Frayed border prints paste illusion,
worn-out inks swirling bleeds,
The hauls, stareways, persuasion,
privileged balconies.

Antiquities of read reviews,
claims of a rustic quill,
to scribbled marks a light verse muse,
and forever bestill.

I hear the silence of the slams,
satirical critics,
synthetic irony exams,
stardoms paralytics.

It dominates its point to rise,
where life did emanate,
afeared facade recital trice,
timeless collaborate.

A reenactment of Bo Peep,
tough be a ruminant.
My first part, blossom -- was a sheep,
I was magnificent.

Your will is what will now, let me be free ...
'Tis be darker times than before, more childless,
This is crazy! Topsy turvey they'd be,
matters of convenience act the mindless,
It is the right of every woman, or,
Is it the right of every woman, so,
Some folks fighting for life inside the core,
others say the fight is more blow-by-blow.
The written trek crossed Egypt and the world,
Rome, Greece, Mesopotamia, and more,
rice patties and bamboo trails that were pearled,
procedures taught too numerous the score.
Be crib death, world plagues, poor, starving, and this,
quest be, will we exist ... 'Tis hit or miss.
                         ~~ Bestill ... lil' maybe!

O'er a vast horizon, a thunderstorm
           ignites bestill gloaming.
      A gripping disruption transform,
                    despair owning.

Flickering streaks rend the upper regions,
           shortly came the pouring,
      unleashing droplets like legions,
                    ...it's rage roaring.

The hazy mist that first visits my panes,
           now lines form from drizzling.
Spots here and there, the dripping gains,
                    serves a quisling.

More and more the collection keeps draining
           upon my window panes,
      solely repeatedly raining,
                    drips constant drains.

A leather book opened filled with photos,
           e'er so oft a flipping,
tissues of pain souls the shadows,
                    teardrops dripping.

The Sixth of Daniel

Walketh I, thy path of righteousness, beheld His glory,
Lifted me upon thy pedestal, godsends didst overflow,
Name I lord overseer to a third of the Medes kingdom,
King Darius favor astir cohorts to envy, concoct ruses,
Deceptive intrigue dupes, prayers to induce him alone,
Ruling ricochets both together King Darius and myself,
Unbeknownst I, exploits hands didst seize my person,
Thy servant wast bound cast down into the lion's den,
Constant pray I, Grace abideth with me, I fear no evil,
Occasion thy beast that they'd hunger naught, assert,
Oh Father, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven,
Art denied am I thy countenance, 'tis yond lion's den,
Faith I apiece well-sprung eyes, obliged glad tidings,
The hour steadies, a lion's den notably stable, bestill,
My presence overwhelms one joyfully, two confused,
Witticism replaceth tomfoolery as similar fates a pair,
Restoreth bliss as a kingdom praises my deliverance,
Redemption's always confirmed in steadfast prayers,
Tenacious faith that placeth the wealth of me in Him.

all women famous to craft their beads
while getting set for tomorrows Reed Dance
a trait of Zulu armistice Nguni extends

The Mystery Be

Mistral freedom o'er stakes waged before,
destined mortal souls their reposed earth,
spent sepulchers clips tales from postwar,
nonetheless, facts become one back door,
proves everywhere their tribute got worth,
bestill main doors naught their mailboxes,
the rumors naught onshore, farther berth,
winds from war, peace checks, paradoxes.

Twilight

I
OPEN AS A BLOSSOM
EMBRACED YOU
I
WRAPPED MY MIND
AROUND YOU
WORSHIPED YOU
LIKE A GOD
FELT YOU IN MY BONES
AND BREATHED YOU IN
AT EVERY CHANCE
THEN THE DAY DAWNED
ON ANOTHER LOVE
LEAVING YOUR MYSTERY
LIMP AND DEFEATED
BESTILL THE NIGHT
MY HAPHAZARD DREAM
ENDS AS IT BEGAN.

This path I take
                      So familiar it seems!
Of sweet years past I dream,
Of distant seasons I dwell; But of love---
Of love I miss. Although deprived of a
Maiden's gift, I bestill my aspirations;
With passions gone I retrieve my thoughts but fail
To comprehend; and now I must cater to my wounds
Of empetiness and bleed to the boredom that follows.

Tested

The downtrodden have instilled the fear,
The loss that is never heard,
Could it be the gentle brook,
Or the violent spoken word.
I bestill my mind with dampened spirits,
An ache that never sleeps,
Could it be the rotten corpse?
Or the widow as she weeps.
A thought to tame my wild thoughts,
To brush against a breast,
To feel the hatred well within,
A torturous little jest.
A Solemn word that bring the joy,
A splinter to bring the pain,
Could be the gentle laugh,
Or the twist of Cain.
As I finish my thoughts of the day,
Some words to capture whats real,
I take the pleasure in the pain,
Knowing the world I know is real.

Sweet Rose

~"O my love, my wife!
Death, that hath suck'd the honey of thy breath
Hath had no power yet upon thy beauty."-

Oh, prithee wake and kiss thy husband dear;
Come hither, take my hand and pray arise;
If thou art flesh or spirit, thou art mine;
A plague then be on cursed fortunes vile;
Thou lovest me no more; thou breathest, nay,
No more. Sweet rose, thou art wilted in full bloom;
And if thy bosom art forever stilled,
Then heaven bestill mine.
