Just Some Highschool Math Problem

i am a possibility
of many possibilities
i am a ratio
an indecisive factor
in the rest of what this dimension has to offer

the world is a top
i spin it and predict the probability
that the end will equal the means
or perhaps surpass it
even if i never surpass this muck-up
these broken eardrums
and the inquisition of my empty head exclaiming empty words

and i don't even exist
especially to the solipsists, nihilists
and i no longer give a sh--
i am now officially some lazy apathetic prick

oh i could have been a possibility
but that possibility was so small
that you'd need a magnifying glass
and some tweezers

i am rust, oxified and tearing up
i am crust, the sh-- in the ring on the toilet
i am lust, but never just enough
i am bust

i am a loser without a leash and/or choke chain

Stay

I've gotten better

Or so I thought

Cuz suddenly the words

I'm not okay

And

I want to die

Left my mouth

Which is weird

Because I thought I was better

But that's not a thing right

It doesn't get better

It only gets worse

And this is just the beginning

I dont deserve to he here

I lie

I cheat

I steal

I'm selfish

So if I do all those things

Why am I here

Why do I exist

If I'm being honest

This words is better without me in it

So why do I stay

Why do I put myself thru life

Because suicide is selfish

You think it'll only effect you

But when you die

You have to look down

And see your loved ones mourning you

Your mom and dad crying

Thinking we should have known

My sibling crying

Thinking there all alone

My grandparents crying

Thinking why did this happened

My dad crying

Because he will never get to walk be down the aisle like we always talked about

My mom crying

Because she'll think it's her fault

My grandmother crying

Yelling “mamala”

My grandfather crying and comforting my grandma

My best friend crying

Because we never got to move in together and be roommates like we always talked about

My little brother crying

Because we never got to speed in my car and blast loud music like we always talked about

Dieing isn't an option

Living is an option

I want to blast music and speed in my car with my little brother

I want to move in with my best friend and be roommates

I want my dad to walk me down the aisle

I want to be my sisters maid of honor and see her get married

I want to see my brother grow up get his first girlfriend

I want to stay with my grandparents

I want to stay with my aunt who is like my second mom

I want to stay

Want to stay

To stay

Stay

My Highschool Sweetheart

We were high school sweethearts you were my dream come true. We were
inseperable through and through and the love we shared for each other could
surpass no other. We got engaged and my dream was true as my love for
you grew and grew. We got married and you became a Marine and i became
your wife then we went out to California and started our new life. We were
so happy and life was so good. We had our first child and what a joy i felt
so blessed he looked just like you. The years passed by and we had our second
son he was so sweet so full of laughter and such a joy. Then the years went
by and we drifted apart that really broke my heart. I finally let you go hoping
with all my heart you would return but that you did not. My love for you is
still in my heart there are days i miss you and nights my heart cries for you.
If only we had believed in each other more and not chosen to part. How I
Miss you So.

An Ode To Ap Literature

I do not see further meaning
behind the choice of word
To analyze this is demeaning
I think it is absurd

Whoever decided to write this
must of been high as a kite
If you want this class to be treacherous
stab me to make it a fair fight

The only thing less moving than poetry
is the clock up on the wall
Time is is no hurry
to set me free into the hall

My teacher tries to no avail
perhaps I’m unable to learn
Or maybe all poets are evil
and just want the world to burn

Memories In Highschool

Memories, dear memories, I hold them close,
Treasures from the past fondly disposed,
In photographs, innocent faces smile,
I cherish each name, remembered for a while.

Teachers, mentors, strict yet kind,
Imparting knowledge, shaping young minds,
With endless patience, they guided our way,
Through confusion, they helped us find our say.

Young love's crush, a soaring feeling,
Her presence lit my days, joy revealing,
Her sight ignited my soul's cheer,
But alas, my love, she didn't appear.

Teases and whispers reached her ear,
Revealing my secret, my heart's sincere,
A snub, a heartache, my love returned,
Falling grades, my emotions churned.

Graduation day, a bittersweet farewell,
My school molded me, a story to tell,
A thousand thanks, though not enough to say,
To those who helped me grow, each day

The Happy Seasoning

Thousands of students of decades
Across the nation,
Have loads of issues with grades
And lack of motivation.

A retention to learning,
With parents calling
And graduation rates falling.
It's beginning to be so concerning,
That teachers even notice,
These kids aren't learning.

The propositions the school has given,
Halted the adults' beliefs they thought they knew.
School psychologist’s are anything but driven,
And their inadequate solutions are simply untrue.

The great idea has bestowed upon me,
And this hypothesis has been churning.
Without concern for the students I can see,
This will prove the best of your earning.

A new substance has reached the market,
That will prove me right.
LSD, Cocaine, and Meth will hit the target,
So cook with all your might.

Gracious children run freely in the halls
Now happy and cherishing all their liberty,
Can finally succeed and jump off the walls.
The teens will finally use all of their ability,
If you even have the balls.
Their improved grades are a certain probability
All until the last one falls.

Rumors At a Typical Highschool

living between your walls
its okay,just don't say a word
wandering how rumors are told
side by side corner by corner and there it goes
Over and over till everyone knows
where your story be their lives
Even if it was full of lies
With the dirty looks and whispers
I challenge myself to lecture
Side by side, corner by corner and there it goes again
Shoosh , dolt say a word !

Highschool

yea I’m in high school living daily by the rules while the others are

doing stuff that they think is cool they always claim the teachers are

cruel but really they are just trying to help us young ones make it

through some kids run from the truth due to the life they have been put

through some parents don’t give a crap or two but some blessed

deny the fact that parents are there to see you through I’m writing

this verse from me to you some kids raised in the ghetto have a

place where morals don’t fit in their schedule all you have to do is

is fight to strive for anything you believe and be wiling to achieve

willing to succeed you just have to believe you can whoever you

want to be we shouldn’t play with our grades like it’s a game but

wanting our education to build into a career one day some of yall

are focused on the wrong thing the ig and twitter names are nothing

but a game yall talk 24/7 about money, dope, and fame but yall need

to focus on the right thing just put your mind to it and you can be

anything once again I say yea I’m just the average kid in high school

just trying to find my way

Premium Member High School

Last night I was in the attic
Rummaging through old books.
Remembering times long gone
Pictures of how we used to look.
The things we did
The fun we had.
Remembering high school
I felt sad.
Old friendships have gone
New ones bloom.
Life was so easy
Gone too soon.
Biggest flirt
So carefree and wild.
Most wreckless driver
Prettiest smile.
Those special relationships
Will always be the best.
I am glad to have known you all
But life goes on I guess.

Roses are red
Violets are blue
When I lay in bed
I dream of you

On my first day at school
You said hello and winked at me
You stood there looking so cool
I knew that we were meant to be

Since that very first day
I knew my heart was true
That I’d follow you all the way
From here to Timbuktu

I think we were made for each other
Soulmates through and through
For me there couldn’t be another
I hope you feel the same way too

We can’t stop looking at each other in math class
I love it when you flirt with me that way
Let’s bite the bullet and break the impasse
Will you take me to the dance this Saturday?

Highschool

Thrust into a new place, Being better is a race
Everybodies different, Everybodies out on display
Making new friends, as well as unwanted enemies
Try and stay focus, All I wanna be is really me
I've got the brain to get the grades, But someone is distarcting me
I'd rather skip class and go and kick back with my honeybee
All these problems, whoaa is me
Grades are great so time to chill,
Oh no, grades tumble down a hill
Back on my game I study hard
Extra cedit working hard, Earning A's and all is great
Problem is girls like to hate
All this drama girl you fake !
Time goes by another year,
All repeats and stuff gets real,
Work extra hard, gotta stay focus
Ignore all the drama your futures in motion !
School works most important so make sure you get it finished,
And when it's time to graduate oh high school how you'll miss it.
And in the future you'll sit back and start to realize,
You made it there you'll make it anywhere you put your mind..

Premium Member I'm popular

(a throwback poem from High school)

I'm the most popular girl in my homeroom.
Of course, that's my own bedroom -
cause we're on COVID lockdown, zoom.

My bedroom is the math class, which doubles as the gym,
it triples as the theater - you should see the shows I'm in.
They're only in my mirror, so my cats get free admission.

My sudden popularity's due, to a matter of attrition.
If I play my cards right, I can probably be prom queen
I'll hold the ceremony in the garden, so the travesty goes unseen.

Self-Proclaimed Highschool Lovers.

pow pow.
bang bang,
take the money,
keep the change.
cant un-lick lips,
cant unlock a kiss.
blonde girl,
pink lips.
baby, im a sweetheart now.
silent in the room next door,
lets go somewhere we can be loud.
push a little harder
move a little slower.
feel the warmth of alocohol.
taste the tease of tobacco on a tongue.
look at us, we're so grown up
so mature
so independant
you buy your own condoms.
your own pot.
your own fuel.
i sit back and enjoy the ride.
we won't even hint in second period.
wont even smile during the walk home.
how mature we really are.
