Premium Member Where Do I Go Duet

(Female) O' Lord where do I go
Just what will I see
And when will I know
What truth means to me

Male) To who can I Turn
Who Can I ask
When will I Learn
If I'm up to the task

(Both) This life journeys on
That's so easy to see
Like words to a song
But who's singing to me

(Male) Lord hear my plea
And answer my prayer
(Both) What's that we see
Is it him standing there

(Male) Closer he walks
with me and my fears
(Female) Softly he talks
And dry's all my tears

(Both) Whenever we're lost
And in need of a friend
Our heavenly host
Will answer again
Whenever you're lost
And in need of a friend
Your heavenly host
Says let's start again,
Let's start again...

The Bodhi Tree

I am a Bodhi Tree with branches reaching for the sky.
My cooling shade entreats a song, a lovely lullaby.
My roots run deep above and below the blessed ground
Where prayerful spirit looms my ancient trunk is found.

Siddhartha Gautama became Buddha beneath my tree.
In harmony reverent lines form to pay homage to me.
Enlightened beloved spiritual teacher of India’s grace,
My humble trunk was honored to smile upon his face.

Poet's Spirit, Warrior's Heart

A poet's spirit once contested with a warrior's heart
after ten thousands moons had flown silently past
from that both found they were not far apart
thus a kingdom born , with peace and love as a start
ever does the grace of love roam and so freely last.....

Premium Member Quiet Me With Your Love

Quiet me with Your love, Lord
The noise of the world is loud
I cannot hear
Your still small voice
Whispering in my ear…..
Quiet me…..

Hush this beating of my heart, Lord
This frenetic pace
Set by the world’s clock of madness
The strive to achieve and do
And forget all about You
Help me just to BE
Quiet me….

Rock me in Your arms, Abba
My heart is battered and bruised
Used and abused
Subjected to public disgrace
I can’t show my face
Dry my tears, Abba, Father
Dry my tears as You rock me in your arms….
To rhythm of Your grace
In the light of Your face
Quiet Me...

Sing over me, Father, sing over me
That eternal song that You know so well
The one that casts out every spell
Born in Your heart of love
That reminds me I’m a child of the King
Under the shadow of His mighty wing
Sing over me, Father, sing over me
Your melody soothes my soul
Your voice calms and makes me whole
Quiet me….

Let me fall asleep in Your arms, Abba
I need to rest
I’m tired of running around
I’m tired of trying my best
It’s never good enough for them
It’s never good enough for me
But…I never need to be good enough for you
I just need to be Me
Your child….Your Little One….The Apple of Your Eye
Let me sleep with the sound of Your heart
That beats in the Word
Lulling me to sleep…as I forget to weep
Oh Lord…Quiet me!

Eileen Manassian Ghali

The Lord your God is with you,
He is mighty to save.
He will take great delight in you,
he will quiet you with his love
He will rejoice over you with singing.

(Zephaniah 3: 17) This is one of the innumerably beautiful verses underlined in my Bible…Yes….Oh, Yes! I need this assurance, don’t you? As a child seeks solace in the arms of a parent, we can seek comfort in the arms of God.

Abba….a Hebrew term of endearment (Daddy)

Keep On Believing

Keep on believing

When I think back...
on my life so far,
the good and bad
have shared equal time

Though ups and downs...
have been hard to face,
believing kept my faith alive

Chorus
So, keep on believing...
this evil world,
will try to break you down
So, keep on believing...
the waters may surround you,
but you won't drown
So, keep on believing...
only faith can keep you,
anchored to solid ground

You may have tried...
foolish things,
to help to ease the pain,
to quell the deep fears inside

but, this old world...
will soon pass away,
only faith leads to eternal life

Chorus
So, keep on believing...
this evil world,
will try to break you down
So, keep on believing...
the waters may surround you,
but you won't drown
So, keep on believing...
only faith can keep you,
anchored to solid ground

I've learned it's not money...
that will save you,
and keep you from harm

Trusting in God,
who will never fail you,
and obey him,
when he sounds the alarm

Chorus
So, keep on believing...
this evil world,
will try to break you down
So, keep on believing...
the waters may surround you,
but you won't drown
So, keep on believing...
only faith can keep you,
anchored to solid ground

so, keep on believing,
He'll never ever let you down
so, keep on believing,
He'll never ever let you down
so, keep on believing,
He'll never ever let you down

Angel of Mine

Angel of mine
Where have you been?
Searching my whole life
For my forever friend

Angel of mine
Where did you go?
Looking for you
Finding only lost souls

If I could fly to where you are
If I could take flight here and leave
If I could fly to where you are
Close to you in my imagining

Angel of mine
When will we meet?
Shaped from the stars
Designed destiny

Angel of mine
Can you hear me?
Opened my heart
Partly whispering

If you are a part of my big plan
If you had wings long enough to reach
If you are a part of my big plan
Prayer screams are you listening?

My angel of mine
Fallen down to the earth
Through my lonely eyes
Washing over all my hurt

Strength of My Life

You are the strength of my life,
you are my God
You are the strength of my heart,
my Holy Redeemer
You see me thru all the troubled
waters in my life
You bring me thru the fire,
cleansed and sanctified

Salvation chant:

When enemies surround me,
you deliver my soul safe from harm
When I call upon you Lord, you hear me
and protect me in your arms
You are the strength of my life,
you are my salvation
When you died on the cross,
you became my Resurrection

Salvation chant:

You are the strength of my life,
my Holy Redeemer
You are the strength of my heart,
you are my salvation
When you died on the cross,
you buried all my transgressions
When you rose from the grave,
you shined with pure perfection

Salvation chant

You are the strength of my life,
you are my God
You are the strength of my life,
you are my salvation

Within the whispered wind, bumble bees
fly their syncopated figure eights.
Praying mantises fall to their knees
	…within the whispered winds.

Rich blessings float from heavenly gates
and set kissing dragonflies at ease
before all worldly sorrow abates.

Sunday psalms sung softly in the breeze
settle where the flock congregates.
Hallowed ambience exudes heartsease
	…within the whispered wind.

Give them clear mountain lakes,
And kid-friendly swimming holes,
Rafts, rowboats, and canoes;
Dads and sons with fishing poles.
Give them clear night skies,
Filled with just enough moonlight
To find shadowy paths--
Navigating by starlight.

Give them old patch jackets
To remind them of their tales:
Camporees, jamborees,
And famous historic trails
Give them some traditions
From American folklore;
Ashes saved from campfires,
To teach them who went before.

Give them Boy Scout handbooks,
Lengths of rope with knots to tie,
Multi-tool pocket knives,
And young Scouts wanting to try.
Give them trails to follow,
Maps and compasses to read.
Stories around a fire,
Patrols of Boy Scouts to lead.

All Scouts want is just a chance
To watch wildlife and touch native plants,
Go snipe hunting and backpacking,
And earn merit badges for everything.
All Scouts want is just somewhere
To swim and hike and breathe fresh air,
And to cook and laugh around a campfire.
There’s just not much more for a Scout to desire.

Start of a New Journey

The basic principles flowing through my mind,
Shaped to intricate patterns of predestined design.
I now know where, I was not before,
for now I am, as I need through this door.
I might change my mind if you hand a receipt,
for all this worthless material you cherish in defeat.
Let me explain something, and I’ll make it very clear,
you’re wasting your time, each and every year.
Ego is a concept not yet defined,
expanding past personality and even your mind.
It’s the flesh that you take to appointments of all you see,
and it’s not your fault as a victim of society.
However once you know you can only blame yourself,
this spiritual design is a one way to health.
Stop confusing religion in your mind,
life is only complicated for the body your assigned.
Legality, Morality, Totality to Fatality,
going crazy trying to comprehend Reality.
Now back to the basics as I mentioned before,
it only matters what you’re left with when you are no more.
Fendi, Versace, Christian Dior,
blinded by these dark lights from the shades you wore.

Think about it.
Now become it.

Are you happy fighting all were here for?,
you won’t find Love, Compassion, or Soul in a store.

Now make up your mind and choose not to fall.

You need not to find it you’ve had it all along,
Just rid of judgment and you’ll sing your own song.

It’s the Truth.
Believe it.

Were built of regurgitated info from those of before,
Now start your own path as you know there is more!
Dream, Believe, Achieve, and you will no longer Seem to Leave to Grieve.
As you will be in the moment with all that is,
Start by forgiving thyself and cherish the gift to give.
We were all once babies, and we are truly all one.
Think deeper than your pocket, and the answer will come.

I Died Because I Love You

I died Because I Love You [Lyrics of Gospel Song]

You are the one who walks on water, you’re the one who raises the dead
The fact that you ever bother, leaves me so astounded.
My existence is not perfect, nor ever could it be.
Why you would ever bother, always amazes me.

Chorus
Lord, you hold me close so gently, when into your presence I come.
With love and compassion, your quiet whispers become,
“I died because I love you, and I’d do it all again.
I suffered so intently, at the hands of earth’s men.
I died because I love you, and I’d do it all again.
**********Yes, I died because I love you, and I’d do it all again!”***********

Those words always touch my heart, and truly heal my soul.
Just to know you love me, such love to grasp, enroll.
For I’m a wretched sinner, no greater wretch could be,
And yet, you said, “I died because I love you, I died on Calvary.”

My heart aches when I falter, because it’s you I disappoint.
But instead of a scolding, my forgiveness you appoint.
It’s because you love me, that I’ve grown to love you too.
And each time I hear you say those words, my love for you just grew.

At eases rest, he sits waiting,
The guitarist.
Withered arthritic hands,
Shake now.
His study gaze strains,
To read the noted page.
Thoughts drifting, pondering,
A gentler pace.
Reflections pause, amongst,
Remembrance still waters.
Life's forgotten rambler,
Traveling along destiny’s,
Long lost highways.
Castaways absent player,
In limbos mindless game.
A migrant hobo,
Leaving reality's seasonal,
Venues behind.
God's harvest lies beyond,
In glories golden fields.
No lyrics express liberation’s,
Abandonment, freedoms release,
From pains well worn shell.
Lifted above griefs, loving kindred,
Peal away regrets many veils,
Layer by layer exposing,
Destiny's beauty in misty hews.
A new adventure begins,
On horizons, magnificent canvas,
Behold a grand expanse.
A spirit soars, following an
Everlasting light.
It is peace without expression,
Mankind’s ultimate fulfillment,
And loves final achievement.
Celebrations joy receives salvation's,
Lost lamb.
In hymens sacred choir he'll join in,
Playing God's gospel, angel's voices,
Are raised in praise.
Strumming at his best,
Within divinities,
Heavenly band.
Sweet melodies song echoes,
Beneath stars shinning light.
The music man smiles,
I've finally come home at last.
