A happy old camper, still motoring along
My life has been better than most
How come I'm blessed with such good fortune
Maybe cause I eat Shreddies by Post

A good breakfast is the most important meal
Starts every day off with a bang
Even if your lunch is burgers and fries
You won't get blubber overhang

Nuturists might have a hard time agreeing
Bout the lunch of burgers and fries
But I've lived a long life and still feel fine
So it's yummy McDonald's Supersize

One of my secrets is my limit of alcohol
Very rarely does this guy indulge
Clean living and staying the hell out of trouble
Has helped me control my bulge

So I give this advice freely without charge
You can benefit from my many years
Enjoy all the rest of your days here on earth
Don't fret if you grow a big rear

Birth of Venus

"Birth of Venus"

The yo yo
bleeds and bends
a life haunted by ghouls

green nymphs
blowing pixie dust
kissing bottom

a donkey’s soul
tight rope walkin' -
all for love

trust
is the pill
swallowed

suspension;

addiction,
the lies laid
believed in cut perfection

the trapeze drop
plays purple rain
prisoners

seeking sanity

the windows close
out the world
eventually

what lives in sleep
comes to collect you
flame throwing its creed

sparkling angels
drag their smiles
fresh scarlet stilettos

legion
playing
violins

Botticelli reaches
for his pearl
rising from a new ocean

naked virtue
clean living
on a clam shell

birth of Venus
eyes smiling
irreverently

not a word
spoken

Premium Member Triathletes and Bull Sharks

She's a triathlete, dialed into an optimal diet.
Of dedication and clean living.
Logging lonely miles down isolated trails.
Where grizzlies and perverts like to dwell.
She bikes upon the veins of a big city.
Cars filled with smart phoners and assorted crazies.
Buzzing within inches of her lean ambitions...
(she has much more faith than me).

She dips into the sea at dawn.
Where the bulls and tigers abound.
Splashing about like a wounded fish.
She's the bravest person I've ever met.
So focused -so oblivious.
It's a miracle she made it to the starting line.
Let alone the finish.

Subjective Objective

Seeking something Sensual’s Hardly Helpful,
Losing Calla Lilies is Easy! Tripping
Falling, Dropping, Landing in Black Dirt, Smelly!
Has repercussions!

Eighty-three with luscious white hair
My old geezer friends all got shiny domes up there
Feel sooo damn bad
Just kidding, I'm glad
My secret is clean living, thought that I would share

Boudain's Funeral Cold Piss With Dan Quayle In Drag

brocoli rob
smoke the hemp
the day after that mechanical man Al Gore took the stand
I couldn't cry over Bourdain
tried to see what he was up to next but it was too late
a Chinese man was in the alley taking a pee pee
just after elder Bush touched some bush he gets in trouble again
this time was his friend Dan Quayle in drag
the truth can hurt at times so refined never second guessing
I'll start professing a good cause to come clean living in a land of mean

Bourdain was for Bourdain so why should we complain
the guy was totally insane taking his own life for the sake of what ?
you make me want to throw up in mouth blame, ***** & pout
the beautiful thing is when the fat lady sings but sorry it still isn't over then
got fish for frying and i'm not lying
environmental sound like Dan Quayle in a gown
stick it to the man who once said,"Yes We Can"!
more drama for your momma in comes homeboy Obama
Trump is busy working with the wall trying to stand up ten feet tall
Cold piss sorry that I missed a sacred kiss with a hero in our mist.

Rap Per Cushions

yaw rap per cushions red like muffled punches by the fuzz who stops speeding bullets engraved on their tombstone, a family made bringing safe streets to the older folks...

yay man, the sin cup pay shun stuttered like a nervous kid, or ma self as a scared sullen boy, the nerdy geek, who felt the wrath of bullies branding words burning the psychic flesh of this then scapegoat.
yaw rap per cushions again my faithful friend out on the streets where peeps do meet
got to come clean living in the land of mean working as a village king
this nervous kid is full grown like a bat to the ball I stand up ten feet tall
used to be used to it last time I checked was a rooster feeling the pain in my brain

they say I got a nervous twitch while I wind up in a ditch what's my next pitch
the stereo is playing our favorite song can't we all just get along
flirting with fire in the midnight hour coming down to the wire a gun for hire
rap is for suckers making other plans this homeboy is working on his tan

Clean Living

Nature abhors a vacuum.
It seems so do the kids.
Tumbleweeds roll through the room
On marks from soiled shoe skids.

You're home all day, you have no job.
Maybe try stepping up.
I earn my way, I'm not a slob.
Don't let the clothes pile-up.

My favourite thing when I come home
Is doing all your dishes.
That bathtub ring could use some foam.
The toilet bowl some swishes.

Brooms are not for flying.
Don't start to moan and pout.
Those dishes could use some drying.
Please take the garbage out.

Premium Member Tie One On

My Daddy was a good man
Son of a preacher man
When I looked at Paw, I often saw
A Bible in his hands

Well, he lived a good example
Bless his heart, he's dead and gone
I wasn't walking in his shoes
When I learned to tie one on

Lots of whiskey overcame
The clean living I had learned
To the demon in the bottle
'Seems like overnight I turned

My daddy raised me better
He taught me right from wrong
I wasn't walking in his shoes
When I learned to tie one on

When they hauled me off to prison
I thought they threw away the key
Bars and painted women
Turned to bars of steel for me

Last night I dreamed an angel
Spoke my name in solemn tones
He said...Here's your daddy's shoes.... boy
Learn to tie one on

Now it's back to the roots
Of an upright family tree
Back to the example
My daddy was to me

I've walked through the darkness
But now I see the dawn
I wasn't walking in his shoes
When I learned to tie one on

His shoes are a little big
But I've learned to tie one on!

Premium Member A Chivalrous White Knight

Been one of the lucky ones, good health all my life
Must be good genes, clean living, it's sure been a slice
Still a few years to go
Before I leave the show
Wonder if I could come back as a chivalrous white knight

Lost Gleam of Self-Esteem

When at first we met, I was drawn to
your high self-esteem.
So many goals, you were aiming high
and you dared to dream.

Thanks to me, you've been awakened
to your present state.
Your weakened mind is unable to depict any emotion,
be it love or hate.

I began mocking you, the frustration was so unbearable
you broke down and became depressed
Now, you couldn't even last a week without me
your mind in a state of utter distress.

Can you even look back to when you were a portrayer
of clean living and good health?
You used to think up such nonsense
you were just deluding yourself.

Sometimes I think maybe I've gone too far
when I watch you
during my little episodes
of self-denial.

I'm just growing bored as I watch you
sitting there calmly rocking,
with your blank stare
and ungleaming smile.
