come in all shapes
and sizes
all different ages

the ones
who circle their
little locked rooms
counting time
in calm rages 
steel bars 
dissolving lives
scream please 
release
pray for their 
safety daily

for daughters 
mothers
fathers
sons

peace, freedom.
Love and kindness
somehow if 
it remains and
Forgiveness
are the Key.
