Premium Member Banter In the Bedroom

The cares of the world waft away like
the vague images of a forgotten dream
when he climbs into bed beside me.

And my comfort is found in the warmth
of a slight up-curved smile relaxing across
an unshaven face tickling me with a
hundred kisses as I squeal to his delight.

A calloused hand urges the small of
my back gently forward as I fuss in
mock protest of his boyish game.

His eyes gleam indulgently making my
heart swell with such regard I
choke back joyful tears and throw
my arms possessively around him.

With a knowing sigh he draws me in,
cradling me in his capable arms
sworn to provide and protect.

Then he buries his face in my copper-red
hair breathing its henna scent, and
holding me tight, he whispers my name,
swearing love that will never relent.

Banter

If they have to point out it is banter
cus you didn’t realise it as banter
As they left no clue it was banter
The simple fact is it’s not banter

Banter’s quick wit the sort with charm
not blunt brain dead comments which harm
banters apparent with its own alarm
you know to reply with words not arms

Some will insult you then say what it is
banter they say but the humour's a miss
the standard they bant to tells you just this
have they a brain or a head full of piss

One reason banter is something some hate
Many don’t get it run their lip like an ape
after an insult “it’s just banter mate”
pointing it out then banter it ain’t

Acting a prat is a different thing too
don’t justify actions stupid you do
a prat you are and stupid are you
It’s not banter not close I tell you true

Banter only works against a near IQ
you can’t banter with someone much dumber than you
Banter is something the dumb do different
They are not canny or clever they’re just a blunt

Life as we know it
Is spiralling out of control
It’s all become so precious
What will be the end goal?

Don’t say this ,don’t say that
Offence will be taken
Please don’t mention gender
As you could be very mistaken

Life’s no longer simple
Now totally confusing
Can’t afford to rest on your laurels
Or be caught snoozing

Next ,it will be ban the banter
No more jokes to be told
So we can all become robots
Totally controlled …..

He claims he’s got eloquent banter
In truth he’s a terrible ranter
who just posts on Twitter
and makes people bitter
Perhaps he should be more galanter

Some folks love to use a long word
Out of context it sounds quite absurd
They thumb through a thesaurus
Use long words that just bore us
To be honest they look like a nerd

Eloquent banter you tease me so nicely Contest

*galanter from German meaning should be more noble/chivalrous

Ms.Chievous Banter

Ms.chievous Banter, my mentor
has various suits and of one is Centaur
sent as a.line in the form of She
light as the sand they came to be
watch carefully…
Horizon aligns and a Lion is fire
The sun wakes up a hidden desire
Past and stow they cracked the bell
Passed on last but it’s not to tell. William said…
Ms.chievous Banter came then to my head
she woke me up from asleep in my bed
whispering words she knew I’d say
noting notes she knew I’d play
.
gentle one, her lips began….
lent on two, all across the land…
gents of three, on a mountain stand
enter hear. For rivers dance….

From 'Hearty Racket' To Happy Banter

They have in their senses,
A bloated self-image worthy of pulling the best.
Letter-assortments, their sense, they knew not,
Yet march on with leaps of obstinacy to brim.
Subtly aided by the fairest in all,
Visualed only due to sacrifice of self
So maintained, would ever beget close but forget house.
Once the camaraderie drew to lilting curtain
Harsh truth waded in, silently loud undertones to company,
Inasmuch as it ever could in.
Known hell hath no fury..
That of men’s remain shrouded till,
A dawn unto desperation.
Did they unleash latent hate gusts!
Sure eroded escorts pumps to barren fields.
The entire saga into the past,
The series opens to a new pilot
For two, lived in eternal hope,
Finally reaching union, taking rope.

Eloquent Banter

From the slide of hand and teeth chatter,
my eyes, don’t expand with me madder.
Cause she’s aware of the emphasis,
so despair isn’t imminent,
when she’s prepared to dissect me in increments,
but my nose doesn’t flare, it’s interesting, innocence,
when ping ponging ignorance
is shared with smiles and strawberry licorice.

A Coat of Banter

Your tree limbs have been good friends with time
Stretched over the watery deep
Surrounded by decay as snow fell in the winter-time
The earth seemed jaded slow brown in its creep
Up to your strong roots as if dependent
On your overwhelming determination
Not to give up every minute spent
Giving love whether true, tainted or infatuation
You are a Marvel of creation

The snow's cold stayed a bit from you
Respecting your perseverance
At times i dream clearly of you
Happy, helpful, caring, steeped in your vigilance
As if you have to do all these things
A ransom you pay for the extra time you've spent
Adorning yourself in life's frills
Giving your all in everything laying patient
You are a Marvel of creation

In celebration of your days we all came
Flowing in from life's treacherous chill we resign
Our hearts smiling as we bask in fame
Cause you are of no ordinary design
This rough life seems only to blossom
Your flowerless tree branches
Grasping why we cannot begin to fathom
Giving you new reasons to peer into these trenches
Changing our lives with warmth, if that alone
You are a Marvel of Creation

Crazy Banter.

Hail falls down on the sun,
Our race will not live, so help me God,
Where going to do the opposite of unloading a gun.
We can only win by using force on this unhealthy pod.

Change the movie, even if hailed by critics,
Watch little Molly get killed by a chainsaw,
An absent scream in a scene of screeching crickets.
She we dead before i watched her brains fall.

Sadistic is nothing compared to this,
I the thought, i hate the sappy,
I like the thought of dumb souls slitting their wrists.
The actually screams make me happy.

I love the thought of readers i might startle,
I love the people who know I'm right,
My effort level is actually partial.
I love the people who laugh at life.

He	“Never say I can't?”

     	She	“Why not meet defeat
     		admit you're seldom right.
     		Saying you CAN is vanity
    		and looking for a fight.”

He	“Don't look back on failure ...?”

 	She	“Dwell on failure is what I say;
 		thank failure with a smile!
A learning tool is what it is
 		to shorten your next mile.”

He	“Good results are scant.”

She	“Oh goodness, where are you looking?
You breathe the air where roses bloom
and eat your wife's fine cooking.
Taste the gift of life; don't focus on doom.”

He	“But, praise is less than complaint!”

She	“Enjoy the ACTION she says, not the praise!'
 		You decide, what you value
and all the judgments you raise.
Your worth of self is what you should pursue.”

He	“Embrace the TRUTH with stoic composure.”

She	“The truth...which truth is that?
Laugh, I say, in the face of those
who would oppose you, tip your hat.
Revelations come to those who grow!”

He	“Be rawhide tough and BULLDOG mean.”

She	“Oh God, what men don't do?
Be sweet, be soft be kind I say
and like will return to you
for your soul you've not betrayed.”

He “Defeat has no place in our repertoire ”

She	“It's not defeat to wish upon a star.”

Untitled Teenage Banter

Nature to dust
I am at a bust
Creaking sounds, and
Finding crowns,
On a forever green,
While losing good deeds,
It’s a smoking seed,
That falls to ashes,
Inside our trees

The way it screams
It makes me want to bleed
Dieing sounds,
And never found
Fall to winter
And summer to spring
The tree is life
While murdered with a knife
Death is only greed
When people lose their creeds

Possessions mean nothing
People are the meaning
While killing the masses is hopeless
Yet we love it so dope bliss
Insanity runs in the streets
Rebellion is our feed, so
Feed the monster as it grows
Soon an angel, you have sowed
Anarchy inside nature’s core
Anarchy is freedom, to open the door

Lord of the Drunken Banter

they say he's lord of the drunken banter
that girl who sings there's whom he's after
he boasts and brags he can bag any broad
who strays into this smoky pub by the road

he roars, "hey, waiter, don't you block my view
she smiles and sings exclusively for me
same songs of love that always sound so new
she's really hooked on me as you can see

"so, waiter, step aside and stay away
just wish you were that guitar on her lap
or be the that mike upon her lips, but hey,
that's only in your groggiest dream, poor chap

"now here she comes, just watch your macho man
she'll surely sit here close to me, you'll see
hello, sweet babe, you got some sexy plan?
these dudes right here won't mind, they'll let us be."

she smiles and stands beside the banter lord
and says to clear things up, just for the record
she wants them all to meet the man of her life
and he's this waiter here, and she's his wife !

Eloquent Banter

This facile teasing,
is so fluent and pleasing-
Along the shore of infatuation,
bringing to me a longing sensation.

You banter with such ease,
may all my sorrow slowly cease-
Singing tunes of meaningful nights,
and bringing to me sensual magical sights.

Eloquently suggestive,
silver-tonged and impressive-
Vivid dreams of articulated words,
speaking in verses only love can be heard.

A fever with chills,
oh, you my sweet fulfill
each and every part that needs air-
such freedom in the way you always care.

Elegant in each touch,
passion that means so much-
Voluble with sincerity and inspiration,
so grateful for your God-given lovely creation.

The Banter

The Banter

A simple glance
A touch of hand
A gentle smile
A laugh
A look

Dinner for two
A simple rose
Candles and wine
The excitement
The butterflies

Need grows
Love soars
Two people
Bigger than both of them
Forever
