Two matches that are eye-to-eye.
On one side, they spit and growl for battle,

According to the U S government,
the definition of who is an enemy combatant
is any sympathizing terrorist malcontent,
but the true definition of an enemy combatant
is anyone who is not afraid to challenge the government.
In other words a dissident.
