Don Juan

She believed in love at first sight
was deluded and double-crossed
one more time put her heart on the line
everything she once had now is lost
never knew no one who'd dissemble and lie
stab her in the back as he looked her in the eye
made the mistake of giving him her trust
now she's all beat up broke down battered and bust
she who had the faith love conquers all
was duped deceived taken for a ride
if she knew then all she knows now
there'd be no heartbreak she'd be dry-eyed
what a charmer come to no harmer
he enticed her then sliced and diced her
he's a two-timing four-flushing freak
if anyone ever was the perfect portrayal of one
living on a diet of deception and betrayal
he's a true Casanova a real Don Juan

Perhaps I'm naive, perhaps I'm deceived, but I read the depths of you,
Perhaps I'm patient, perhaps I'm silent, but I watch every step you take,
Perhaps I'm flawed, as you say, but I placed a coin on your dream,
And I don't recall a moment you were there to support me.
I don't remember you holding my hand and telling me it's okay,
When the sky was collapsing on us, and silence slowly parted us,
It's too late to think I was foolish to let you go far away,
When my heart was a battlefield of losses in your shadow.
In the stream of my consciousness, rivers of dreams flow, whispers of light,
And I wonder if you ever felt my heart beating for you,
When I embraced you as a mystery of the night, with the desire to keep you,
Now, in the silence of despair, I learn to rebuild my path to light.
Just as the moon embraces the sea and tells its tale to the waves,
I embraced you with all the strength of my heart, without you knowing,
Now I understand that love is not just a whispered story, but a song,
That you must write with your soul until it becomes eternity.

Who are you, YOU

You were the first love I ever wanted.
You are the harsh reality.

You were the sweet dream I longed for.
You are the bitter truth that I have never known.

You were the page of life's path.
You are the one who took a step back.

You were the faith.
You are an invisible mask.

You were a happy smile.
You are the reason for the tears.

You are the thought of a crazy mind.
You are an unanswered question.
You are an indelible mark.
You are just a faded memory.

Who are you? YOU..

Dear future boyfriend

Dear Future Boyfriend

I may not be perfect to love,
Jealous when I see you with others,
Sad when you come home late,
Scared when you're not taking my calls—
But every beat of my heart still whispers your name.

Hey future boyfriend, I may not look bothered
When you do things that hurt—
That's because everything you do is not new.
I'm used to being by myself,
So silence became my shield.

But don’t mistake my strength for not caring.
I still hope for someone gentle and true—
A love that feels like home, not a battlefield.
I remind myself daily of my worth,
And I pray, that when we meet,
You’ll love me with the same softness I offer you.

Eternal bliss

Trapped in the illusion of temporary gratification,

No one looks in the mirror for clarification.

Delighted with just inappreciable things,

Who knows? The soul seeks eternal bliss.

Imagination is surrounded by beauty.

Nobody thinks of the flip side's shoddy

Running around beautiful things,

Without thinking of real wings,

Will you find in it eternal bliss?

Eternal beauty finds its source in gods,

Not in the shoddy things of the world's lobes,

Fall in love with God only,

Not with deceived humanity,

The soul would be satisfied easily.

Been Deceived

Deep inside my mind,

Peace haunts my design.

Leaving it all behind,

To find a soul refined.

Intertwined with the whole,

Playing the hardest role.

It's taking its toll,

Strength is falling below,

The threshold I know.

What will it take to grow,

From this place of sorrow.

I only see my shadow,

Where is the glow,

The joy that I bestow.

I fall deeper still,

My heart is guiding my will.

Sadness the hill I face,

As I navigate through this place.

A race that don't believe,

A family won't receive,

The words I'm trying to leave.

Blinded by those who deceive,

Keeping you in your seat,

Every Sunday you repeat,

Leaving your world at their feet.

The Beheaded

I go to bed at three,
I usually wait beneath the plum tree,
That tree is useless like my name,
You and I are in a blissful game!

You are too sweet for me,
Never lived inside me as if you were a great flea,
You are too weak for me,
Never spent a day without thinking of me!

But do you care who I am?
Do you know what it means to be my charm?
Are you my affluent appetite?
I am never your desired guide.

I am the master of manners to you,
I was not willing to sacrifice my mind for you,
You are always ready to make a voyage with me,
I never think of you that we can be a cherished memory.

My coffee never turns cold when you are sitting beside me,
Sleep tight until the sun rises in your daydream,
You do not need to discern what's inside my head,
I am on another trip just before you wake up and call me the beheaded.

Deceived but Loved

Love did not choose me,
It fooled me, can’t you see,
You left my heart to bleed,
But God’s love came for free.

I gave my soul with care,
Hoped you’d always be there,
You turned from what was true,
But God still carried me through.

You may not think I’m worthy,
Or see the light in me,
But in God’s arms I’m shining,
Held close and finally free.

No storm can shake His promise,
No tide can pull me down,
Like Noah on the waters,
His love is all around.

Self-deceived

My heart's torn apart
Not by any, but by me,
The worst deceiver.

Deceived

My inquisitive mind deceives sometimes,
Finds information that just isn't so,
I find myself committing crimes,
My excuse being that I just didn't know.
Luckily I have never been caught,
Its hard to stay honest and yet,
I just say its something I bought,
Because my foolish mind causes regret.
I thought I was supposed to take it.
I walked away, I did not run.
Never assumed I would not make it.
The life of a kleptomaniac is no fun.

Fiction

Jealousy Is a Disease

Jealousy is a disease,
Which might make one feel at no ease.
I guess everyone experiences this,
But it might be difficult to resist

The feeling of being deceived,
Is all we hope not to receive.
This feeling turns to anger,
But, one should never lose their composure.

The disease comes like a wave,
So be aware.
Jealousy is a disease,
Which might make others feel at no ease.

Swept Away

Earthquakes bring the waves it shook
Like speeds of hurricane wind, it took.
Destruction displayed with its fierce tail
From a huge storm twisting into a gale.

Climbing the highest hill into the sea
To firmly wait with all the gold, you lost
And the profits we shall never again see,
Pushed into loses by a wind that tossed.

We pray and hope to God for better days
That comfort may never wane or waver.
But grant some relief from fear and frets
In terrible storms of scam fine weather.

Stand the grounds that reward and inspire,
When the storm sweeps away your goal,
And you have no more credit left to hire
This breath of life is greater than gold.

Your strength will come back around
to be risk wiser at the next twist and turn.
Anchors fastened deeper into the ground,
rooted in cautious armory, faithful and calm

Deceived

Today I sit here thinking about the past.
Asking myself, and wondering if we are going to last.
I remain faithful to you by choice.
Yet, about our former mistakes, I cannot rejoice.
Betrayal is one thing I will not forgive.
My expectation is for us to stay together, for as long as we both shall live.
But sometimes life is unexpected, especially if one of us is feeling neglected.
Now that I have confirmed what I suspected.
It hurts to feel this way, and know you lied.
As you looked deep into my eyes, and promised me your love, for all eternity.
No one ever came as close to me as you, I never let them get that far within my innermost being.
Surrendering myself once in a lifetime, unthinkable it was that it would cause me so much pain.
From these words I can't refrain.
Yes, my love for you will be hard to eradicate, and for now it will remain.
After you have caused me endless strain.
In this precise moment, all I feel is sadness and sorrow.
Only hoping for a brighter, better, tomorrow.
