Premium Member Pizza America's Favorite

Thick or thin, it is the Friday night order in special,
Supreme or meat lovers delight, whatever toppings
You like it, does not matter for it’s
The all American favorite, Pizza!!
Roll out that dough, cover it with Italians specialty
Sauce, cheese me to please me, I’ll never get enough,
I’m simply addicted to this deep dish pan delicious stuff.
Cut me no single slice, for more, more, more,
Is the thunderous roar of my mighty hungering’s
Rumbling, within my tummy, for what Pizza!!!
Circled or squared, just roll that pizza cutter of
Portions pleasure, pick up your slice and allow
That thick cheese to pull apart naturally,
Then bite into Nirvana, for this is heavens
Perfection guaranteed by the slice.
Now the frozen microwave style may work in a pinch,
Delivery or the hot and ready special can satisfy
My personal hunger glitch, for that tasty pizza pie,
As long as can get it, I’m satisfied.
Oh grant me one pleasures sinful command to break
Dearest lord above, to indulge myself, and stuff
Myself with pizza, pizza until I burst, for gluttony is
One distractions fault I have dear father, when it
Comes to this circle food, as it spins on the nightly
Commensals boob tube.
Is it not against the law to hide messages within
Certain text, because I swear these advertisers
Know our fragile human weaknesses, late at night
For this delectable substance, called what
Pizza, if I haven’t mentioned it enough,
Yummy, yum, yum old chum.
It’s the party hardy mid-night special, on all
Channels of the United States of America,
There is no doubt of this, rock my world
In flavorful old time favorite, dude I’m
With you all the way, especially on a
Friday night.
This is my declaration of independence
Declared in Italian sauces redden stainy ink,
Give me Pizza or give me death, just kidding
Folks, by the way do you want that last
Pizza slice, I’m not quite full yet, lol.

Premium Member Banana Split

A banana split can be a work of art.
With the fruit cut lengthwise in half is where we start.
Three scoops of our favorite ice cream go on top.
Whatever flavor, use the cream of the crop.
On each scoop go toppings of pineapple, chocolate, and strawberry.
Above that go generous mounds of whipped cream and a cherry.
A split is good enough to change the most dour personality.
Serve up this treat, and see them become merry.

Premium Member Ice-Cream With Daddy

Strawberry,
Vanilla,
Banana split

Maybe, I'll have it in a cone, filled with one scoop of triple chocolate chip.
Don’t forget the rainbow sprinkles and cherry sauce that sticks~ Napkins at the ready, for any melting messy drips.

Daddy said my brain would freeze eating far too quick~ i laughed when daddy’s tongue changed colour, from the blue ice lolly he licked

How am I to choose, so many I could pick~ Imagine tasting Each yummy flavour altogether in a dish.

To every day have ice-cream
That would be my wish
Breakfast, lunch and dinner without ever feeling sick.

A new flavour I decided on to try today was this ..
Rocky road with chocolate toppings, shaped like little fish

. I love my daddy, And I love our ice-cream trips.

Premium Member Ice Cream Summer Night

             **ICE CREAM SUMMER NIGHT**

Let’s go barefoot, when the stars come out tonight.
Sidewalks and streets, still warm from the sun’s delight.
Stop fretting, the sidewalks are really clean.....
Don’t forget, they are our natural grounding machine!
Look at all the cats, looking up at the full moon.
Whatever, are they thinking_I ponder the city of Rangoon!
I am starting to drool for raspberry toppings atop of vanilla!
Can I lick your caramel one, I know how it soothes ya!
Peace, serenity, joy are hallmarks of our town.
Existing here,well....impossibly hard to get down.
The cerulean light rays, peek at us from stars above.
Where everyday and night, we celebrate our blessed love!

                           ***********

Premium Member Ice Cream

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream,
Rocky road unto the tin roof, let the chocolate chips
Fall where they may, float me down the river of
Goodie, goodie, mouthwatering spoonful’s of what
You know my friend, Ice cream!!
Double dip me, with peppermint silvers of toppings
Delight, I’m not bashful I’ll taste another delicious
Tasteful bite, of yummy goodie, past the teeth,
Down the throat, look out tummy hear it comes,
The sweetest yum-yum, you’ve ever indulged in,
What is it called, let’s all shout it out, loud and clear,
I scream, you scream, we all scream for Ice cream.
Frozen milk and sugar what a rushes impact left on
Over load, so many variations of pleasure my taste buds
Surrender, unto Baskins-N-Robbin’s ultimate control.
To a fine point pleasure zone, smoothly textured
I’m drooling with anticipations brain freeze.
Chill me to the shaking inner core, I’ll become the
First human living ice cream cone, a chiseled
Ice sculpture smiling within an ice burg of delightful
Bliss, just don’t forget my sprinkles topping, your choose
Of choose.
Scoops at the ready, hear there is no holding back,
Let the squeeze bottles run free at last,
Marshmallows, to milk chocolate flow, I’m
Here for my just deserts repast, licking down
Unto the last drops of flavor are finally gone.
Come on fudge slice me, ice cream man,
Let no truck pass until the final frozen bar
Is shared with every lucky child, whom chases
After your musical vehicle of our childhood
Remembrances dreaming.
Oh sacred is the banana split, the whole grail
Of the summer time treasury treat, three scopes
Of sensations richness, covered by the sweet sauce
Of thy choosers delectable choose, I’m at your
Tender mercy, please take advantage of my
Weakness, for what Ice Cream!!
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream,
Rocky road unto the tin roof, let the chocolate chips
Fall where they may, float me down the river of
Goodie, goodie, mouthwatering spoonful’s of what
You know my friend, Ice cream!!

Pizza Wars

Out in California
I set up my little pizza place
that was shaped like a small tower,
while the other big name
pizza place giants,
moved in on my business
and had a lot more power,
their pizzas were made as
if on an assembly line
with little garlic and
hardly any toppings,
while with my pizza I took
a little longer to make,
all hand made crust
and a sauce that was to die for,
they used all kinds of different
ads and slogans to get more customers,
while alls I had was an electric sign
that blinked on and off "were open,"
then one day as fate would have it,
there was a moderate earthquake,
and my pizza place ended up slanting
a bit instead of standing straight up,
now tilting about 10 degrees eastward,
thought I might have to shut it down,
but thank God the planning commissioner
and inspector said it was
still safe and sound,
and much to my surprise,
I got frequented by more and more customers
who said it was not only that they loved
the taste of my old fashioned homemade pizza,
and how I always warmly smiled and greeted,
but also the new look of my now
unique leaning tower of pizza.

Premium Member Banana Split Heaven

Banana Split Heaven

I'm in Banana Split Heaven, the ice cream parlor of my dreams,
Choosing extra toppings and three flavors of sweet ice cream.
A foundation of ripe bananas, served the purpose of a bed,
For my decadent dessert, topped with cherries of bright red.
I licked my lips in anticipation. Couldn't wait to greedily savor
Huge scoops of creamy goodness in all my favorite flavors.
Chocolate Moose Tracks, blended with cups of peanut butter,
In the center, Bordeaux Cherry. Mmmm, I drool and sputter.
Vanilla Raspberry Ripple is really quite sublime.
Now it's almost ready, and soon it will be all mine.
Lots of peanut sprinkles; sauces of hot fudge and caramel.
Fresh whipped cream is sinful. Shhh, I will never tell.
Spoon after spoon, I pigged out and ate the whole dish.
Should I make one for you? Heck Yes! It sounds delish!

Premium Member My New Diet

I started a new diet that promised it would be.
The diet of all diets and it would set me free.
They said I’d lose a lot of weight in just a month or two.
And I would get so thin and svelte as if I was brand new.

They said I’d have to give up foods that I eat every day.
They said it was unfortunate, there was no other way.
And so they started to remove most of my favorite foods.
The ones that always put me in those very happy moods.

The first thing that would have to go was everything deep fried.
Not wanting to show weakness, they never knew I cried.
And then they said I’d have to give up butter on my bread.
That was the moment I broke down, a sea of tears were shed.

They said no cakes or muffins, good-bye to chocolate chips.
They said it was the only way to keep them off my hips.
Of course they said no ice-cream, now that was no surprise.
And no more cherry, pumpkin or luscious chocolate pies.

No gravy and no stuffing, not even one small bite.
They said I could have turkey as long as it was white.
No bacon in the morning, no pizza for my lunch.
No pancakes and no waffles with syrup for my brunch.

I had to give up donuts with toppings of all types.
Linzer tarts and cookies with those lovely lemon stripes.
Gone were the potato chips and all the lovely dips.
No more was I allowed to taste sweet candies on my lips.

Now I drink black coffee for breakfast every day.
Shredded wheat for breakfast, the one that tastes like hay.
At lunchtime a small salad and different types of fruits.
For dinner time a chicken breast with rice and bamboo shoots.

Then nightly I drink herbal tea to soothe my hungry nerves.
But when I go to sleep at night I dream about hors d’oeuvres.

Chicago Style

Golden brown and hot to the touch
One person could never eat that much
Thick as a brick and perfectly round
A more beautiful sight may never be found

Heaven on earth from the very first bite
It's also a veritable olfactory delight
You have to eat this beast with a knife and fork
It's not like the pizza you get in New York

So many toppings, just add as you please
One ingredient not found here...goat cheese
Eat til your busting, that's part of the fun
It always helps,if you belch when your done

One thing you must do before you die
Try a Chicago deep dish pizza pie

Pizza Logic

Brilliant minds still grapple with deep thought
Mortality, God and what's beyond the cosmic wall
The babysitter thinks on other levels here and now
How much rent to pay, toppings on a pizza, diaries
Boys, bubble gum and what to wear to school
Religious people think that sex and food are evil
They think too much
What good does it do them
I'll have a coke and pizza with my babysitter
Please pass the salt and hold that thought

Ice Cream Parlour

So many flavours to choose from,
My licking tongue can't wait on,
Toppings applied, build it high,
My taste buds about to cry,
To my mouth, it'll soon be gone.

Spring Flowers

A valley of flowers and season of spring
Base is green with colourful toppings
Coveted vibrant gems are dropping
Decorated board looks so alive
Evening dusky shadows arrive
Frame as fragile as a dream
Gardenia romania look supreme
Himalayan hills and hybrid hues
I hymn for this picturesque
Jasmine flora smell is raising
Knighthood piece of art amazing
Lotus petals where dew dwells
Mountain laurel and bluebells
Nothing can beat their persona
Orange marigold pink belladonna
Purple syringa forget-me-not
Queen of flowers rose red hot
Rain drop ink makes them scarlet
Sun rays develop them to starlet
Tulip triumph on blooming ride
Vivid as a newly wedding bride
Underneath clouds canopy beside
What an imaginary
Xerox created
Yellow daffodils
Zenith far and wide
