BLACK AND WHITE

A lonely young girl, dreams each night for a doggy. A new furry friend to hold tight, a new friend to play with. Someone to love, someone to care for. One day her dream came true, he was prancing across her backyard. Her loving new friend before her eyes, all dressed in black and white. She named him Wheatie, was this Dalmatian sent from heaven above?

So so cute and so clever - a Dalmation dressed in black and white, the young girl, lonely and longing for a friend to love and care for, and voila , suddenly the friend appears prancing in her backyard. Yes I think that God had something to do with this dream and the lonely girl. Love it, well written Paula, Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.

What a lovely, uplifting poem dear Paula. Your creative words depict such a wonderful scene when the young girls dreams come true. Aww - this is an adorable read. I love Dalmatian’s but you don’t see them very often now which is such a shame. I hope to love a dog one day and your delightful poem makes me want one even more now! Really enjoyed it.
