Premium Member I did it all myself

There was a time when I truly thought you stole,
everything from me
The intense pain reached deeper than anything imaginable
There were so many losses
There were so many lies
There was so much that I couldn't do anything about,
as you went on and on with hurricanes of manipulation and control
It took a long time to learn that this would never change
It took a long time to learn to find my own peace
It took years to overcome the baragment of guilt you put upon me
But I am here now and I will never go back
I see everything that I have, everything I am grateful for
I didn't need you to do a thing; I did it all myself

Premium Member What Did You Not Want? Again?

What did you do?
Acting cool
Making VIP alpha list
Curling a fist?
Scan word floor
You may find four
Sounding good
As writings should
So, summon 'a,i,o,u'
Hush, 'I am not through'
Using this writing tool
Pointing out fools
Swimming in soup pool
Starting buzz
With its warming fuzz
Hail king
Only thing
That will sing
Following 'A', in command
Major B, who has a plan
To find a way out of this jam
My young child, I bid you good night
Now go to your room and light
Your fantasy story sight
Taking you far
Lapping any shooting star

Happy Rain

I never thought it would be this way.
Me, lying in somebody's arms,
thinking," Wow... how did i come this
 far ? "
Lying here ,immagining A world where im
 free
Waiting for life to simply be .
Not Caring what people think or say,
Because maybe its suppose to be this way .
You can call me insane.
For all I care , i've allways lived in pain , so just let me enjoy this happy rain .
Maybe this isn't the end
Maybe its a moment where I can be free
With no limits to ecstasy,
A moment filled with dreams and memories.

Did you end up receiving that scholarship? 01-08-2026

Today could be the best day of your life.
I wouldn't know.
I wish it still mattered to me.

Premium Member I Did not See Lines or a Box

They spoke of lines
I did not see any
Oh, those blue ones?
Ha!
By the time I noticed them, my masterpiece was finished

I heard the last bit of the teacher’s instruction
“outside of the box”
I looked around but saw no box
I saw a dragon, elf, faerie, and VW bus
A mushroom came alive and flashed me with her round bottom

Words came rushing by
I snatched a few of them
They laughed and giggled
One of them kicked my finger hard
They would have their way; I was their puppet master

I am an artist, cartoonist, and poet
No one can advise me
I lean into my own truths
Listening to my spirit guides
They swarm me with ideas, and cannot be thwarted or stopped
They cannot be slowed down or discouraged
I am an artist; I am who I am who I am

MONEY DID NOT HELP

MONEY WAS NO GOOD

PIERRE A WIN THOUGHT HE WOULD

LOSER NEIGHBOURHOOD

Premium Member did I dream this up

Meg, rainbow mermaid girl of the Aegean Sea
Do you remember little ole me?
I was the one you saved one day in May
You pushed a shark out of the way

I thought I was a goner but there you were
all rainbow bright, young, innocent and pure
I wonder sometimes if I dreamed this up, Meg
Then I look at the shark bite on my leg

Know I did not know

I know, I did not
That the future is certain
Know if I would be there
I know, I did not
That the sun shall rise
Know if it would shine on me
I know I did not
That the world is full of smiles and tears
Know which mine would be full of
I know I did not
That there is paradise and hell
Know where am headed towards

Premium Member Did I Shoo a Child Away Today

Did I shoo a child away today
much as I’d shoo a fly

Or was it my wife who said hello
~ that I’ve just turned to goodbye

What did you expect to find?

What business had you here,
a child strayed into adulthood,
with feelings still sincere,
transparent as you stood.
What gave you the idea
to abandon sweet childhood,
leaving your dovecote
					behind?
For what,
What did you expect to find?

Are you very disillusioned
with life now, my belle?
Regret having elisioned
skipping youth’s vow / well,
this is the way life is, wizened;
your childhood heaven, an adult hell.
It’s very mysterious,
					be kind,
I’m curious,
What did you expect to find?

Premium Member How Did We Lose

       How did we lose
          the Straits of Hormuz
       We listened to Saudi Arabia

        A country all sand
           struck up the band
        ‘Twas jealous of Mesopotamia*

Premium Member Snowman did not want a Spa

Snowman was invited to a brand-new spa
Who wants to go? He said, not me, not me
He was dragged in there by his cousin Maw
And promptly found a goblet that was quite comfy

It once held martinis, the spa owner said
It was designed by a snowman named Devil Day
You can get cozy and relax, as if it is your bed
Snowman liked it so much, he was there the next day

Did I walk? Did I fly? I will just sleep

Did I walk? Did I fly? I will just sleep.
I have done the homework of living.
I showed up with my heart on time, every time.
I have been both the architect and the weary janitor of my own days.
So why does the ceiling still leak?
Why does the warmth drain so quickly from the room?

The shaking is not from the wind,
but from having followed the blueprint for a shelter perfectly,
I still stand shivering within it
and the cold comes in anyway,
from somewhere I cannot name and cannot find.

Perhaps no wire is crossed.
No bucket left out that should have been brought in.
Perhaps the only thing left is to wait
for a different season,
to watch the light change at the window,
to lay down the tools. Not in surrender.
In exhaustion.

I walked. I ran.
Perhaps I must simply sleep for the right time,
and hope, against the grey at the window,
that a better day is a real place,
and not just another name for the patience
that files you to the place where the nerve is.

Premium Member I Didn't Do What I Did

I didn't do what I did
the evidence is a fib
A victim of circumstance I be
need a dream team to set me free
Don't believe your lying eyes
things you saw are silly lies
Any video of guilt they shows
is just an AI fake we knows
Innocent as a newborn baby
ever do wrong a little maybe
But for this I did not do
those lying facts can't be true
Get me a jury just like me
and a woke judge that agrees
And send me millions for my defense
so I can live large at suckers expense
If no crime can do no time
set me free let me be
How can this sentence be for real
need more money for my appeal
Got to listen to what I said
I didn't do what I did
