WITH JUST ~ONE KISS

I rise, like fire in your eyes.
Feel the burn, as I discharge my flames.
Like Frankenstein,
I will make you come to life.
Out of the sea,
I rise like the tide.
Move in slow like the moon,
provoking, your endless passionate doom.
A giant wave you can't control,
sinking you like a ship below.
I'm the fever burning deep inside,
in and out at 105%.
Like a drum beat from the wild west,
I'm the rhythm pressing up against your chest.
Re-sizing the power of the blazing sun,
blistering your complexion till my job is done.
I'm the force you find in number 8,
a hurricane, destroying at an atomic rate.
I'm the south and north pole,
the magnet that attracts your glow.
The mass that holds your gravity in place.
a body that magnitudes the smile on your face.
I'm the exhaust,
running through your system.
I'm dangerous, and beautiful like the open shores,
One kiss will lead you wanting, more and more.

Passing like the wind,
holding on to my bliss,
Kiss after Kiss.

Lip against lip,
Be prepared for all of this.

The Flames of Passion

It was a night like no other night
And it came out of nowhere
Our eyes locked on each other
And started the flames of passion

We move across the dance floor
And we know what we wanted
We wanted each other so badly
But still we were hesitant

The heat of bodies seems to ignite
As we embrace to dance
It was not love, and it was not lust
It was only the flames of passion

As the music plays
We can feel our hearts beating outside our chest
The raw essence of our perfume
The aroma now covers her dress

Our lips were quivering to touch
As our cheeks blushes with hunger
Our needs were like knives slowly
Cutting away at our resilience

We were burning,
Burning up each other control
Until the heat becomes too hot
As we lead ourselves to the parking lot

Her touch was so soft and tender.
But her whisper was full of desire
As our lips gasp in sweet surrender
As the flames of our passion fuels the fire

No words were said or spoken between us
No promises were made, to be kept
No lies of flirting being told tonight
No looking back and no afters regrets

The longing to stay in each other arms
Was there, but we had such precious little time
We were like the rain with thunder and lightening
Being lonely tonight was our only crime

Shivers in magnitudes of earthquakes
Rumbles through our veins
Exploding like a tornado
Trembling like flowers in the wind

Descending waterfalls
Catching our breaths
Coming back to earth
Heat burning in our soul

Walking away after
With nothing to say
A longing for more
Neither of us wanting to say

Tomorrow maybe bringing sorrow
Or a brief guilt or moment of shame
With the memory of this one night in our lives
When we release the flames of passion's

Where Do Poets Go

Where Do Poets Go
A tribute to All Poetry Soup Poets of the Past

Where do Poets go, when it’s time to create?
Imagery through thoughts, so that others can relate,
What place can they find, that can offer immense solitude,
When creative juices are flowing, at random magnitudes?

How do they find time, through the hurries of day?
To put things in perspective in a most unusual way.
Why put so much passion, on the pages of each write?
Words of joy and laughter joining those of grim and strife.

These questions may seem trivial, to one without a clue,
So I’ll try my best to answers, from a layman’s point of view.
We Poets, all go to the same place, into the channels of our mind,
To create beauty through written words, for pleasures yours and mine.

Poets are no different, than an artist working on a set,
Perfected lines of color, mirrored image, words of text!
Creativity and imagination, is what it take to find,
The place where Poet’s go, on their quest to design!

Almighty Radiance

https://m.soundcloud.com/user-921599710/almighty-radiance

Magnitudes of greatness
Unfailing love relentless
My noble rock and fortress
Father to the fatherless
Marched beyond the wilderness
Redeemer of righteousness
In awe of your magnificence
Omnipresent brilliance
Of glorious resplendence
An eternal assurance
A blessed abundance
Of shining countenance
With strength and resilience
Royalty and eminence
His majesty of prominence
Gladness in your presence
Free in your deliverance
Delightful in obedience
His almighty radiance

Vox Sforzando

I murmur like a rivulet through the
hitch of your hands, where the canyons
carve their parched longing into your fingers—
where silences sublimate like cera,
pooling beneath your glissando touch.

Your tremolo breath convulses rough and low
like sibilant submersion in water—
spilling, sinking, staining everything it meets.
I watch the estuary of your gaze split my horizon—
watch you hush abysmal eyes into
celestially arched surrender.

There is no stillness between starlight,
only the pull of mighty magnitudes,
fuses lit beneath the ribs,
pulses and throbs teaching the air
how to cleave—how to…
sforzando!

Love, here, is neither reserved nor reticent—
it is lightning bottled in glass—
hellfire burning beneath the tide—
language that deconstructs
even as it is uttered.

I step forward—some faltering cadence,
some submitting ascension—placing my hands into your fire,
not to be consumed, but to remember
how stars revel and rain.

Premium Member Simple Gratitude

Whining wailers never know when,
opportune moments ever begin.
An angry man hath his eyes closed,
not a bit of triumph ever he knows.

I smile and nod my gratitude,
to vets in wheelchairs "in their fortitude"
down syndrome children‘s, little aptitude,
courage, in the plight of such magnitudes.

Gratitude begets beatitudes.
Gratefully I recharge my attitude.
I smile when in conflict, I am stewed,
a notion of locomotion, in attitude.

I smile and rejoice in summer’s breeze.
I drink noble coffee in a winter’s freeze.
My conscience is clear I am at peace,
watching each fall the geese fly east.

Gratitude begets these beatitudes.
in diligence, I secure my attitude.
In smiles each day my life is renewed,
by love’s theory of moving subdued.

I praise in amaze on a rainy day,
every mud puddle in which children play,
I love their laughter and frolic, quite gay.
"Gratitude doth beget it's master’s pay."

Premium Member Vacation: Lake Louise

Of the places of wonder, to travel and wander
I would return once again to the chasms of time
Banff National Park is the jewel in the crown
On the rim of the world where pure silence is found
and the edge of a glacier where white peaks have climbed
Where eyes are astonished and cloistered we'll find
a lake, named Louise, ringed with forest and trees.

The beauty is cradled beyond one's belief
Where centuries seep through the cracks in the ice
and monuments melt much faster than light
Enlightened are those who will come to respect
each breath-taking view, every chance to reflect.

Gaunt pines have climbed, on ridges that sigh
with spokes of long fingers that reach to the sky
It seems that their branches are stars we can't find
With reverence, unspoken, while throats swell in pain
In gratitude, for magnitudes of nature's refrain

My breath is unable to shape a weak voice
or rejoice in the miracle mere mortals will find
I will stare out and marvel at the bright early morn
as I hear my heart beating, and my soul is re-born

Scalar and Vector

now we come to the taboo part of our presentation
in which the secret of all time will be revealed
to those who wish to understand understanding
characters arranged in uncharacteristic sequence
a nice little codification on toasted bagel
hitched to the static measurement wagon
so many pretty numbers so subdivisable
into both shape and penetrated substance
down where the cognitive revolutions
splash about cageless canaries preening in song
what is it we perceive if not dimension
floating upon a squirming ocean of magnitudes
of enormous potential in zero space
is pretty much it see not so difficult
10,000 years of hocus pocus gurus
couldn't begin to tell you this eye to eye
being knee deep in spirit and guesswork
and various intuitive instruments of torture
while still thinking in 3 color caricatures
mystery on her own is something to bother about
this assessment brought to you by the same 10k
a constant ball park estimate for side arm pitchers
following the contours of the cracks in that great glass
where the buzzword signal meter needles
are perpetually evermore bouncing off the peg
trying to tell a story that hasn't been told before
to your narrator who is all ears all the time
bringing the reign of the ephemeral cortex
to the light of day much to everyone's disgust
irretrievably drawn to the abandonment of ornament
and their many delicate sedimentations
chased by a brace of Tennessee blueticks
baying like a steam whistle spitting sparks
assured of the one validated certainty
the wax was melting off his wings
apparently this is not a trial run
with God whispering in my big bunny ear
you probably want to be like me right
the wavy haired platinum blond at his elbow
adds a lascivious every day has its price
naturally I had to agree and nodded heedfully
knowing a single sliver of the future
the bogs will take them

Evolution Revolution New World Order

Global revolution is in the air. Not militarily, but technologically.
It will be no less disruptive to world order, in fact it will be many magnitudes more. Technology tsunamis will churn across the globe and back again,
washing away the old world order. What's left in its stead will be radically different. Societies will be rearranged, realigned and in many instances totally washed out of existence. We will communicate wirelessly seemingly telepathically all connected thru the web. The global brain linking up with artificial intelligence when it arrives on the scene. Countries will melt away as those distinctions lose there meaning. Progress will then be so rapid as to be a blur. We'll explore outer space but inhabit virtual space blending the two in ways unexplainable. A Brave New World indeed.

Attitude

My dad always told me,
Your attitude determines your altitude,
How high will you go?
My answer then was I don’t know.

My mom always stated,
Do your best and the rest will be handled,
And don’t let people burn you like a candle.
Those statements were a hard pill to swallow.
Especially when our day to day lives often
Cause us to encounter beings whose hearts are hollow.

Whether it is positive or negative,
Your attitude is a true description of you.
Your actions speak louder than words.
People are people so what should it be?
You and I should get along not terribly,
But work together in harmony.

My mom and dad were right.
Just because someone may deliberately hurt you,
You can’t always come back with a fight.
That person may be doing that in spite,
Because they wish they were you,
And to himself, he is being untrue.

Now I know where I’m going,
To altitudes of extreme positive magnitudes,
To places I have never seen,
And doing things that I never dreamed,
That I would do.

It’s not easy to let go of things of the past.
That may have shifted you to a magnitude of negative.
You have to add that the situation did not cause death.
Let it go, in other words, subtract it, and it will be handled
So you will not be burned like a candle.

Your attitude is a true description of you.
Your actions speak louder than words.
People are people so what should it be?
You and I should get along not terribly,
But work together in harmony.

The Mysterious Girl

THE MYSTERIOUS GIRL
By Radebe Diemo Glen

Hopeless, yet heartbroken, that’s when I saw her.
A girl so beautiful, so innocent – she blew my mind away,
Took my heart by storm
And left it wondering.

A sharp pang shut through my body
And made my left leg go numb.
She said one word…
It flattered me with its beauty.

I may forget what she said,
But I would still feel so bad.
I will, however, not forget how she makes me feel.
I just hope she and I have a deal.

My love for her has no magnitudes.
It drives me crazy; I’d reach all altitudes.
I hate being an abductee,
Rather I will make her my honouree.

Enlightenment On the Wane

A cosmic gulf of enormity besets thee,
as intellectual relevancy re-entry
splash down in a vast sea of ignorance

The empirical wherewithal to muse observe,
with keen, hydrogen-based acuity,
is nary an airy given oxygen insurance

Doth not the face of the southern sky
tans thy northern confidence?
Giving a crescent grimaced, eclipse grin perchance

Concealed thoughts art so hard to glean
in the constellation of troublous times
Orbital doubts waver on the lunar surface parlance

Pioneer tech eyes trail blaze sunset westward,
leaving an easterly wake of dawning Luddite uncertainty
Meteoric progress ever on a pagan retrograde dance

Neanderthals rule with nebulous, idol impunity —
cave men-tality motions on an elliptical path of descent
Lovers of cascading idiocy tales, comet tarry in an illiterate trance

Count the stars ...
notice the varying magnitudes of wisdom
Blind faith getting led by a Sirius cane

Gravitational scars ...
trust falling in arrears create a void schism
Enlightenment on a neural pulse wane

Celestial numbers shine unfathomable,
Mendeleev Geiger counters never stop clicking
Differing degrees of sage brightness at a Cassiopeia glance

Art thou Arcturus views aurora noble,
doth thy vow to seek knowledge require asking?
Galactic dark matter will arise from a stony heart romance

A Place

There is a place harbored solely by my heart.
It is peaceful, unhurried, free of every fear.
'Tis magnitudes more when you are near.

There is a calmness and serenity about you
that is all-seeing, penetrates my very being
and fixes me on what's worth achieving.

If I listen with mindful intent,
I can hear counsel whispered gentle.
It is direct, seasoned, and unsentimental.

Humbled, graced I am to host such a heart
with a place that pathfinds my course.
In humility I praise and thank the source.

I'M Still Standing

I’m still standing, and all credit goes to God.
Many from all walks of life and places treated me odd.
God, I’m better than I’ve ever been.
I’m not in the hood anymore.
I’m not knocking on Hell’s doors.
Lord, I thank You for keeping me alive.
Many vectors pointed toward me from,
Huge directions and magnitudes.
It was only you that cancelled them out.
I give You true praise and credit without a doubt.
God, You, sent me to a place where I received more love,
Than, I ever obtained from people in my life.
I know that it came from You.
I know that I live the life that’s true.
I’m still standing because my purpose is enormous,
And for long it won’t be dormant.
I’m still standing although many don’t want me to.
I thank God that after all this time,
I’m still standing in my life that’s true.
