Premium Member PRAISE BE TO GOD FOR HIS TRUTH HE WANTS US TO LIVE IN

August 12 Praises to God Bible Meditations Based on Jeremiah 4-6

Key Verse – Jeremiah 4:2 And thou shalt swear, The LORD liveth, in truth, in judgment, and in righteousness; and the nations shall bless themselves in him, and in him shall they glory.

PRAISE BE TO GOD FOR HIS TRUTH
HE WANTS US TO LIVE IN

Praise be to God for His truth
He wants us to live in as we:
Seek Him by His goodness
Submit to Him with His grace
Stand for Him with our gratitude
Surrender to Him by His gentleness
Sacrifice unto Him along His generosity

Jeremiah 5:24 Praise be to the Lord for instilling in us
reverential fear in Him Who:
Chastens us for our transgressions
Comforts us with His tenderness
Cleansing us during our trials
Cares for us in our testings
Corrects us with His truth

Jeremiah 6:16 Praise be to the Saviour
for enabling us to stand in His ways to:
Walk by His guidance
Watch for His goodness
Work around His guarding
Worship amidst His gladness
Waver not against His governing. Amen!

Premium Member The Corrective Love of God - Proverbs 3: 11,12

Often we know what we want
but then again God knows better
His ways to us don't figure out
but we should learn from His letter

When God chastens us in His love
it's for our good He brings correction
learn to trust in the Lord your God
for you were always His selection

This is the story of God's love
never forget no matter His plans
God always, always wants the best
for you are tight in God's clan

God is your heavenly father
who does everything in love
always having that in His view
to have a relationship like a glove

God's children are His own possession
for the Lord counts them as His delight
nothing can take away the love of God
it lifts you up into your heavenly flight

(My son, do not despise the Lord's discipline
or be weary of his reproof,
for the Lord reproves him whom he loves,
as a father the son in whom he delights.)
Proverbs 3: 11,12 (ESV)

Spindly stretching brambles rebel from main form
Amused bending stems eject spikes of rhino horn
Thorns barely a repellent for birds resourceful
Tweezer glowing twilight globe, a bitter morsel

Fresh field alien green cone births berry's infant
Chantilly lace pale pink petticoat wraps nymphet
Confetti celebratory moult bulges her fertility
Eighty protruding bulbs shiver in vulnerability

Stern season carousel chastens scanty branches
Snow swallow, boggy terrain new tepid attaches
Saw edge foliage unfold, twitching fox ears
    Clusters encombour limbs, absinthe adheres

Florid flocks tossle, augment midnight family babble
Morning dew melt sapor stains fingers which dabble
Outcast tongue teaser, lumpy rubber cleaved
Mauve motivate jaunty juice, mouth received

Slave To Time

A second is defiant
a minute is aggressive towards my dreams
flourishes a formidable mental anarchy
I creep confidently by the tail of a second
To the dejection of sympathizers
The patience of my sympathizers tires me
Waiting for the minute of abortive strife
Anticipated steps abrogated
Triumphant move trails the second
When fear surrogates confidence
Hope carries away the receiving end
Pain being exacerbated by giving
To bond the two sides
For passionate diffusion
Carrying hope together
Sending waves beyond normal.

The prologue was so pulsating
With punitive ideas meant to probate
pummeling the frail wasn't prolific
the effort of maternal Ponto punch,
but made it abreast with the potent

pseudo abrogate of stitch made it puck
the accord was to prelude penal
disloyalty chastens from pudenda
we swore the cause by purity
now we stand exhibiting
enjoying our terrifying purl

Stay True To Jesus

You are the one who chastens your wine and falls for her beauty in a vivid sign. You are the disaster that rushes through your ears and lost its focus when you left your steer. You came and conquered your kingdom but like Saul you disobeyed our forever lasting redeemer. God made us two eyes to see but then you was blind and hit that tree. Life changes can come in no time but doing wrong has many consequences and terrifying crimes. Stay true to the one that set you free because that’s your get out of jail card for eternity.

Stronger

Author Dana Redricks

Each day I grow a little
stronger
The trials I've faced have
made me who I am
The Bible tells God
chastens those he loves
With each storm I
face and with tear I
shed draws me closer
to God with a longing
soul and a desire for
our Savior
I thirst for you fill me
up oh Lord that may
thirst no more
Although I have faced
many storms in my life
I've come to realize
that no matter what I
face I can always rely on
Jesus Christ to gives me
strength, and everything I
need to make it through
this life on my way to
my heavenly home

Premium Member Godly Convictions

God upholds us while we live according to our biblical convictions
Fighting for them against any vain humanistic perspective
Along allurements packed by lust and deceit’s intentions…
In following His instructions toward heavenly directive.

God blesses our convictions while we lean unto His understanding
Vanquishing falsity along with attacking ignorance
Since His wisdom chastens and corrects our hypocrisy’s pretending…
So we can stay humble under His omniscience-endurance.

*Proverbs 15:33 The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility.

First intense the passion, that lights the listless muse
then flows like spirits to be born, emotions setting loose
and gives incite to logos thought for hearing of the words
in a pre-ordained release of sound that chastens to be heard.

First intense the passion, that lights the midnight muse
then flows like spirits to be born, emotions setting loose,
and gives incite to logos thought for hearing of the words,
in a pre-ordained release of sound that chastens to be heard.

This is what the poem has meant for many prone to write
a sadness or a hurt healed by the balm of poetic light,
catharsis of despair in metered metaphor and rhyme,
a work complete with satisfaction settled in the mind.

Now it seems that many things, we see, feel, think and do
are soon the words that make a midnight poem for some to view.
At times our muse will hide away and then refuse to speak.
Turn off your computer and get much needed sleep.

A Paradoxial Concept

Skyscrapers of glass
and steel with spiky spires rise
over the brick houses
covered by their wide shadows.

The powerful amber sun
over the Equinox
makes them glisten
as if they were cathedrals
in which dwells
a pretentious god,
not the God I worship.

Compared to them
we are small ants crawling,
frightened by their metrical structures
that are more awesome than
the impressive Pyramids of Egypt
scorched by the intense heat.

If the deluded Babylonians
couldn't reach Heaven,
could we? Doesn't it still seem
a paradoxial concept?
Beyond the atmosphere,
there are many Heavens
once thought to be the dwelling
of the mythical and belligerent gods
who fought with the rebellious mortals.

Is our God in a similar place,
or does He dwell in each believer's heart?
Mine has no heaven, no mystical throne;
He is the only Omnipotent God
who reproves and chastens, but also loves.
Find yours not looking above,
but in the virtuous deeds you must do daily.

The Lurker

Undetected behind
your hunting blind,
so deep within my
fearful mind

You lay in wait
in perfect silence,
prepared to unleash
your awesome violence

My poor heart pounds
upon these moments,
as my weakness, fear
of you does foment

My cursed logic
chuffs and chastens,
alas, your strike
it merely hastens

I'd give my arm,
my hand, my feet
if only you could
taste defeat

But here you stay,
you hide, you lurk;
within my mind
to do your work

Some day, I pray
to see you purged,
God, grant my wish
and give me courage

Premium Member His Love - I'M a 7

Like a gentle poem, he whispers against my skin
Loving, warming thoughts of hopeful expressions
Making me feel alive again, filled up within
The yearnings for his touch actually chastens
Touching me with scents of jasmines
Piercing my skin with a sense of pure affections
Awakening the joy inside that always destines

Rain

Drops without pity,
chastens with violence its preys,
blessing in disguise.
