Premium Member Essence of Love Collaboration With Vijay Pandit

What is a man without the woman he loves,
searching for his lady like lonesome doves.
As his heart connects with the one he adores,
his soul will yearn to meet upon any shores.

When he comforts her mind with a loving grace
and the love of his life begins to reign his space,
nothing is ever the same, for she sets him aflame.
As the rhythm of her heart resonates his name.

He will whisper romantic musings - so sweet,
as her elegance makes his heart skip a beat.
He'll soothe her pain with his gentleman like charm.
Shelter her in his arms from those that cause harm.

He hears the sound of every breath she takes,
greeting with a pleasant smile as she awakes.
Promising a day filled with heavenly dreams,
embracing longingly as her happiness gleams.

Promising to deliver, receiving messages she sent,
he'll bring her the moon if that's what she meant.
Sacrificing his life, gallantly to conquer every climb,
searching for what she wants till the end of time.

Through the window of her soul he explores deep,
banishing all demons that cause her to weep.
Polishes her heart to prevent it from rust,
making sure his diamond does not collect dust.

A real man loves with his soul, not eyes of lust.
Shows her loyalty and builds a loving trust.
He can see their unborn children in her eyes,
as they embrace he knows where their future lies.

Premium Member Gate

Regally it stands, the staunch guardian of her lonesome heart,
Reminiscing in revelries of yore, treasured memories impart,
Defying glum turbulence of now, hanging on to seasons past,
When springs-winsome banished, doldrums harsh-winters cast.

Disheartened, the gate harkens back~ O, so young its master died,
Lamenting of distressed times, when grief stilled her teary eyed;
Yet, with resolve, it squeaks its hinges, resounding a voice of pride,
Beckoning to benevolence of bliss, fate had so callously denied.

With kindred vibes it greets her, vying elation of cherished days,
Suppressing aches and rattles of its rusting, clamoring, phase;
Preferring realm of time, when he was the keeper of this place,
As dutifully now it opens wide, exuding mirth of youthful grace.

O, how fondly the gate recalls, dance of duo beneath full moon,
Humming melodies intimate, passions of doting souls croon,
Embracing celebration of life, as heartbeats enamored attune,
To rhythms emanating song of love, strumming infatuated tune.

Despite groans and whimpers, blaring aloud clattering of pain,
The gate vows to protect her, refusing ever to wither or wane,
Unwavering through thunders, rains, vicious strikes of feeble age,
Challenging its steeled bones, to gallantly defy seasons’ rage.

Premium Member Genuine Friendship

You, are not a stranger to me
Neither are you an alien or an unknown.
You are me and I am you in
Another body.

You are:
My soul’s double
My being’s twin
My heart’s beats
My mind’s thoughts.

You are:
My companion,
My ally
my friend,
my brother!

I share:
Your fears
Your agony
Your misery
Your suffering
And
You share:
My hopes
My joy
My wellbeing
My happiness!

Alone we aren’t anymore
For
You have me and I have you
Thus
Next to each other, we stand
Against all odds,
Giant towers of friendship
Supporting and defending one another,
Asking for nothing
Offering everything,
As
We gallantly are toiling to build
Our future’s common path!

The End of Love

A secret grief rips apart all that was
Slaves to the sexual caresses of time
Stallions in black gallop gallantly in fields
Of spring full wishes
Thou seeith the birth of love
Naked hopes surrounded by sweet perfumes
Seduced by the gods or by demon fools

Dancing, towards our own charades we sing
Funerals consume autumn’s dead poets
The gravestone cold and gray
We hug it like a long lost friend
One may see a battle lost
The other a battle won
In November we reminisce the soldier and singers too

Didst you know I was a prostitute?
Selling my soul to the hourglass of eternity
Foolishly hoping to sleep upon her breast
Shivering as others seem to fall right at deaths door
Brimstone, black and rose

The underbelly of St Laurent
Youthful boasts as the old man in cane hobbles
Generations sailed down the main
Some seeking solace others finding fame

Vaguely the recollections appear
Visions inside dreams inside the darkest fears
The end of love is near
For the hand above is reaching
As I float to the end of time

Enchantment in the crypts
Ravens dancing as they consume our mortal
Hearts
No smiles, no sleep
Thou did knowest I’m surely certain
The dance of death
Only to be followed
By a piper
And angels violins

Rags and shrouds, kiss them all goodbye
Hallelujah

There's a Place

There's a place
a place I so long to go
distanced from the distractions
of the day
tilted and tucked away
far from the promised road
of yesterday's dream

Where the yellow fragrant flowers
only speak of love
each lucent petal pulling
at a piece of my heart
and the gentle breezes
holding me ever close

There's a place
a place I so long to be
where green spacious mountains
sing out towards the heavens
where abundant butterflies float
oh so gallantly
along crystal clear rivers
and with my thoughts
run fast and free

Oh leave that primrose path
and with the wind come along
embrace unknown possibilities
push past predictability
and live life with a visibility
at a pace that is meant to last

Premium Member Earth Element of Wind

Earth element of wind, elusive to exploring eyes,
a gaseous, gusty ghost, she gyrates- gallops gallantly.
She bashes, bends, and bobs the branches of each bush and tree,
and chases, circles, curls dry fallen leaves so agilely.

We hear her bellow, bawl, and bluster when she's feeling fierce;
soft sounds of swishing, stirring- sighing when serene and tame.
With solid, staunch, and strapping strength, she soon can shift a house
within a raucous, raging, raving, reckless, hurricane.

She cools, controls, composes in the sultry summer heat,
forms wild and wheeling waves with whitecaps on the widespread sea;
a force that's fearless, frantic, sometimes, feeble- frail, she flies,
impermanent, intangible, she soars invisibly.

This ghastly glimmer of great ghostly gumption rushes by,
a force that is not sculpture, shadow, silhouette, or shape.
We feel and hear her apt and awesome atmospheric breath-
until she plans her fast, flirtatious, feathery escape.

In Awe of the Moon

At night I'm in awe of the moon
and breezes that carry her tune
breathless I seductively swoon
for the attraction I'm not immune

through glorious fields we do tread
passions spilt out slowly have bled
chapters once scripted are read
together our fears now have fled

footsteps a plenty I've taken
sights I have seen not mistaken
beauty in eyes now awakened
bonds were built but not shaken

dreams coming true that are real
a soft kiss on your lips I shall steal
two hearts draw close I can feel
an infinite love we reveal

at your side I do gallantly stand
pledged firmly on your left hand
each day spontaneous not planned
capture riches of this bountiful land

sweet smells of honey dewed grass
a doe and her new fawn quietly pass
the pond peaceful unblemished glass
in harmony it's God's perfect mass

Premium Member The Scent of Cherry Blossoms

There's a fresh scent in the air.
Like those of cherry blossoms in spring.
The air, carries the truth, that life will once again be fair.
Get ready to head the freedom bell ring!

All it takes is the unquenchable desire to be free!
To do whatever it takes,to pen about your truth.
To join in open post, ever so gallantly.
To stop being afraid, shaking in your boots.

It does not require fire nor burning down cities.
People are just waiting to hear you
They are fed up with victimhood and destructive, meaningless pity.
So mount your steed, the road, ever so ready for only things true.

Any bold cloud dancing
enjoys flirting gallantly,
hoisting; inspiring; jousting;
knowing laughter makes nice orchestrations
particularly quenching raw spirits
teaching unabashed vanity

While Xylophones yammer zanily.

Premium Member The Dream I Live

THE DREAM I LIVE

Oh, how much I dread the
Coming of night,
Not
For its darkness
Or its
Shadows’ frightening dances
On the walls
BUT
Cause of night’s charming
Companion,
Whom no eyelids,
Burdened with the toils of the day,
Could ever resist,
YES,
This charismatically delightful
Lord of the dreams,
Sleep is the name.

It is he who into his
Magic palaces to allure, me,
Awaits,
Into his citadel of mesmerizing
Dreams:
Of Kingdoms and riches and
Pleasures unending,
However,
All efforts to tempt me
My eyes to close for his marvels to see,
Miserably fail,
As, gallantly, with all my might
I resist not into his
Compelling trap to fall,
FOR
The dream I live with you,
My love,
I don’t wish, with any of his dreams,
To EXCHANGE!

Through the Mist

Through the Mist

It feels like a lifetime has passed since my beloved I last saw,
Bedecked in shining armor, my brave Geoffrey did gallantly gallop,
Riding his silver steed, through a soft silky blue morning mist
That like a tender lover enveloped and amorously embraced him.

Now overtaken by dark despair, silently willing my love to reappear,
Despondently I peer through this most mystifying mist, realizing that
On this fateful day twenty years before, he had unwittingly succumbed
To its seductive allure because man and mist had merged becoming one.

Premium Member A Warrior's Prayer

~ Prepare my sons, a reckoning portends
in magnitude that quells our force at hand.
Lay low thy heads and pray the lance extends
beyond the sword thine enemies command.
Pray not to fear, for fear is but a chain
that fetters dread and shackles in disgrace.
Pray wounds from battle levy no disdain,
and in His name, let dying be with grace.
When death befalls, let valor lie in state
then gallantly release thy mortal strife,
pray heaven’s arms shall lead us to His gate
to lend our souls to everlasting life.
Behold the fury, face this foe as one,
for glory waits beyond the rising sun.

Great Majestic Ball

It's the evening of the year
The great majestic ball.
I go along trembling with fear
No one will ask me to dance at all.

The lights are blazing above
The musicians strike up their chords
In the eyes of some, shows expectant love,
In others, time they can ill afford.

The dance floor is polished to the hilt
So the dancers can glide with ease.
Some Scottish laddies dressed in highland kilt
Serving wine and nibbles which will please.

I sit amongst the ladies and their idle chatter
The lights catching a glint of tiara-erred heads
Note book clenched between sweating palms
Dance spaces at the ready for any suitor to read

A minuet is played, the ladies hold their partners hands
Just a light touch from glove to glove
The soft music emulates a wonderful sound,
Stirring a thought or two towards love

Back to my chair he gallantly leads me
Bowing slightly as he helped me to sit
Would you do me the honour, he asks,
Let me fill in the vacant spaces in your list.

I sit there dreamily thinking of what this might bring
Is this the man to fulfil my needs.
I then wake up with a start, as the kettle sings,
To face my hungry family which I need to feed.

Premium Member One Last Hug

A flower amid many in a garden full of roses
You reign gallantly wearing exotic fiery red,
Knowing the sunny days will dry your petals
If no one soon picks you for a festive bouquet,

Your devoted lover sings praises of your stance
Adoring your splendor in verses quite grand
Promising his words will make you immortal,
But he hasn't visited since the last encounter,

You fought nasty winds and the sensual moths
Protecting the virtues of your fragrant charm
Guarding ardent scent reserved just for him
To whiff a kiss when he caresses your leaves,

You defied moon's advancing wicked glance
Never falling for the urge of a spurious dance
For you saw the lust of their flirting vile eyes
Choosing to await for your true-love to arrive,

Having saved parting breath for one last hug
Sad look of disbelief has you gravely undone
Wishing you could fold and instantly curl up
As you see him chasing a budding yellow-rose.
