Divine fire glowing with hope
radiates pardon
burning transgression's filth
freeing hearts from guilt.
Revival fire of worship
warms toward service
as faith blazes to reach-out
souls from hell's fury.

From ground to high sky
birds fill break of day with song
feathered hymns rejoice—
dawn chorus of wing and will
call all to join nature's voice
Magpie's carolling
ignites dawn with fluted bells
welcoming chorale
in day-break's cathedral dome
joyous songs of devotion
Willie Wagtail struts
tail flicks like a metronome
swagger in each step—
black-and-white little soldier
stakes claim to place of its own
Grey Fantail arc skits
with tail flits like restless fan
chaos ensemble—
air itself shakes in the dance
with its frantic flight patterns
Superb Fairy-wren
courageous, blatantly bold
blazes bright in blue—
outlandish flare on green leaves
with its beauty turned to dare
Eastern Whip-bird cracks
the lash to rouse sleepy heads
who missed the alarm
stumbled wobbly out of bed—
hoping no one would notice
The Welcome Swallow
adept aerial maestro—
dazzles watching throngs
with its acrobatic stunts
snatching at insects mid-flight
"The essence in us is the same as the essence of the sun.”
Like a gold coin you sit inside me as I transcend
closer than the heart closer than the soul
chakra of old
faint steady light
Helios orb of fire
daystar ...
I journey on and you light my inner path
you shine like a beacon, in the thick of night...
Like the golden sun when it blazes like a yellow diamond
in the middle of a lovely summer afternoon
you are a cut above the rest !
Inside me you radiate and fill me with inner strength
"Manipura"
lustrous gem that you are,
you are the jewel of my solar plexus !
You are the sun that lives in me,
the light that never fades
You give me a strong sense of self and you never abandon me.
Radiant vibrant Sun sends scorching rays.
Eyes to escape glances on sizzling sky
Heat waves blowing ! Horrible dazzling days.
Even birds feel weary, don't dare to fly.
Dry soil to get cracked just welcoming drought.
Sweating heavy in tropical summer
Worried farmers are trying to confront,
tremendous heat always hits hot hammer.
Flamboyant flowers in flame : bright crimson
Passion blazes igniting heart to burn
Flashing scarlet blossoms on silk-cotton.
Season summer is tough and rough to learn.
Floating clouds and stormy rains rushed and fought.
At last soothing pleasant coolness was brought.
The Earth isn't dying—no, she's screaming, a sound you've stopped hearing.
she cried when girls walked miles for rusted, tainted water,
when ancient forests become forgotten, ash–filled pyres,
no worn map ever dared to mark.
In my homeland,
we don't fear the tempest's furious might.
We fear the silence –
The hollow echo of empty, cracked wells,
the desolate stretch of barren, parched fields,
The early, unforgiving digging of our graves.
They label us “developing,”
yet we are always the very first to drown,
The very first to wither from hunger's bite,
The very first to forfeit a future
we never, ever sought to destroy.
They peddle green, plastic-wrapped illusions.
“Eco.” “Clean.”
As if mere words could somehow
unscorch the blazes from the sky.
But behold, we stand–
girls with bare hands, replanting the struggling forests,
boys coding, fighting against the swift collapse,
children marching, with fierce fire in their lungs.
I continue to write.
Because even now,
The Earth, in her enduring wisdom, still believes in us.
Where do the colors we see arise?
Not from sun’s bright, light guise,
But from its white, split and spun,
Through raindrop prisms, one by one.
A spectrum forged in falling rain,
That spills color on Earth's domain.
Red blazes in autumn’s gaze,
In maple leaf fire and embers haze.
It's rouge in a rose’s velvet flare,
Smeared on dusk and dawn with flair.
Orange glows on apricot and fox coats.
On pumpkin skins and marigolds it floats.
It's the color of fleeting flight,
In between go and woe, out of sight.
Yellow shouts from nodding daffodils,
From golden zest of lemon's thrills.
The hue of bees and cheery canaries.
The lipstick of sand beside the sea.
Blue is ocean's hue and a sigh,
when mood is dark and wry.
Its Forget-me-not's, in gardens weeping,
Blue-jays leaping skyward sweeping.
Indigo beckons twilight to go to night,
To lift a plum to lips, and take a bite.
It's the regal dye of kings and queens,
For clothes fit for their royal scenes.
Violet haunts lavender fields at rest.
Whispers in crocus blooms, moon-blessed.
Lingers in bruises and storm-swept skies.
Closing the curtains, as scene of day, dies.
Unmet expectations strike hard,
hurting where they languish long.
Unkept promises are blows earned,
hitting where they find no resistance.
Unkind words are slashes harsh,
ripping through the calm conscience.
The dormant volcano within the soul
then gets the upsurge of melted psychic mantle
in the crust of brittle tolerance,
that collapses in the caldera cradling the vent,
reaching the magma chamber in the core.
The soul erupts the lava in the wild,
burns the gentle patience as it flows.
Uncontrolled, it blazes the heart,
undowsed, it singes the sane senses.
The smoke billows up thick and intense,
clouds the deranged essence.
Words rise like Sphinx from the toxic ashes,
perish the patient face of mental restraint.
The flame surges in the stream of neurons,
no longer the carrier of conformist signals.
From the volcanic inferno of the soul
the erupted fiery lava called anger flows
in the torrents of blistering words,
scalding whatever comes in the way,
blazing a furrow for the reticent life.
A wild unpredictable stormy night
Harsh wind squeals through window panes
Random deafening claps of thunder
Lightning illuminates the night sky again
Disgruntled angry waves crash loudly
Heavy rain pounds on the roofs slate tiles
Mother nature is enraged tonight
Unrelenting , unforgiving , hostile
Inside the walls of the old stone cottage
A sacred wood fire blazes bright
Radiating great warmth and infinite comfort
Providing sweet solace as Guardian of the night

furious, outrageous,

He brings awful thunder.
With all his disdain,
he booms and he blusters
with words most profane.
Along with the thunder -
like sparks on a plain -
comes lightning that he
simply cannot contain.
Those blazes of hatred
that she can’t constrain
come suddenly! What
made him so inhumane?
Like crops set on fire -
her heart is the grain
reducing to ashes.
His rage is her bane.
A love once held dear
she no more can feign.
He feels this, and strikes her
again and again.
Along with the thunder
come torrents of rain.
She drowns in the hurt
from which he won’t refrain.
He’s vowed she will die
if she severs the chain
that binds her to him
in unholy pain!
She tried once to flee,
but it was in vain.
Control that is thunder’s
he’ll always maintain.
So pray for all women
within thunder’s reign -
that freedom from it
once more they’ll regain.
"The sun loved me again, when it saw that the stars would not abandon me" Jenim Dibie...
I paint on the blue-black arms of blank skies,
with pirouetting promises in midnight eyes,
no longer impatient for the dawning of hues~
manipulating the ache between ink and muse.
I breathe in silence, wrap my soul in rhyme-less forms,
to taste topaz tears of dusk, beneath swirling storms,
as I’ve long learned to sing with wistful stars alone,
amidst the warmth, cloaked within cold-chiseled stone~
flickers of grief, now veiled by bonfire blazes,
of melancholic memories and fleeting phases,
where love and light no longer collaborate,
yet sail like astral flames of fate that life must validate…
I ponder, do nameless ghosts of the sun recall my name?
For I crave not the fickle flares, nor to take their blame.
I am kissed by the redolent rays~
of ruin and wild orchids in lilac moon’s haze,
surfing through lagoons drenched in marine dust,
fighting tilted tides mirroring broken trust…
So, let me abandon the scorching gold of sunrise~
forgive this heart, serving nothing but lyrical lies…

You can go to blazes the angry son said
The next day his annoying father was found dead
Son regretted these final words all of his life
Never enjoyed another day, partied or took a wife
Others tried to sense some sense into him
They could not get through to sorrowful Jim
He was determined to punish himself the rest of his days
His life was in grayscale now, everything else a haze
a day before spring
spring has sprung a mighty wet
windy winter storm
