Staying Alive Ii - the Wheel

STAYING ALIVE II – The Wheel

combatant with life
pure essence of blood and bone
in endless orbit
the flow through many houses
many loves hates many deaths

life and death. You still have breath, be blessed. sad, but I cannot seem to cry at death, I cry when I miss people, but I've never seen it either. Different kind of writing of its own, Thank you for sharing, I am sure the time will come for all to experience death, hopefully our journeys fullfillment to serve Our God is complete, I think thats the worst sin, is being called, and know what your purpose is: and not complete it before death come shuddering.... God bless, Cindy

So glad I found part 2; so sad we have to combat life. Some angles are worse than others but I'm glad for the in between parts; they make it all worthwhile. Great poem Daver, covers a lot of territory. Luv, Lizzie

You've caused that wheel to slow down a bit for me as I read and reread your poem Daver. A very interesting way to personify it as it goes round and round. Ya got me musin' again . have a great one. Daver. I'll be doing the same and just a hangin on to one of the spokes . God bless
