Premium Member Earth Disturbers

Hoping and praying for peace, and peace of mind.
The earth disturbers are busy.
They will not leave well enough alone.
They do not work in harmony with nature.
Their idea of balancing out the
Eco system is to destroy it.
The earth disturbers are busy...
We who are trying hard to survive.
Will not rest until calm is restored to the planet.
They run amuck defiling and slaying every creature.
Every tree every lake, stream and river.
The earth disturbers are causing havoc
and smile at each successful misdeed.
Smiling at the ocean polluted.
Smiling at the elephant slayed;
Smiling at every tusk grabber,
at every dead whale, smiling at every abused child;
The earth disturbers are rejoicing.
For every human that falls prey to their wickedness.
The earth is bleeding.
People are dying for naught.
The whirlwind has been summoned.
Love has been abandoned for power and control.
By this depletion, pain is inflicted daily;
Vanity and, insanity is the order of the day.
Vainly misconstrued evil will be washed away.
With such a shaky foundation the destructive
arrogance of the earth disturbers,
is appearing everywhere.

Premium Member I Died a Little Inside

Taking my place in your gazing blue eyes
Who stole the glow of my dawning sunrise?
As defiling your virtues you obliquely lied,
Pounding my heart till I died a little inside.

When a brilliant sunny day said goodbye
As lightening arrived to thunder blue sky
Storming my life, you left me teary eyed
Exacting high price by forfeiting my pride.

Reluctantly I disclaimed your sweet smile
As your blatant animosity put me in exile
And adulating ill-will you ceded to hate,
Trampling on destiny you altered my fate.

On my horizon cried your reign of disdain
As you rejected goodwill again and again.
Remnants of aspirations no longer claim
A desire of passions to reignite our flame.

Meaning of love soon indelibly changed
Revoking your name from souls estranged.
Hurt still remained, woefully pacified--
Lingering listlessly, till I died a little inside.

The Universe has Feelings too

Our inception was a mystery
"A big bang theory" Some suggested
" A Super being" above the clouds" Some lamented
we watched the creatures debate over our existence

Born in a family of ten and raised from a distance
Watched over by our father during the day
while mum took over the night duties

Our Sisters's jaw dropping beauty invited the overzealous creatures
The genesis of their friendship seemed sweet but turned sour
Their insatiable hunger for exploration grew by the hour
Her troubled existence had only began

They exploited her hospitable nature and stripped off her beauty
The green gown that covered her nakedness, stripped in the name of civilization
Her waters that sparkled, darkened by the juice extracted for their automobile's
Fumes from their industrial machines aiming at her blue and white veils, destroying the fragrance of her ozone layer..

We watched with pain and in silence
We had no mode of mobility to render a helping hand
Father’s anger started growing by day as he watched with detest
For a number of days he gave warning shots
The creatures experienced his anger so hot
But the warning fell short of their egocentric ego's
"Lets just call it "global warming" and pretend we are doing something towards it" they connived

Defiling my sister did not quench their thirst of exploration
They sent two men with wits to visit my mother
Trying to find out the secrets to her shinning face
As soon as they landed, they pierced her body with flags of achievement
It now became a race of who will defile her the most

As days pass we wonder who will be the next victim
Rumours have it they are eyeing one of our sister
Her genetic makeup is almost similar to sister's

I am afraid, these tears will never dry
These fears will forever be high
Our helping hand will remain shy
For we can only watch, as the cycle continues

Premium Member Brighter Tomorrow

a brighter tomorrow

do you remember blue,

back in the days when whores
were temple women
welcoming stranger and friend alike
into warm passionate embrace
in the service of the mother goddess?

when making love was not a shame
but a joy of celebration
and defiling the land
was a sin against the creator
because it was the body of our mother
who brought us here, fed us, clothed all
and gave beauty free for the looking.

blue, myriad blue is disappearing

sky and sea no longer shine
they choke as cancerous lungs do
whores are sinning
for someone else's change
and nickel-dime corporate hacks
buy blue on the black market.

Premium Member Some Religious Wolves In Clothing

Uncontrolled lustful defiling, dirty and inciting
The profaning of holy sanctuary
Wolves amongst gentle lambs
The greedy and money hungry

The un-sharing and un-caring
Deceitful with, 10% truth and 90% untruths.
These are itching ear promoters, abusers and users.
If the money were gone, they would be gone also.

Premium Member Silent Lies

Silent Lies

Silent lies
Silent tries
Silent deceptions upon the meek
Blaming Yahudi or any others of different speak
Whoever doesn’t subscribe to propaganda’s blubber

The gardens of Babylon had both fools and gardeners

False accusations
False assumptions
Defiling peace, a sad interruption
Deception is the tool of the propaganda’s fool
Silent lies, yet on and on do they try

The gardens of Babylon had both fools and gardeners

Hiding behind his many monikers and dark lit screens
Many of us are crying cause one of us is lying
Hate wrapped in well wishes
Love wrapped in ancient vendettas
Deception hiding in his own confessions

The gardens of Babylon had both fools and gardeners

While the sickness spreads upon her breast
Silent ones, wandering along the poetic path
Seeking brides with beauty to accept both cane and wrath
Deception and lies all dancing in the rain
Once bitten, most lovers know never to take that train

The gardens of Babylon had both fools and gardeners

Never praise the fool
Never kill the gardener
The ancients lost their wisdom
Repeat not the tribulations of the Iraq

The gardens of Babylon had both fools and gardeners

Silent lies, truth cries
Silent ghosts, phantoms dance
Deception mixed in romance
Fools mange the mirage of silent lies

The gardens of Babylon had both fools and gardeners

My English Rose

My English Rose is delicately balanced
Between life and death.
My English Rose, so finely fragranced,
Sweet scented breath.

Once rich in blossom, vigorous fellow;
Beguiling antiquity.
Gentle to the touch, soft as pillow.
Un-defiling purity.

Evelyn's beauty an array of splendid
Peach, and apricot cream.
Summer's Song betrothed to Mid-
Summers Night Dream.

And Young Lycidas, Milton's Edward,
King of all roses he
Bequeathed to memory, to seas shard.
His remains a mystery.

The Ships Have Set Sail

Silently waiting amidst the full moon's sink'd smile,
Farfetch’d upon the grazing winds of steeping mountains,
Seemingly dead eyes, tear’d and wash’d and wash’d,
Flow of glaciers and broken crevasse - a sacred fig, lost?
No. yellow clouds; damn’d of darkness and stemm’d from beyond,
Of ye ol’ doubts and fears - so they say.

L’air is picking up - sails liberated from infinite prisons,
Ships began their ascension, ascension to the fault, to the abyss,
Stocks made up, rum thrown over, over, over.
Sheaths made dull, wanting for shine…
Damn’d after damnation,
Waves still as they are, tides unpleasant as always.

To change; changing; changed.
Deafening, defiling, defining silence.
Light of sight simply without its might.
Files of ‘smiles’ just piles.

Ships set sail…
The precious cargo along with them,
Skimm’d across the silver fishes,
Port’s empty now. Quiet. Desolate. Barren.
Left stranded have we been,
However with riches of the Brunei King,

Yet - oil need not be of laughter,
Gold need not be embracement if neither warmth,
Lost? My boy? Follow the Southern Wind.
Puppetry at hand. obedient.
Don’t linger too long here mon ami.
Ils sont déjà partis…the ships have set their bearings.

Alors, look cross past the laden horizon,
A new sun - new day - new life,
Prospectors alike seen this,
A half-turn, and panoramic views,
I’ve left of my memories and thoughts - no more, no less.
And look, a new sun, a new day, a new life.

Premium Member A Softer Way To Die

A Softer Way to Die

We live and study life
We pray that somehow
God changes his rules.
No one wants to die
No one wants to follow
Those complicated laws;
I mean no lie-ing - no steal-ing
no sex - before marriage no
Fornicating, no killing
No lust-greed or defiling the earth.
Amen.
All we can do now is try to find
" A softer way to die".
Pick your battles...
There are many ways to die.
I asked, God why?
When mom threw a
"Monkey wrench" in my world
Answering - "We all have to die"
I immediately winked at God...
Thinking to myself (not I).
Gave him a little nudge;
Sidebar God: I said to God
Adamantly "I do not want to die"
"Can you change the rules "?
I never heard back from him
On that subject.
I went to him again
God "Can you at least
Keep me with a mom-
I said "So that I won't be an
Orphan like Shirley Temple”?
He did get back to me on that
And Mom is Alive and well
Plan A. (living forever)
Still not executed.
Once again contemplating
Thoughts on how I want to die.
I could not think of a pleasant way
To die, none that seemed appealing.
Nor any options that would be fun.
hmmm, eat myself to death.
Playing chicken with the train,
Might prove thrilling.
As time grew nigh
My thoughts continued
.... On a softer way to die.
Childhood gone, middle age gone'
Old age approaching fast and furious
Destroying me like a sudden
Approaching hurricane...
This storm knocked out my lights
Memory gone now.
Forgetting my life- my loved ones
Forgetting my friends,
Children, and foes alike
Forgetting my wrongs - my sins
and accomplishments all.
Everything's gone. So, now
What do I do?... How can
I rewrite my life, Take account.
Of that which I remember not.
The realities if my existence
Has been wiped out from
The Forest Fires burning
In my mind’s eye.
Have no recordings of
Who loved me or of who
I shall never forgive.
How will I know that I ever even lived?
Taking my dark blank pages into
The afterlife- My shadowy
Existence ends. I feel no pain
I Have no thoughts,
Have nothing to contemplate.
For I have asked to live forever
Or that I die a, softer way
Forgetting to eat
Forgetting to drink-
Forgetting to swallow
Forgetting to breath...
Forgetting this life-
I close my eyes and fade away.
painlessly

Drunk Love

take me home
where i could drink
the nectar's sweetness.
assuage my thirst
with love's splendor
the heart's chamber
overflowing honey.
sit on my heart
affectionate desire.
drink together
and sleep under
the crescent moon
a million stars studded the heavens,
I swoon.
crazy i allow
too much love.
intoxicated. drunk.
take my heart, rip it.
a lustful endeavor.
please forget not to sew
the rippings back together.
while i bathe upon the memory
'tis the moment
that i come alive.
play it back
mystified again
beguiled
love is drunk.

(Note :  My pieces lately seemed unfinished work of thought/art as this one
appears to be such. The words seem to vibrate, so I let them come out
naturally. Reality or imagined, it doesn't matter now. But, hopefully I could take
back a step for awhile and work on the style and art of  words without defiling pure self-expression. Thank you for the great talents I find here at soup.  Looking
forward to many learnings from y'all. I would highly appreciate any souper who
would like to mentor me from time to time. Soup mail me anytime. Thanks so
much. )

These Niggas Ain'T Real

Tell me something,
To all y’all young brotha's
How do you define a real nigga
Is it that dude that’s defiling women,
Drug dealing, robbing & stealing
Claims he’s big pimping, saying he a “G”
Cause he did like 6 months in a detention center.
Is that what you call real? These niggas ain’t real.

What about the niggas that’s
Taking care of their kids
Handling Grown man biz and
Yeah he might have did a couple bids
Something like a three year sentence
And that’s real I ain’t kidding
But y’all ain’t listening.

See ya perception of a real nigga is so messed up
By age 18 most of our brothers
Are gonna be dead or in bloody hand cuffs
You out here trying ya luck
Robbing for a little bit of paper
Stop believing these rap artist
These niggas ain’t gangsta.

Problem is these niggas is so scared to be somebody
Scared they gone see somebody
They so used to being nobody
They think hustling & catching bodies is actually a hobby
But you know what they say ya mind is ya worst enemy
So it got ya heart full of hatred, jealousy, & envy
Got you thinking you addicted to cigarettes this generation is so dizzy
And I’m part of it, trying to make a change
So far the moment I’m so busy.

These niggas so caught up in the money
They overlooking the trap
Niggas at war & beefing so heavy they can’t relax
Thinking nobody loves them
Tell me where’s the loving?
Racism exist believe it or not
Everybody’s holding grudges
They ain’t realizing we all
Brothers, sisters, & cousins
But In the hood it’s survival of the illest
So called thugs claiming they the realest.

These niggas ain’t real I’m telling you man
When you get locked up or catch a little sentence
See how many of ya homies come and visit

	America Under Attack
	Written: by Tom Wright
	9/15/01

	Lord,
	look beneath our tears,
	And broken hearts;
As we weigh our country's fate.
And through our tears and anger,
	Help us dismantle
	Our engine's of hate.

	Grant us wisdom
	Within each new day,
To be tolerant toward those we meet.
	Defiling not innocence
	As we right this wrong,
	Placing responsibility at culpable feet;

	For Lord,
	lives will be infinitely changed,
Grand eulogies only tranquilize our pain.
	We look once again,
	In prayer, to You,
That our losses, we pray, be Heavens gain.

	Let not us panic,
	Nor become as critiques,
	Of America and her resolve to defend;
	But make common
	Our passion for Jesus,
For on none other does it depend.

Do Not Play With Plaque

Do Not Play with Plaque

We prefer that you do not play with plaque,
Or much more decay soon may come back;
Even if your gums and skin are both porous,
Come to dentist office and join their chorus.

They there become monitor and regulator;
Did use both dental floss and a stimulator;
Breathing fresh air is the best substance;
Bad breath brings on much repugnance.

Before magnificent mornings pass us by,
Brush all beautiful teeth am sure to try;
Perfect example like to and always set;
Love at first sight when dentist we met.

Same to assistants and receptionist applied;
For all of their support have heavily relied;
So each morning mouth wakes up smiling,
And now my nice teeth am never defiling.

Do brush up and down and sideways to;
Between teeth floss through and through,
And then in the end you can hardly wait,
To use gum massager before we masticate.

Mouths do exceed each standard and form;
Dentist said set and established a new norm;
On our teeth, actions control ware and tare;
Shiny and still look gorgeous everywhere.
