My Declaration of War On Self-Imposed Stupidity...Who's Coming With Me?!

All this hyped up glam and glitz
giggly girls break down in fits
these mascara clad boys devoid of wits
The shallower they go, the deeper it gets

Sillouettes lacking inner angles and lines...
The substance goes absent when the light shines...
Plotless drama without direction, still winds
These tragically bad fads spread like vines

Overrun with Reality shows depicting what's REAL
A mass zombie audience digesting their meal
Not In, but outside, this box they soften like veal
Staring at a screen that numbs how they feel

When did the war on intelligence start?
Losers not knowing that losing's not smart...
Cable providers gladly doing their part
News channels selling half-truth ala carte

I will be a rebel and fight for your mind
Hiding remote-controls where they won't find
Trading entertainment for knowledge in kind
Giving books out to the voluntarily blind

It's gonna be a BATTLE!!! WHO'S COMING WITH ME??!!

Human's Stupidity

Sea level rises... glaciers gradually melt
Global temperature is climbing the cliff.. Beware
But hey, G H gases don't exist.. Global warming is a myth

Throw everywhere in the streets, plastic and filth
Eat, and just leave disposal plate somewhere, anywhere
And dump wrappers in oceans and water pith

Basic unit of food chain, the shells are getting extinct
Reason... Ocean Acidification... Be sacre, be very scare
But no, water won't mind industrious wastes, they think

A tiny killer virus has taken over the world, bit by bit
A pandemic! To the modern man was rare
Thousands died, yet to them this pandemic is bullsh*t

And would say, don't take vaccines, it' ill make you impotent
Don't wear the mask, it'll make you look stupid, beware
And that Vac contain micro spying chips... Damn it

Mother Earth is in ICU, we made her a patient
Her blood polluted, poisonous is her air
Yet, all is well, to them these problems never exist
Human's STUPIDITY is making us all extinct

Egotism is the anesthetic that deadens the pains of stupidity

It lowers the shield that lets one think they have complete validity

Premium Member No Reason

The rec was where we dug sandy tunnel dens
in danger of collapse. There I fired my catapult
on a group of three children some distance away
as I hid behind a willow tree
not far from the passage leading in.

The straightness and speed of the stone
surprised me. It struck a young girl
on her spine, someone unknown,
and as she swung her left hand back
to clutch at her pain I ducked to hide
and slunk aside in the shadow of the trees.

They did not see me as they turned.

I think of it now with shame.

There was no reason.

Much older, as I walked alone across a parking lot
in upstate New York someone took a shot
at me from a window of nearby apartments.
The bullet pinged the lamp post near my head
and I turned to scan the windows from where it must have come, but saw no one.

There was no reason.

There’s a Virus

There’s a virus! Let’s go mental quick
Lock up your valuables they might get sick
There’s a virus! The media’s gone crazy
You'll lose your hair and you'll become lazy
There’s a virus! Let’s all run for the hills
Grab your coffins because they say it kills!
There’s a virus! Abandon the schools!
That’s brilliant the government likes fools!
There’s a virus! Please give it a rest!
It kills the elderly if they don’t wear a vest!
There’s a virus! It’s just like last year
But the media love it because you're filled with fear!
There’s a virus! All right! crawling on all fours!
I’ll live like a hermit and won't go outdoors
There’s a virus! Well I’m ready to go!
I don't believe this over hyped, media show!
There’s a virus! But it’s now on page ten
There's something new and it all starts again!

Stupidity

A tragic foible—
For those so blinded in life.
Stupidity’s sad . . .
Negation’s ugly face . . .
To be challenged at all times!

The Stupidity of War

Most wars are fought by the military
with the starter pistol fired by politicians,
then soldiers are sent out to kill each other
to fulfill some political ambitions.

War is now considered big business
putting young men’s lives at stake,
while counties sell each other lethal weapons
to see how much profit they can make.

Without the uniform this would be murder
but in war you never count the cost,
only when you visit the cemetery
do you really know how many men were lost.

War never has any winners
just brave men trying to survive,
with their wives and loved ones at home
hoping they will come back alive.

Premium Member The Hero

The virtue was being wronged, depicted his woeful tale of prey and innocence.
Gradually people gathered to listen to the poignant rhetoric.
blown away by the felon's aching, awful narration;
pitied the miserable plight, lamented the dejected tales.

There were babbling, the throng silently protested the unfairness, the injustice.
In innuendo, the protagonist raised the pitch of the tragic tale, the foul play.
one day, the aggrieved throng, broke the glasshouse of the pointed swindler of innocence to penalize,
rejoiced, contended, the folk were prattling the nature's law of justice.

The protagonist in awe, applauded the mob for the transgression, for the hold up.
All of a sudden, the cynosure of their eyes,
became bean ideal of rectitude and integrity,
applauded for the moral fortitude, honoured, doted on.
The proclaimed perceived upright hero was silently starring, astounded at the susceptibility of the mob, utterly blind,
subtly entangled in his devious, fabricated, intrigued plot!

The protagonist of the moving tale, removed the mask at the end quietly, with a sardonic laugh;
in triumph to give a puff to the credulous absurdity.
The machiavellian hero, was meticulously eavesdropping, peeping at the gross fooly.
The irony! The demon in disguise, is glorified by mercy of ludicrous asinine.

Premium Member Absolute Stupidity

An old proverb says, “absolute power corrupts absolutely”
A new proverb says, “absolute stupidity corrupts stupidly”
First name of Don
Middle name John
Methinks this new one describes things quite suitably

Stupidity and Humanity

Stupidity is the new trend, The new merchandise everyone is buying
It's something not just teens but adults have adopted
It's this idea that if you're the stupidest person in the room
You're the coolest person in the room
It bugs me that this disease, this infection, this sickness
Has spread its viruses into everyone's head but mine
Everywhere you go there are trash like humans , Humans that are just parasites, they take all they can and never retrieve the favor,
I thought Newt Gingrich's idea of colonizing the moon was stupid
It was something thought up by a child with mental retardation
But now I would love to colonize the moon and please let me be the first one there, so that I can get away from the horrible, menacing, idiotic, pathetic wastes of life forms that we have branded with the name humans
I have given up all hope in humanity, for a long time I've known
That humanity sucks and I lost faith in it long ago
But there was still this little, minuscule, petite gleam of hope
That maybe just maybe humanity would realize its mistakes
And at least attempt to fix them but no I was proven wrong
Now that bit of hope has left my body, it has been extinguished
So **** you humanity and suck my cock
Have fun killing this world and each other with your immense stupidity

Stupidity

I think something is wrong with me
I'm just wondering what it could be
My head just feels so thick
Maybe I'm getting sick?
Doc says it's called "stupidity"

I know I'm the smartest in town
And Doc is just a simple clown
Coz I'm the one that found
That the earth is not round
Which is why I keep falling down

The Words Begin To Dance

Read me,
As the words begin to dance, vacillating bewilderedly.
Without knowing who and where, or even when,
Foolishly stepped out, to meet a kind
The kind with bitter, chunderous, nature.

Kind, very kind without a doubt.
A warm, contrasting view of this being
4 limbs, 2 faces, steps out to greet me,
With its soft, frail hand,
I pity the misunderstood, as rumours mutate
And transmogrify, smothering the barbarous reality
It smiled at me with one face

While the truth is
I set out to meet something different
Something much different,
Something noxious, oppressive being entitled
To authoritarianism, ideology and power

But it wasn’t here.
Or at least not yet

Evil, Guns, Cowardice, Stupidity, and Fear

is anybody out there?
does anyone really care?

seventeen innocent souls departed this earth
unexpectedly and tragically so whilst leaving
grieving loved ones, classmates, and friends
to wade through another mass-murder event

is anybody out there?
does anyone really care?

many clownish and dud politicians in Washington, DC
including the vacuous person parading there as president
cleave themselves to a vaunted aura of self-righteousness
whilst singling out mental illness as the only true cause

is anybody out there?
does anyone really care?

the evil intentions and actions of a deranged person played
their horrific roles in sending these innocents through death’s
door at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on that fatal day
as did guns, political cowardice, stupidity, and fear of the NRA

is anybody out there?
does anyone really care?

and so, it is: guns, guns, guns, guns, and even more guns
proliferate American society today as many in Congress
oppose common-sense gun legislation and more stringent
background checks whilst lapping up money from the NRA

is anybody out there?
does anyone really care?

standing with those families who are aggrieved in such tragedies
and embracing the memories of those who have so sadly perished
requires compassion, moral consciousness, love, and political courage
to do the right thing and not to succumb to greed and abject stupidity

is anybody out there?
does anyone really care?

yes, many good people are out there
and many of them do really care

it is now time for Congress and this president to wake up,
to grow some backbone, and to do the right thing to ensure
that tragedies like this one never occur again!

I am out there
and I do really care—do you?

enough is enough!
this madness must stop now!
support and stand by the students!

amen . . . amen . . . amen

Premium Member We All Move On

We All Move On

Regardless of where each of us are at various stages
of our lives—we all move on.

The question is what each of us are choosing to do
about any uncertainties and problems we face as we
progress onward with our respective lives.

Fear, Excuses, Uncertainty, Prejudices, Stupidity,
and the Unknown are all convenient crutches that
many people prefer instead. Some fear and fear so
much any changes or things that might be different
from what they are used to.

The main thing is to truly move on with your life
and to seize any moment given to you in the quest
of finding and realizing your destiny and fortune.
