Good Ol'E Hard Garlic Salimi and Dried Prune Religion

"Dearly beloved, "We are gathered here today to witness,
The wickedness of these times."
"Blessed", fortunately, its ending soon."
To radio stations phone-it.
"Wait!, No!, Next month.
"Taking the kiddies fishing."
"Perhaps we should postpone it."
"Reminds me, of an ole story.
"My, dear neighbor, now long past away."
"Bought a two-thousand watt light bulb."
"Used it to clean the lint from his toe nail."
"Then handed it over to me."
"Which item?", he asks.
"The lint or the bulb?"
"That's for you to decide."
"For extra credit, predict when the bulb burns out."
How the truth sometimes hurts.
For he loves us, and we love Him.
Faithfully digesting a breakfast sermon
Hard garlic salami, and dried prunes.
Oh , dear Paul.
Why was Moses punished?
He loves us.
In spite of our gas masks.
Even blesses our vents.
Just look at me.
I,m sure we meet before.
I,m wearing the inspector Klusoe badge.
Hiding near the back row.
Wearing an "Eddie Haskell", smile.
No mask , though, I,m tough.
I sure would like to tattle, on that darn kid.
Carefully rolling his perfect round gum wad.
Leaving it at the front door.
Tattle on that old fogy.
Hiding a re-cycled stogy.
Near the front bush.
About anybody unannounced,
Can bounce-in, these days!
Hard-core corporate sinners.
Hard working, making this world better?
With what thanks?
To greet the other side in hell?
If we don,t get to them.
Perhaps us as well.
Without Grace.
Sure would like to tattle,
On those arriving at the last minute.
Budgeting time, to edit a grocery list.
Tattle?, to Who?
Tattle on ladies, so easily upset.
If the closing clock, past noon strikes.
They must sell powerfully minted cookies.
Serving such a needed feast.
Considering whats for  breakfast.
Dear Jesus, can you explain?
Why you cursed the fig branch?
So Our sports fans can understand?
Boy would I ever like to tattle,
On that little, freckled faced girl.
Sneaking in her kitten.
Us listening, to penetrating competitive "Meows."
"We are the cats meow."
"Not hippo-critters."
So please join Us.
123 altogether sing.
"We love Him."
"We love them."
They love Us."
"Love"," one-another."
Sounds absolutely crazy, doesn't it?

Garlic

The smell of garlic in the morning
I caught a whiff as I was yawning
Though it made me salivate
Garlic for breakfast? next time wait!

I'd rather have it late at night
Then your nose, I will not blight
C'mon folks let's not fight
Garlic for breakfast - that's not right!

Garlic

Poetry in essence
Grab a bunch of garlic
peel each clove
slice in half and remove the bitter green
drop in large glass
add a large slice of butter
a good squeeze of honey two shots of Disorronno
a little white wine with some dry ginger
nuke it till the garlic's soft
add a touch of cheese and serve it
with tooth picks
dip Italian bread in the juice
If that doesn't make you like garlic
Nothing will

A Purple Garlic Kiss

My name is Ethel Mary
And I have to tell you this
I hate it when Aunt Geri
gives a purple garlic kiss!
I hate it when my bubblegum
EXPLODES all over my face!
I hate it when I’m last
in the stupid relay race!
I hate it when I laugh
and milk goes out my nose!
I hate it when my new shoes
put a blister on my toes!
I hate it when my Dad
has to work on Saturday!
I hate it when it rains
and I can’t go out and play!
But I think what I hate most,
and I know I told you this,
but I hate it when Aunt Geri
gives that purple garlic kiss!

Premium Member Ode To a Garlic Press

Oh, my precious press, you are my
praise-worthy kitchen helper.
You take a clove of fresh garlic, bland,
and soon it becomes a brilliant burst in
minced, crushed, or creamy paste.

My gentle press, you transform
the wild garlic and tame it in a most
determined and delightful way.
You impart fine perfumery in the air.
You make a delicious marinade possible.

Your actions provide a tantalizing tongue treat
as a succulent addition to marinating
lean red or white meat, or veggies.
Oh, were it not for you, dear press,
my life would be a thankless kitchen
chore, well-intended, but poorly executed.
I applaud your bold audacity!

Garlic Knots

A garlic knot, when nice and hot,
Is something that I like a lot.
One little bite brings pure delight
And ramps my taste buds outta sight.

The oil does ooze and helps infuse
Each bite with flavor as one chews.
It makes a mess but nonetheless,
It’s worth a stain on shirt or dress.

A health food nut will spew his gut
On why such knots are evil, but
He might just find he’d change his mind
If on one garlic knot he dined!

Premium Member Spaghetti and Garlic Bread

Steaming spaghetti and garlic bread.
      On a warmed red-checkered plate.
               With aromatic, hot, garlic bread.
For my epicurean tastes is just fine and dandy!
       Would be nice though, if served by a handsome,
                 Italian waiter.
 ~~~~I call that, some ravishing eye candy~~~~
Fields of Garlic- Roman Legion Contest
The 10 th legion of the Roman Empire
Wondered why no matter what
The other side knew they were somewhere
Took them forever to figure out that
They marched in silence, along the way
nothing clinked  not a word spoken
Yet the men in armour were waiting there
What magic was their token
Wasn't magic you idiots of roman hue
Can't you guess why all know where your at
It's all the garlic you like to chew
They can smell you miles away in fact.
You plant fields of garlic to eat by all
Medication in its infancy
Great for healing the wounds you have
You'd have less if you listen to me
Stop chewing garlic all day long
Your breath would then surely smell fresh
Carry on the way you are
The 10th legion will get less and less
Roman soldiers ate garlic to inspire them and give them courage. Because that's what the Roman generals believed  they planted fields of garlic in the countries they conquered, believing that courage was transferred to the battlefield.
Pizzas Jumping Over Garlic Bread With Coleslaw Hairbands and Onion Ring Piercings
It is not a mind altering parade of substances that questions a rotting ship. It is not a threefold tankard buried in an Abyssinia besom of beads for only a technological advance actually shows such a word and such a word is neither an acute angle or a plastic xylophone. Booming bionic bulls bringing bacon backgrounds. An acute angle is not a cute horsefly. And an obtuse angle is too stubborn. Quite a threshold to compete against especially in strong winds but then elephants, giraffes, alligators, and snoring boars often cross river pathways. Don't they? Well really a soup and a spoon? Why not use a fork? A fork is very proud of it's prongs and who would prong an atomic carrot on a battalion of hereditary deeds? Surely if a pickled onion can sing a beautiful aria then a galloping gherkin can play bongos in a classical rendition. The plant thought it was a train but in fact it was the serene sound of a pig snoring. Ten loaves of bread, a silky cape, an atomic pistol and a shroud of golden oranges but not in a halo. Ok then. On a beach. Hahahahaha pushing pineapples over a cliff in a stormy teacup is akin to a lemon in a mud bath. Let it not be said that all potatoes are a wandering timeline. And standing as a tree on a motorway is about as hazardous as learning to play golf in a bathroom. And now the trees are waving. Good. Xxxxx incontinence Z z Z Z
Coed Garnllwyd Walk, Llancarfan
A glance from the field displays a line of green,
Waving back and forth, for as far as can be seen,
A chosen path the gentle scrub has allowed through,
Human interaction has created steps too,
In the distance.
Meadow's dancing to the swift gentle breeze,
Flower Buds loving every minute, after the freeze,
The river winding its way, repeating the circle,
As trees gaze down.
Ancient buildings wrecked with still an aura of life,
The river rerouted to make way for modern strife.
Gnarled trees still lay strong where they fell,
Old sprouting buds must have a story to tell!
While wild garlic smells all around,
Like a historical museum on this ancient ground.
God, Garlic and Grounding
God created the earth
Grounding connects you to the earth
Garlic grows from the ground
Incorporate these 3 and explore the difference, experience wellness and embrace the change within your mind, body and life. I’m just saying.
