Best Calm Down Poems
Calm down.
There is a boy.
He has lost his mother.
He doesn't know where to go now.
Help him.
So here we go again, hide and go seek,
Except this time I'm not looking, you can come and find me,
The minute I don't want to play your game of tag,
You yell "Your It!", to get my attention again,
I roll my eyes, I smile and waive,
I'll let you believe your the champion of your game,
Maybe if you believe that your winning the game your playing,
You'll eventually get tired of the impression your making,
This is the routine, I shake my head, why???
God,,,this happens every time!,
Its like I'm sitting down watching a movie, cuddled up in my blanket,
Watching you sing and dance, lol, I must say, it's entertaining,
Don't you ever get tired? Come sit and rest,
I have no need to dress to impress,
Your story will speak through the experience shared,
Calm down boy, I'm sitting right here, lol!
My anger grows like tsunami
I need to calm down as fast as it can be
I fear it is the beginning of another Katrina
My real nature is beautiful as shallow water
My heart is beating very high
I think I will lose my control
It is not a good experience
I want to relax and have peace
I need to do something very soon
let me think what can I do for that
I fear I will explode like a volcano
It may destroy other peoples lives too
I don't want to do it
I don't want to hurt anyone
I want to forgive and forget
What others done wrong to me
I looked around for real help
I didn't see anyone with a specific plan
I closed my eyes and pray for a moment
Like a miracle I feel I am being helped
Why do you always scream and yell
Putting everyone through hell
That crosses your path of shame
Always taking on the blame
That you dish out when you feel
Life is getting way to real
And you can't cope with painful days
So you find extreme bad ways
To release the built up pressure
But it doesn't make it lesser
Your just causing hurt and anguish
Which won't disappear or vanquish
Until help is being sought
With these tensions being fought
That are building more and more
Take a breath, stop, and be sure
To calm down and be relaxed
Don't let feelings attack
And take over way too long
Find a peaceful inner song
That will bring you to a place
Of happiness that will grace
Your days with joy. love, and cheer
Instead of all the bad despair
That others have always seen
Now you can start fresh and clean
Showing a new side of you
That will spread a lifetime through
Be still my dismal throbbing heart
I know from conception this love is pure
Nothing can break us apart
If it happens my heart will have no cure
Be still my trembling piteous fingers
I know this love is true
The touch that forever lingers
On the threshold goads me to love you
Be still my wandering mind
For I Know this love is stable
His love is pure and will bind
Nothing will turn the table
Be still my rambling lips
For I know this love is sweet
With time stronger will be the grips
We are lucky we had the chance to meet.
It was a busy boulevard as usual with people going places. Granted, most of us are busy but need to discover "Relaxation".
Many years ago, my kids would often say to me, "Hey dad, Chill". Sometimes, they anticipated my 'heat up' and said it ahead of time.
Some months ago, expecting to turn left at the next light, I decelerated but slowed, even more, when I saw a pedestrian crossing outside of the crosswalk. I did not want the gentleman to misstep the island and backstep into the path of my vehicle. So I gave him ample time to reach the island
and solidify himself but in so doing, I was taken aback when the driver behind me grew impatient and started to blow. I said to my wife, "If that was a dog and not a person, he would not have blown his horn".
I am deeply saddened that we humans seem to have more concern for deers, dogs, and ducks crossing the streets than for our fellow humans. I'm not a bumper sticker type, but perhaps "I brake for animals and also fellow humans" might be appropriate.
There is plenty of love to go around for all things living, and loving other humans takes no love from animals. I pray we all would CHILL, CALM DOWN, AND LOVE each other more.

Calm Down Any Situation
Ari surely can calm down any situation;
He has done it without any hesitation;
Constantly consistent,
And he is persistent;
Definitely born with power of persuasion.
James Horn
Anger is a lone emotional state --
ultimately narcissistic, like hate.
Emotions spark empathy in the gut
even frustration, after a fashion,
can generate genuine concern but
anger does not engender compassion.
It’s as obvious as the reason why
the lyrics of rap never make one cry.
WOW! I'm clicking again
Thought it was over
To hang up my pen and retire
HEY! Wait a minute
NOT DONE YET
Still cookin' with gas!
Got another hundred or so
OKAY! Calm down!
Maybe not quite that many
But I'll give it my best shot LOL
Rolling Stones-Mick Jagger
Cool with his swagger
Had an overreaction
From no satisfaction

Languages Blossom Like Flowers: A Whimsical Theory
In the tapestry of human existence, languages weave intricate patterns. They are the vibrant threads connecting us, allowing thoughts and emotions to flow across cultures and borders. But why do some places harbor a rich tapestry of languages, while others have only a few strands?
1. The Seeds of Diversity:
Imagine birds as linguistic gardeners, dropping seeds of communication across land and sea. These seeds sprout into languages, each with their unique melody.
In the poorest corners of our world, where life is a struggle, these linguistic seeds find fertile ground. People adapt, invent, and blend languages to survive and connect.
The pitch of bird songs, like cryptic codes, shapes these emerging languages. They flutter through the internet, carried by whispers and keystrokes.
2. The Birth of New Tongues:
Recently, I urged someone to calm down. But instead of thriving, they birthed a new language: “Stupidity vs. Reality.” A lexicon of contradictions, perhaps.
Can I blame myself? My black-and-white thinking, rigid as a mountain peak, keeps us stuck. Yet, like a bird landing on water, it makes me ponder.
When heavy planes ascend, they defy gravity. Do they carry our words, our hopes, our “it’s over” declarations? Some refuse to accept such finality, like yellow roses that seldom bloom.
IN MY MIND WITHIN MY CONSCIOUS
PATIENCE RUN FROM ME
MUCH TO FAR TO REACH
MY SPEECH IS NO LONGER FLUENT
BECAUSE MY ANGER WONT LET ME THINK
BUT WHY SHOULD I SPEAK
WHEN ALL THAT COMES FROM MY MOUTH IS FIRE,HEAT AND MISCHIEF
Don't tell me to calm down after you have gotten me angry.
That's like shooting somebody and telling them not to bleed.

Closing my eyes
Relax
Breath
Pray
This moment will go away
Won’t let it control me
Opening my eyes
Calm
Not wanting to fight
I know everything is going to be alright
Relieved inside
Strength
Another day
Another moment
Another emotional and mental fight
I pass the test
God already took care of the rest
I’m calm
I’m alright
I’ll sleep well tonight
Calm down, little bird. Try not to speak.
You must have a bullet in your beak.
Just let me give this poem a tweak.
Cheer up little bird - forever fly.
Forget about the bullet that whizzed by.
