I don't spar with your half-truths any longer.
I don't wade into those spicy justifications for marginal behavior.
I've accepted it as the fabric of you.

I need to flee this chamber of carnage.
Some fancy to call it your heart.

282 No to Carnage!

No to Carnage!

Pray for the 1 facing slaughter

Whose blood they want to spill over

Whose flesh they want to spread everywhere

Whose bones they want to dismember

That they will be stopped by God up there!

Armor

With wars at every dawn,
Danger prowls—a hungry beast.
One must don their armor,
Or fall where life has ceased.

Yet armor weighs upon the fighter,
Restricts step, exhausts the might,
But shields the heart and guards the soul,
Sustaining life through the endless fight.

You who walk unarmored,
Must sell your all to gain your shield,
For battle comes—none shall be spared,
And empty hands will never yield.

The day of blood will soon arise,
When armor’s stock is spent and gone,
And none will lend their own,
For all must strive to survive the war.

The Boggieman in Carnage

"The Bogeyman in Carnage"

Upon the darkened streets of Haddenfield,
A specter stalks a prey, cloaked in shadow's fold.
No mortal eye can pierce his mask's shield,
Nor fathom depths where sanity is lost.
His stride unwavering, relentless, cruel,
Each footfall echoing death's grim approach.
Victims fall screaming, lives cut short, souls defiled, shortened of breath.
Yet expressionless face betrays no emotion.
Beneath the harvest moon's sickly glow,
Blood splatter patterns stain his mask.
Through windows locked and doors securely barred,
Sleep eludes the living in fearful flight.
For none know when the boogeyman may arrive,
To claim them in the dead of endless night.

   Mother Nature makes little piglets and lambs
      We humans slaughter them for mutton and ham

   Lest you think mankind unusually cruel
      Ponder what lions and tigers do for their fuel

THE CARNAGE SEWN

As this life now quickly drifts away,
                        I'm unable to look around and say,
                       Look at all the difference I've made...
                      Sewn is the carnage I now reep today..

   The fields I'm forced to work,  like a nineteenth century slave;
                             With only my two bare hands
                     under a sun of a southern summer day...

      My sweat pouring down like a thunderstorm drops it's rain;
                As every new day leaves, more and more pain.
       Captured are all the moments that created this disarray...
      Ignored was the spiraling, from all your mindless yesterday's ;
           That now lies before you, like a body in full decay...

On the pirate ship lollipop
all of your sugar I’m licking.
So addicted I just can’t stop,
at baseline my lips are sticking.
A smile and bubblegum tricking,
cute with emotional damage.
The bulletin isn’t clicking,
set a fire enjoy the carnage.

I own one but really despise it
Call me old-fashioned
but there's a good reason behind it.

Years ago, my daughter's Girl Scout pal
dropped her cell phone in the road.
She quickly turned to retrieve it
oblivious to the car that approached.

At the wake, there was mental carnage.
Permanent grief and complete devastation.

I own one, but that's why I despise it.

A fill up with gas can cause pain
And cramps up our style as we strain
For cures less dismal
Like Pepto Bismol
Or a car with EV drive train

Premium Member comparison is carnage by another name

comparison is a pickpocket plucking joy from my handbag
I have been compared to countless things and things
that cannot be counted, or counted on

mostly fair assessments of character
only a handful of assassinations

I have been an assassin.
accused of killing
	minutes carelessly turning earth, looking
for words to say the unnumbered and the unnamed

it is ineffable and I effing hate it like a hangnail
I cannot quit picking at the quick
then dousing it in ethyl alcohol, or the other kind

sometimes when I'm bleeding out from the ripped skin
I watch it dribble down my guilty fingers into the sink
with dried bits of fluoride still clinging
hard drips that won't rinse

there is never enough blood to fill the basin
never enough origin in your story to cover the drips

so I settle my savagery and rinse my hands of it
letting myself enliven at the sight of my innocent, open palms
instead of crying over a little gore, creating more horror

Sit demure or scream confident
a caress with the softest word,
I will speak the language you want;

Understand that I must be heard,
take what you will but you won’t win;
to think I would stay is absurd;

Ignore me now commit a sin;
The minute that I walk away
enhanced addiction will begin;

 I’ll bleed you every single day,
my righteous carnage on display.

Who needs fiction when truth is so sweet?
The COO's woes from Beyond Meat:
enraged, he bit another’s nose,
an incident that clearly shows
a vegan diet is incomplete!
