The Dual Nature

The dual nature of reality,
When we look we see a thing
When we don’t it is a wave,
Isn’t a matter of either/or
But one of and/both.

Beyond the simple wonder of this reality
Is the ineffable mystery of what lies within.
What more is there to say
When you have reached the point

She is not much outspoken this one
Ever quite mulling over what knows God 
Her effect is she has one always second guessing
Never quite sure if you have the right desired vibe
If you don’t watch her body language she is easily cross
Her nature is intriguing while unsettling in equal measure
I pride myself on my perceptional capabilities

A Gift to Grandpa

Today my grandson, the four year old one,
Gave me a gift more valuable than any other.
The fact he didn’t even know he gave it
Doesn’t make it any less precious,
In fact that lack of consciousness 
Was the giving and the gift itself.

What he gave was insight,
A glimpse into his world
The natural non-dual experience of Life,
An effortless

Dual Quest for Knowing and Not Knowing

The curious mind is an endless flame,
That facts and truths cannot tame.
For knowing is powerful, sharp and clear,
Helping to adapt, learn and face the fear.
But knowing comes with a heavy cost and toll.
More questions to answer, more doubt to control.

But not knowing, too has its place.
For ignorance is bliss to engrace.

The Dual Edges of Social Media's Sword

Social media, realm where whispers fly,  
A land beneath the vast digital sky.  
Here, every word can travel far,  
Each post and tweet, a potential star.

It binds the world in a tight-knit web,  
Where thoughts and cultures easily ebb.  
A platform broad for voices small,  
In this grand stage,

The Enchanted City of Dual Realms

The Enchanted City of Dual Realms
In the sprawling labyrinth of concrete towers and spectral glass,
where skyscrapers, like ancient obelisks, pierce the celestial veil with unyielding ambition,
serpentine rivers of fortune murmur in arcane tongues, their secrets whispered only
to those who have deciphered the sacred codes of destiny.
Beneath, in twilight's embrace, a shadowed realm flourishes,
an underworld meticulously

Dual Voice of Self

Voice 1: Today feels heavy, I'm lost and alone.
Voice 2: I'm here with you, you're never on your own.

Voice 2: But wait - my confidence, starts to wane.
Voice 1: Let's build it up, together we'll sustain.

Voice 1: The world's so big, how do we seize the day?
Voice 2: One step at a time, I'll guide

DUAL VOICES: INK AND CHALK

I am a tempest of words, aching to burst forth.
(Years of structured lessons simmer beneath my skin.)

The most important thing is that I'm drowning in metaphors. 
Being a poet shapes reality, and twists what you are and what you're destined to become.

Joust

Jesters dance, yet this contest is serious
One maiden's favour flutters above the clamouring sound
Undertones of fear, but the crowd is delirious
Someone will thump and clatter towards a dusty ground
Today a new hero will be revered and crowned

as free as trapped
that none of that is

Non Dual Awareness

How many are realities? Is a question, 
How many one actually wants? Is option?  
Monism, like single-focus telescope, stands firm,
While dualism, like binoculars, less confirm...!

I who see the flower observe the bee as well,
That, like unidentified guest, within it dwell;
I focus on flower, yet, bee I don't ignore,
Bee and bloom are harmonious; in union
