See that crazy chick? She is dancing toward thee

Premium Member Guy the Excitable Chick

We are plain yellow chicks in my barnyard, my family and I
Well, we were, until the birth of my younger brother, Guy
He is the most excitable chick we had ever hoped to see
Getting enthusiastic to the utmost degree

When his feathers begin to turn from yellow to pink
And then blue and red, we know what to think
When purple comes out, and then a bit of green
We run away from him, for he tends to get mean

The more emotions that come out of little Guy
The less he can control them, he does not even try
When he is in full blown mood explosion we stay away
Luckily, he usually sleeps away the entire next day.

Respect from the hawks

Near the yard, I heard the mother bird's loud cluck,
A signal to pull a sly trick on the hick.
Yuck! Her chicks all ran wild and scampered amok,
Scattered by the bumpkin swinging a big stick.

The dispersed chicks drew a cast of circling hawks,
That were happy to see meals within their grasp.
The hick and the hen, they must quickly outfox.
One hawk swooped low, its talons poised to clasp.

A chick grasped, the hawk then tried to fly away,
Mother hen ran after the hawk, eyes fire raged.
Fight ensued; chick-hunting again went astray.
The chick broke free when hawk and hen both engaged.

Like incense in a flower's heart, the chicks hid,
Their clucks hung like heavyweights on their weak necks.
Unseen tears of fear welled in their thin eyelids,
At least, from hawks their mother earned some respect.

Premium Member Chick Humor

His lackwit ladylove rubbed our family wrong
She came in singing a bawdy pirate song
We were silent, our absolute and only ways strong
We sat back in our bean bags, and handed her a bong

White chick

In childhood, like a fluffy, white chick,
The vast steppe unfolded, so grand and thick!
When I grew up like a mountain, all in my sight,
Now it seems a palm's in my memory bright.

In the village, it fit right in my hand,
While cities raised me, made me understand.
Each corner of the world, as I roam and explore,
My childhood dreams burned up, wanting more.

From my journeys, I gather sweet delight,
I’ve wandered the globe, taking in every sight.
Yet when I compare it, all feels so small,
Next to my village, it doesn’t seem tall.

There are wonders unseen, so many to find,
The beauty before me, forever entwined.
But when I reflect, it’s clear to me now,
Nothing compares to my village somehow!

Love hurts

Wife walked away,
Nothing left to say,
No excuse for love,
End of loving dove,
No chick touched, his woe,
Did not fade to shadow,
He prayed she would return,
His pleas she did spurn,
She did survive,
Her gift did thrive,
Silver grey, no strife,
Once she was a wife,
Love can hurt, okay,
Grand for some, I say.

Premium Member Chickery Chick Cha-la Cha-la

“Chickery Chick Cha-la Cha-la”
Was a happy little ditty
From days gone by, my how time flies
Those words were warm and witty

“Lamsey doats and dosey doats”
Brings back those days of yore
When life was fun in the morning sun
Who could ask for anything more

“Skimmery rinky dinky dink”
Is another masterpiece
Jimmy Durante sang the words
To this clever little treat

“Abba dabba dabba doo”
A chimp was heard to say
I still remember Debbie singing
In a most delightful way

So when you're down and things ain't right
Just whistle these happy tunes
You'll soon perk up you'll smile and say
“Life's just a big cartoon”

Premium Member Spring Chicken

Welcome Spring with your wind and blinding sand!
You, of course, always have the winning hand
This time, however, you're just out of luck
I''m welcoming you with things that go cluck

When you bend to count your big winner's pile
I'll just watch you with my crafty, sly smile
My little chick liked the rooster on sight
Careful with flowers for his peck's a bite!

Premium Member The Easter Chick

Chick in the pond
Is from double yolk
Born Easter morn
He’s a little slow

He couldn’t swim
He barely floats
Oh look at him
The butt of jokes

One day a kid
Was tossing bread
He hit the chick
On his yellow head

Chick wobbles and splash
Gags and chokes
The other chicks laugh
Calling him a dope

Carrot top kid has an idea
Why should the chick nearly drown here
He wants to help chic persevere
He tosses a toy boat off the pier

So yellow chick
Grabs the toy boat
He rides in it
And leads the row

The other chicks
Now proudly gloat
“Did you see my brother’s boat?”

Burning Here Glenn Hughes song Burn

Yes, blame the chick,
Rocker or hick,
Burning here,
Hands appear!
Witchy fire,
Doomed desire,
Blasted, didn't care,
She's a don't care bear,
Guess she felt good,
Blasted the whole 'hood!

Premium Member Stormy Black Chick

Stormy black chick with the green green eyes
You are always in a bad mood, no kind of surprise.
We watch your chest get angry as you heave and rise.
Running away from you as fast as the mallard flies.

side chick

I have even try to understand why you girls like be side chick man I find it real sick how you gonna let a nigga ever put you second when you was put on this earth to be somebody’s blessing what goes around comes around it’s real effective and if you thought that was your man then I’ll redirect it
And ain’t no comparison so I’ll be respected and if you still lost maybe this will help you listen cause y’all be yelling out my man is her man and that men is that but when you see him that’s all me it’s fact
And if you had him you could never take him back I’m claiming wifey so you know it’s a wrap so don’t come around talking bout on the weekend from Monday to Sunday you know who he be with i keep him satisfied every day it’s us against the world do you know I got you bae
And I ain’t never been the type with 9-5 I need something to last me for a lifetime and if I got his attention then he ain’t mine my nigga don’t need change when he got a dime
And I apologize for any House our love broke but that’s what happen when you play it G like a jo and now I’m living it up with my baby while ya reminiscing on me being ya lady
