Best Vibrations Poems
Can't stop flashbacks
Can't stop vibrations
Vibrations like echoes
Vibrations irritating wounds
Wounds that bleed
Wounds that torment
Torment the mind
Torment emotions
Emotions of guilt
Emotions full of anger
Anger from the past
Anger from shame
Shame that's distressing
Shame that's intrusive
Intrusive images haunt
Intrusive like storms
Storms striking like lightning
Storms louder than thunder
Thunder that's frightening
Thunder causing self-destruction
Self-destruction of the heart
Self-destruction of the mind
Mind acts recklessly
Mind reacts resentful
Resentful with regret
Resentful outbursts
Outbursts misunderstood
Outbursts they generalised
Generalised anxiety
Generalised questions
Questions of sanity
Questions of ability
Ability to stand
Ability to walk
Walk in fear
Walk through a hellish reality
Reality discarded
Reality unseen
Unseen persecution
Unseen war
War with life
War with time
Time is too intense
Time to surrender
Surrender to uncontrollable stuttering
Surrender to my misleading heart
Heart palpitations
Heart is numb flatline
Flatline
Palpitations...
a wisp offered him a small bunch of her soul
duet of florets dandelion with lavender
purr of petals and silent reminder
fragrance in whispers and love
a window of shelter rose from her words
tranquil tender and soft they reached out
tinge of seduction and glimmer of hope
voices sore from shouting and sorrow
‘I love you from the depth of my heart’
‘my mind needs a vessel of kindness’
‘mumbling essence will heal our pain’
‘together cacophony turns into music’
calmly bespoken a hush left her lips
offered a bouquet of serene kisses
blown from faith and surrender
and the earth started to move
inaudible at first a single sound blossomed
a volcano erupted in a show of hot lava
tsunamis weaved turbulent waves
as their union overcame hardship
no scripted audition no dress rehearsal
only embers and sparks of crackling heat
mumbled desire butterflies and nectar
revealing that all will be good in the end
the two lovers threw caution to the wind
far too loud was the chorus of truth
peace sung in harmony’s tunes
serenaded balanced emotion
they smelled the sweet melody
embraced visions of sound
touched dreams in abandon
tasted promises of caress
it had started with one whisper
but the message was booming
climax repeat and crescendo
a symphony of eternal bliss
14th June 2020
sad notes from a lonely oboe
coupled with uplifting melodies from a violin
concert penetrates my mind
connecting with my heart
eyes closed, a musical mantra flows
at last, one with the universal consciousness
stress dispelled
new hope reborn
perceptions redefined

Vibrations hum atop
ego-free foundation
O'er a ladder to heaven
~ mankind's destination
Morning dew lets
drip essential
waters, the active
ripples drop,
landing, working
with the melting
ponds, to release
surface tension
The callings of
chirping birds,
resonating
pleasantries to ears
everywhere, fervent
life, the eager
promise of things to
come
The good morning sun
evaporates people's
resentment, feelings
over three months of
abandonment, making
it up with a return
Ceremonious
Rich with golden
beams
A father figure
Hatch lings making
their identity
known, breaking from
shells to survive,
congregating around
mother for advice,
Feeling the
strengths of
togetherness, still
insecure, even under
the gentlest of
April breezes, that
whisper comforting
thoughts
The Lush trees,
restore their former
selves, showing
boldness and beauty
and shade and
shelter, trying to
outdo each other
Nature and Nurture
Kissed by the broken
winds
Fragility fades
Strong showers
precipitate as the
tears of the sun,
bringing out regrets
for having left us
at all, so fondly
appreciated
Our offspring
play in the muddy
puddles, birds
flutter about to
bathe, flowers grow
bolder, while bees
work the sap
Libidos driven by a
fervor, wanting to
be part of it all,
form partnerships
and blessed unions
worldwide, we will
conceive
Our prosperity
Interlinking all of
us
Timeless equation
In my eighteenth season, strangers used brotherhood as decorative
ribbons to gift me a feel and a truth that have stayed my life long. At a nature adorned ranch flowed a celebratory wedding reception upon soft
green field carpets so lush that they matched the gentle generosity of
my host's acceptance. I was a welcomed wanderer, a presence made
to feel I belonged and was valued. Old, wizen oak and willow trees
provided a poetic, scenic border for the velvet ground and shaded the
serene river on the other side of their mighty and graceful tree limbs.
It was Fall, of course it was Fall, the season of lusciousness and breezes
that render promising tickles upon titillated flesh. As music flowed, love
in sincere smiles became hand-to-hand holding, loose swaying arms, and uninhibited kicks from dancing legs all moving carefree bodies in a spontaneous, jubilant circle of dance. In a flash-know, I felt harmonious sensations empower all to unite in the spiritual perfection from which
we had come and would, in time, return as brothers and sisters gone home.

Vibrating elations brightened the sun’s own light and dissolved all human egos’ need-feel to be acknowledged as right. I knew none of the faces, yet I knew them all, just as they knew me because a mutual dance
feel took us all inside core truth; all were one in the same from the same
one of perfect love. Such knowing elated my dance with soul-intoxication. The air continued piping in rock’s most poignant lyrics sung by genuine, emotive voices that grabbed us all while drums beat as one with our
hearts until our pulses ignited, and guitars glided on soared, radiating
nirvana highs through our inside-otherness. These sensations all led me
to know what I still know, dancing that unexpected afternoon was more important in establishing my life’s philosophical purpose than many of the priorities I had been taught were paramount to living a successful life.
songs swirl inner depths
lifting souls in all who dance ~
nirvana buzzes
I have no name or reason, gone are bone and flesh.
My uncuffed spirit beats a raw passionate crest
when guitar riffs stroke my soul's divine ache afresh.
To my core I become high and healings blaze in my chest.
Tunes spin vibrations that ignite deeply inside me.
While I dance vivacious sounds sooth my soul within
and melt me adrift to lift me in gifted feels of free.
Music mends to transcend me beyond human skin.
Across the globe, music ascends—a universal zephyr,
Bridging cultures in harmonious yearning;
Chords converge from Andes to the Zangezur, xenharmonic,
Dulcet tones of a duduk—in the air, they whisper.
Every note—an echo of humanity's vibration,
From flamenco's fire to the finesse of a cello's undulation;
Gamelan's gongs—a gamut of sounds' timbre,
Harmonium's hum—hearts and spirits, it serenades.
In India where the sitar intricately resonates
Juxtaposed with jazz as New Orleans quavers;
Kora's strings kiss the breeze as Africa pulses.
Lyrics leap across lands—in mosaic form, it oscillates.
Marimba's mallets are on wooden keys lightly narrate
Ney's notes always navigate in a trance-like murmur;
Oud's ornate voice offers a limericking lyric
Perhaps to partake in profound kinetic kinesis.
Qanun quietly queries—a quivering jumping jubilation
Rhythms resonate—a restorative impressive intonation;
Samba's syncopation—a spirited harking harmony
Tabla's tempo—a testament of gripping grandiloquence.
Uilleann pipes uplift with urgent a fever for fervor
Violins voice the vibrancy of the endless echo;
Whistles and winds—the world's diverse diapason
Xylophone's xylography—a cross-cultural cadence.
Yodeling yonder in the Alps' billowing bellow
Zither's zephyrs—a zenith we accentuate and attune.
The melodic motions resonate,
as the embryonic evulsions ovulate
Sensuous symphonies create,
thrusting the White Knights to migrate
Reverberating echoes of ecstasy,
within chimes of chemistry
Upon procreation of pleasantry,
rituals oscillating rhapsody…
Of the erotic erections elated,
through meretricious minds have mated
Vestal visions have consummated,
of the seductive streams lubricated
Amidst sonic ringing of celestial spheres
the arousing of titillating tears
Penetrating promiscuous pioneers,
lasting libidinous music to my ears.

"When you let your mind float untethered: there is a state
of pure awareness; and all separations and boundaries cease."
Quote by _Constance
There are videos, books to read and view,
but non dual awareness is hard to construe
and to simply achieve;
thoughts spontaneous, dissolving:
arise, subside and revolving
vibrations to perceive.
Me and not me, a seamless unity,
the see'er, that is me seeks importunity
and to find sweet oneness;
to find a whole in what I see:
and think- letting go to just be
finding my awareness.
To live in the precious moments of life,
in reality with no division or strife
aware of views and thoughts;
arising, subsiding, swirling:
and know how to stop the whirling
to unravel the knots.
Now, I know pure consciousness has two parts,
a balance- like a wild bird that no longer darts
who is serene and calm;
I will breath floating clouds and trees:
rivulets dancing and the breeze
it will all be my balm.

Vibrations
Even when everything is calm
Sometimes I feel as if the Earth is talking
Signals, a tingling feeling
An event is about to occur
Electric currents flow through my body
Some unseen, mysterious force
Feelings of impending danger
Coming from an intelligent mind
To plant food for the summer harvest
And hungry mouths everywhere to feed
Great love, strong bond; a kinship to this planet
Is not far beyond my reach

like the Beach Boy's song
in the pocket of my jeans
when you text hello
Spiritually connected like a moth to a light,
Permeates my being through a quantum vibe,
Impressionist thinking and imaginary
Recalcitrant attitudes echo through my frequency,
Inclement to authoritarian dogmatic beliefs
Traversing quantum ideas of a transcendent release,
Unification of spirit, mind and soul,
Alliances forged through manifesting love
Living in an existential belief that we are enough,
Vehemently we are discovering the spiritual within,
Implementing practices of mindful beginnings,
Believing that love goes hand in hand with forgiveness
Reassessing a core of Transcendental living,
Aspiring to the highest cosmic frequencies,
Thoroughly cleansing our auras of domestications instilled,
Identifying an accordance of a change defining shift,
Opportunities to find inner peace and to spiritually heal
Negating the darkness for in fear there's no appeal,
Spiritual light and love is a consciousness that's always real.
Resting
The purple canopy above
Soars majestically to the heavens
Shrouding my view
I lie raised
In a caffeine haze
Deafened gloriously
Breathing to the rhythm
Reverberating through the stage
Vibrations soothing my aching limbs
Limbs which have slaved
Creating the musically Eden
Forging metal and wood
Blood and sweat
Sugar and caffeine
The sky darkens
Gentle patting comes from the canopy
Refreshment from the sky
Though just the taste in the air
Slakes my thirst
I turn and look out
The faithful stand weathering the storm
Rocking in the free world
Shouting to the gods
With refreshed bones
And mind
I stand
At one with the vibrations
Basking in the noise
As the night falls I leave
Under a lower skin
I tip my hat to her red hair
As I pass and move on
So under a thin plastic skin
I now lean on dead wood
As the angry strings
Caress the senses
The hour flies
And return at speed
Parting the crowd
With a voice louder than the din
Breath is heavier
Boots rapping across stone
The night draws in
I stand
Assimilating with the vibrations
Reverberating
Breathing
Diving
Back
Into the madness of the night
