down,
Down the ages of time,
Time in times of timing,
And the terms of turning ages,
To understand invite nature,
Says the greater fortunes redeemed,
What haunts the past, hunts the present , haunts the future;
Time is not in cage, but those in it are;
To save only a Rock can,
The Rock is here, and the Son’s voice says no more,
No-more Flipping pages to the edges
Back to the origins
Origins of Pages in ages of ages,
With the original case of the curse
Again I hear the Rock that breaks the cages say:
I’m the Rock of ages,
Follow and you shall be my soil,
By my oil, you shall not toil,
Even greater misfortunes shall be redeemed
Naomi is and my all,
Soil of ages

Moth's Emblem

You are a nocturnal creature
A metaphor of mental picture
In the absence of moonlight
Man-made is your recourse

Symbolism of intuitive feeling
Dreams and inner knowing
Through the darkest hours
Shows faith and intentness

The risk of losing its life
Even so, is ever vigilant
To lead its path of light
Remind us not to fall

A victim of blind faith
Yet she is attracting
Powerfully strong
Lives on and reign

In matters of love
The art of subtle allure
Can be learned as cue
A master of disguise

Is an emblem to blend
And be able to learn
To adapt the environment

A sacred sign
Now frames align

A secret path
Seeds sure enough

A simple wave
Feeds route that paves

A loving heart
Treats tale that starts

A precious sway
Comes out to play

A tryst with time
Can make space chime

A moment here
Before death clears

A certain calm
As stillness psalms

A vivid look
Beyond mere books

A lasting feel
Love funds and heals

A foretaste now
Of sure endow

A timeless thrill
Grace floods goodwill

A life worthwhile
To fashion smiles

An emblem shows
That knowing knows.
