Premium MemberGiraffe or Dalmatian

I am swiftly transforming into either a giraffe or a dalmatian
My hands are spotted, speckled, dotted and wrinkled now.
I have only seen these hands on one other person
My grandmother when I was twelve
Sixty years ago
I wonder which animal I will become
Giraffe would be nice; I would welcome her height
Dalmatian would be good; I would love being a dog.

season

strawberry milk and blood dripping from mosquito bites

i always loved summer

until i grew up

the heat makes me evil

headaches split my head into tiny pieces

ice cold water consuming my too tan body, death toying with me, close but not close enough

trees never providing enough shade, too selfish to share the breeze, too beautiful to hate

stupid books my mother piled on my bedside table

too occupied to kill myself, and too lazy to care

i'll end it in the winter

dalmatian spotted knees and cigarette burns

i always hated winter

until i grew up

skin so pale you can powder your nose in the reflection of my breast

coffee with milk and no sugar

the cold makes me feel real, perhaps i am, or perhaps i need another smoke

i stay indoors and i read and i write and i paint and i feel

i find anomalous comfort in the rot

too lazy to kill myself, and too occupied to care

i'll end it in the summer

Angela DeVil

(To be sung to the tune of “Cruella DeVil” from Disney’s 101 Dalmatian)

Angela DeVil, Angela DeVil.
Often misunderstood
As after a kill
To see her is to think
Of a devil from hell.
Angela, Angela
Why not give the girl a chance
Perhaps you will
See the real Angela DeVil.

At first you’d think
Angela had no heart
But know her better
In time you’ll realize
She’s not to be despised
You’ve been judging her wrong
Along with those
Who have been telling lies.

Like most of us
Who have been misjudged
She deserves to be heard
Before we resent
Her name’s just a label
Don’t be misled
See the angel in the DeVil!

Premium MemberBLACK AND WHITE

A lonely young girl,
dreams each night for a doggy.
A new furry friend to hold tight,
a new friend to play with.
Someone to love,
someone to care for.
One day her dream came true,
he was prancing across her backyard.
Her loving new friend before her eyes,
all dressed in black and white.
She named him Wheatie,
was this Dalmatian sent from heaven above?

This funny magician
can make you a crawling snow white with big dark spots
dalmatian

His best magic
turns louts into huge pots
so quick

His spell
blows fart in slots
smells

This funny magician
turns louts into huge pots
smells

Premium MemberDorthea and the Dalmatian

Raise your hand if you were surprised
The day we met Dorthea in her beautiful high rise.
She had turned into a Dalmatian which she always wanted to be.
And she was rather beautiful, as she poured us English tea.

How did you do it? We asked, pretending to be awed.
She smiled at us sweetly, her long face dog-like jawed.
But she could no longer speak, barking is what she did at the elevator.
We gave her a wave good-bye, wondering if she would be sorry later.

Premium MemberCraziness

and so there, this world
with the trauma and troubles
while out I saw upon the path
blotches and spatters
of lichen
I know, right
it was like walking
on the back
of a giant negative Dalmatian

Premium MemberDalmation Diva

Dalmatian diva dressed deliberately for dinner
Displaying delicate dainty polka dots, to try and look thinner
Drinking deliriously delicious decaf, starring at a Doberman grinner
Deciphering a designer’s dreamy design during her delectable dinner

Premium MemberDalmation Nanny From Tv

Is that the dalmatian nanny, the one from TV?
The other nannies all looked, it was as far as they could see.
Surely not the famous one, the one who does the commercial.
Not the dalmatian nanny named Mrs. T.U. Gurshall!

Mrs. T.U. Gurshall heard but kept her demeanor plain and true.
She had a charge to look after, a tiny human bundle in blue.
The TV ads had not gone to her head, she needed this job today.
She did her best at ignoring the gawkers, and quickly walked away.

8 Miles Rapp 99 Dalmatian Problems To Battle Spit

I've got 99 Dalmatians

99 problems

But a b###h ain't 1

Are simply Black or White

99 shade's of grey

Luckily I can't count to over a 100

Otherwise id have 101

Come from 8 miles away

Wrong side of the tracks

No street cred

Get stage fright

Battle getting it up

Can only spit while flipping burgers

Got 99 dog's but not a single G
calling me dog back

Tried 99 times but still no b###h
hollering back at me neither

Got no litter , got no glitter ,
got no bling , got not paper

Self proclaimed
Fresh Prince of Dead-Air
Cnr 99th street 101

And if 1 of you wants to buy a puppy
forward me your digits after the show

And I'll have 98 problems

But 99 ain't 1

Kape Fear

Got kold hatred in their eyes,
so kadaver kold
The killer gaze kuickly komes alive,
whenever the wrong kolor
neighborly arrive

Kagily enter into the dark domain Kape Fear,
where brothas ain’t burning cross welcome here

Mister Kady,
the kosplay kaptain
of kritter kontrol,
tells your kiddie litter
he don’t like none of you

Come midnight soon,
he’s gonna
put down the Dalmatian brood
The spotted faces,
whose pupils has the wrong hue
They were last seen on Koroner Avenue

Feel the malicious mood
of Kape Fear
Where sista mothers have been known
to disappear

Mister Kady,
and his kruel krew,
love to wear their Kasper kostume
Go terrorize the wrong kolor kind
on night patrol
Frighten every eklipse-kolored soul

One thing is kondor certain
in Kape Fear
It’s so vulture true —
The alabastard apparitions
wanna ghost
a widow veil few

Nether exit the violent-coated vanilla vista,
kuaintly known as Kape Fear
Dirt taste the blatant hatred
blaring klaxon loud and klear

It’s kondone toxic
to the wrong kolored ear

Premium MemberCrazy Animal Poem

Belligerent bulldog blows up balloons, bulbous and blue.
Frantic frenzied flamingo flips for a flute and a flu.
Persnickety porcupine prances perilous with pooh,
Concerned calico cat coaxes a cardinal’s carnival coo.
Daredevil dolphin diligently designs dalmatian dog’s hairdo.
Serendipitous skunk sashays toward sticky sweet stew.
Lavishly laborious lion lunges into little linguistic loo.
Youngish yak yells and yips at yellow bellied you.

Premium MemberDame Dalmation of Dorcanshire

When she entered the French tea house, we all fell in line.
Everything about her was elegant, she was amazing and refined.
The embroidered frogs on her hand-designed jacket, the latest style.
She outclassed the queen of society, Cam Collie by at least a mile.

I could see Cam Collie was angry by flash of her dark brown eyes.
Delicate, daring, deliberately dashing Dalmatian was such a surprise!
At her neck was a beautiful Swedish hand-embroidered ruffle of lace.
Cam so jealous and green, I wished I could see her angry face.

Dame Dalmatian of Dorcanshire my friend Delia whispered in delight.
Had heard of her beauty, now knew the rumors were sound and right
She was sporting the ultimate creation on her unobvious in the air head.
Hat with striped ribbons, puffed balls, netting; could wake up the dead.

Whispers around tea house as majestic female sat, I might mention.
Put up pinky paw, and was served by two who fought over her attention.
D.D. was majestic, elegant, refined, lady-like and seemed unaware.
Cam Collie gave her the meanest look, a jealous woman-dog stare.
