Garlic

The smell of garlic in the morning
I caught a whiff as I was yawning
Though it made me salivate
Garlic for breakfast? next time wait!

I'd rather have it late at night
Then your nose, I will not blight
C'mon folks let's not fight
Garlic for breakfast - that's not right!

I'll add another "Buon giorno" to C.L.'s comment!! I do love garlic and it is soooo healthy! If someone can't smell it, they have to eat garlic too! But it mustn't be for breakfast though. Just to add that most times I only have coffee for breakfast! Enjoyed the read, Nick and thanks for your kind comments!...Gert, just to add: Dandelion leaves make a nice salad! So you should have some in your garden (hahaha!)

This is funny. I do love garlic and once we went out with friends and my husband asked for garlic on a pizza. Much to our dismay the cook put a layer of garlic on the pizza like sauce. We did eat it after scraping off a lot of it. We could taste that garlic for days. Thanks for you comments. God Bless Phyl

hahaha, this reminds me of the time I was teaching a classroom of foreign students and they got all upset when one of the students from some Asian country came into class with a very strong garlic odor time to time. If we were on a ship, they would have staged a mutiny!
