There was a fussy bovine named Flossy
who was snooty and always so bossy
her udders would droop
when she took a poop
She bellowed until her eyes got glossy

Flossy had teeth like a barracuda
Her biting habit just made her ruder
She's not very sharp
She spit when she'd harp
So I called a few friends and we shewed her

Then she threatened to have me arrested
Thought she'd beaten me and had me bested
Knocked her on her duff
She wasn't so tough
Alas, she kept right on and protested

I saw her on the street the other day
Her monstrous butt sat on a bale of hay
Stuck her tongue at me
Mooed, "Hello, ducky"
She trotted off when I aimed pepper spray

What a chunky hippo she has become
I think Flossy secretly sucks her thumb
Waddles when walking
Ranting and squawking
To senility, Flossy has succumb

Bovine creatures can be quite abusive
When they should be a closet reclusive
The more that they speak
The more that they reek
My findings are all justly conclusive

The Abusive Husband

Blackened and bruised she sits in a corner cowering and fears for her life
her husband once again is on the rampage to beat up his wife
The children scared and crying sent to their room
scared and confused at their mother's impending doom
She hears his heavy breathing and fearing for her life
if only she had been smarter and never become his wife
she can hear her children's muffled cries wishing she could hold them
but if she makes one sound she knows that he will also hit them

My Husband Is a Drunkard and Abusive

My husband is a drunkard and abusive

Fuming……
Fight is a daily bread in my marriage,
I also lost a tooth in the process,
My body is mountain of bruises,
Blue-yes are like permanent makeup on my face,
I concluded that marriage is good for nothing,
He come home drunk in the middle of the night,
Even if the food is prepared and on the table,
He will wake me to sit right in the dinning to watch him eating,
Eating until he finish,
He will just speak a stupid things and force me to answer,
I answer or not answer the fight is on and beating went on,
I am the music in the ears of my neighbors,
Not when it is a payday for my husband,
He will push me here and there until i become angry,
Then the whole salary will be spent pleasing friends,
Until too little is left he will remember to come back home,
I am a poor woman but my husband is working for good salary,
I survive by the handouts from my mother,
Too sour, horrible and terrible,
But when he is not drunk he is little better,
When drunk, he is bad and even worse,
Everyday tears left a permanent mark on my face,
Stress and BP is finishing me off,
Each time I conclude to end this abusive relationship,
The obstacle is the children of the bitter relationship,
Back to forth is the same to me and I’m confused,
So much more bad to say about this relationship,
…Burst into cry, tears eroded…..

Rough Childhood

Growing up was tough
This isn't a bluff
I only made it with persistence
It would have been easier with assistance

My Dad wasn't a Dad
He was violent more than a tad
Thing swung, mainly emotions and fists
Things were hurt, mainly feelings and wrists

My Mother wasn't a Mother
She was more of a brother
She mainly joked and slept
With bruises she hid and kept

Growing up wasn't that bad
I don't hold grudges, I'm not mad
I wasn't raised right, but I didn't stop
My need to eat won't be sated with a mop

I'll raise my kids right
Their parents will never fight
They won't have to fear
Their Dad turning to beer
Or their mother weeping
And spending her free time sleeping

Growing up was tough, but it won't be for my kids

The Abuse From the Fool

Do it have to take violence for me to stay with you?
or is violence all you know?
Do you see me as a puppet?
just play with the strings whenever you like?
or your just scared of being alone.

Did you forget you feel pain like me?
did you forget you have feelings like me?
do you really think I'm so inferior to you?
or do you denied the truth?
beneath those evil ways;
your weak at heart an feel inferior to the world.

Your just a fool,
with meaningless morals,
your so pathetic,
your making yourself suffer.
Continue playing god,
continue having that smirk on your face,
live the life full of regrets,
that won't show you no mercy.

Premium Member Abusive Father

I shall never forget the day he died
And how I felt deep down
In the pit of my stomach
A complex man does not excuse
Or explain how he treated me.
Abusive fathers remain for a lifetime
Never going away
Leaving scars in the mind
That seldom entirely hide themselves
But emerge from time to time
To hurt again.

I shall never forget the day we buried him
My siblings shed copious tears
And mourners, who did not understand,
Wondered why I was dry-eyed
But, I cried a million tears inside.

Goodbye Memories

Launch the lecture,
tear me down
to never build me up,
you couldn't build a wall
if a thousand bricks were around.
Time after time,
you watched me fall
as you pushed me over the ledge,
I watched your anger swell.
Living in your shadow
is my personal hell,
memories of a tomorrow
that never came,
I'll never be the same.
I won't let it be in vain.
I look out of the window
into the night,
that room fills me with fright,
this space is still
so full of hate.
The memory of you is more than I can bear,
sometimes it feels like you're still there.
You terrify me,
still to this day
more than anyone sees.
Remembering what shouldn't be,
memories flood the night
through the trees.
These windows hold so many stains,
crying on a floor that
holds so much pain.
Seeping, leaching my soul,
when I crumble
I don't feel whole.
Remembering your face
makes me stumble,
it doesn't carve my path,
even if a memory is all I have.
When it doesn't feel real,
was it a bad dream?
You infiltrate my dreams
in so many shapes.
I fear the end,
what will seal my fate.
I see your smile,
that's what I hate,
so bad it gives me the shakes.
I miss what never was,
a life without you in it.
I pray that one day
it will quit
and I can say goodbye.
I'm afraid of fate,
of ceasing to exist
at the hand of another.
My dreams detonate,
the violence created
from pain so deep seated,
memories plague me,
afraid to take the leap.

Dedicated to my abusive ex.

Abusive Love

she didnt want to live in fear
so the smoke filled up the air
from the gun that she just shot
as the bullet pierced his heart
they say love hurts and it is true
but when someone turns on you
and your life is flipped around
on the day that you have found
the man you thought would always care
left you with bruises everywhere
as his fists came at full force
leaving you to scream and toss
knowing that his strength will grow
at each punch that he will throw
as your left with no defense
and he takes away your strength
you lose control of your whole world
when he turns on his little girl
that is small and scared to death
as strong holds take away her breath
you watch in horror and decide
no one will take away her life
grabbing the gun you crawl around
and drop that a--hole to the ground

Don'T Run Back To What Broke You

You broke me
when I wanted to be free.
You broke me
more than anyone sees.
Trauma created loss,
I had to hit pause...
on life,
because continuing
hurt worse than a knife
to my chest,
you tried your best
to destroy me.
Your reach was further than it seemed,
you touched me
with ease.
You poisoned my soul,
you dug me a hole,
so down I fell
everyone could tell.
I felt like a sell out,
like I'm an alcoholic
and you're too stout.
So intense,
you're a true menace...
to society,
but you were my remedy
for so long.
I was so wrong
to trust you,
say it's not true,
how bad you tore me,
wide open
and planted a seed.
I screamed,
I tried to flee,
you held me down
and watched me bleed.

Abusive Love

Cold case lover, how I loved you so!
You always mattered
But, you never believed me!
You were my every desire
You were everything to me!
Looking through your eyes
Jaded with jealousy and envy
You laid your hands upon me
Acting out your emotional
And bitter pain
“Why were you so mean spirited?"
“Who messed with your mind?"
How can you kneel before me, now
Pleading me to forgive you
As, you bawl your eyes out

Your relentless begging
Over and over
You keep playing mind games, with me!
Begging me, for mercy
To come back,
One, last, time...

With my swollen eyes
Broken bones
Twisted up, insides
My heart is torn!
“Are you a dead man walking?"
“Do you not ‘feel’ no more”?
Will I get to see tomorrow’s sunrise
If, I stay another day with you...

Playing Russian roulette with my life
I am terrified, I am petrified!
My eyes are blind
My heart too forgiving!
But, I am not leaving.

“Will I become a cold case murder, one day?"
I wonder...
At the hands, of my own stupidity!
“What will you do on that day, dear lover?"
“Will you lie and be deceitful?"
“Will you hide things?"
Just like, you did from me!

Will, you ‘vow’ devotedly
You did it all in the name of ‘Love?'
Will you brag about
Your ‘bitter, sweet victory?
Open wounds
Bleeding soul
Release me free
From this man’s betrayal!

Premium Member A Midst of a Abusive Verbal Relationship

 I am at the midst;
A the way she so insist;
Adrift your sarcasms;
This jaunt reaction;
I’m sorely displeased;
On how you verbally abuse me;

Alas you’re not raising a baby;
I’m a grown man,  I know what I am;

The Abusive Quiver

I TREMBLE and SHAKE just like a convulsive e a r t h q u a k e
when I think of those nights you seethed in my youthful room-
Didn’t you think of all the good you always had at stake?
Well, I’m sure not sorry to see you in that cryptic tomb.

I prayed for constant alleviation from the sins that you rendered,
I TREMBLE and SHAKE just like a convulsive e a r t h q u a k e -
You still couldn’t stop the abuse all those times I surrendered,
it's sad to think about all the joy in my life I’ve had to fake.

Tremors of disgust...father, why am I here at your dire wake?
I just sit alone in the corner chair and wither in complete silence-
I TREMBLE and SHAKE just like a convulsive e a r t h q u a k e ,
remembering all the oscillating moments of fury and violence.

Quivering in a magnitude no other human can comprehend,
being just a child, it’s unbelievable how much you can take-
My innocence embezzled, what more could you apprehend?
I TREMBLE and SHAKE just like a convulsive e a r t h q u a k e .

I Cry For My Mother

I cry for my mother
because that voice, which is like a shear,
presses its blade unto her skin—
drip — gore oozes from the wound; she doesn’t shed a tear,
but i feel it within.

that voice, which is like a shark,
sinks its teeth around her head—
slowly enough to hear the crunch of her skull,
But i feel it instead.

That voice, which is like a noose,
tightens its rope around her throat—
not even a whisper gets loose,
feeling it too, I’m choked.

I cry for my mother
because that voice used to belong to her lover
but now it cuts her and she suffers,
I wish for a father who loves and loves her

Self Abusive

damn
i just
relasped
and i
cant grasp
the concept
that i
let myself
go
going to
the point
where im
losin all
control
but i
cant hold
on
its the
same old
song
and ive
been singing
it
for far
too long
i cant
stay
strong
and its
upsetting
and im
betting
that i'll
never change
am i
better off
locked in
a cage
away from
the world
i'll contemplate
it
as i
twirl this
blunt
rolling a
fat one
to go
on a
hunt
to make
some money
im not
stupid
but i
act like
a dummy
and doing
dumb ****
but i
cant split
from myself
im stuck
with the
thoughts
in my
mind
and responsible
for my
health
drugs for
me
is like
water
to the
wicked witch
and its
gonna make
me melt
cuz i
felt it
once before
two or
three times
maybe four
and im
sure
im headed
for danger
trying to
break
into a
car
with a
metal hanger
so you
better have
an alarm
on your
ranger
cuz im
coming
to do
something
and youll
end up
with nothing
cuz i'll
have it
all
i hate
when i
take the
devils call
cuz i
know eventually
i will
fall
flat on
my face
and catch
a case
losing my
personal space
no good
time
for me
i just
need to
believe
that i
can stay
clean
it hurts
so much
i just
wanna scream

SPECTRUM 6 WRITTEN ON 5-1-2013

Abusive Hot Line

he Was an abusive man and led her by the hand
Took her to a room and beat her till she was black and blue
In fear she didn’t know what to do , so she called the
ABUSIVE HOTT LINE – they told her to come in and she’d be fine.

With this group there was no hesitation
They filled out the reports and took her to the police station.
A restraining order was filed to protect her and her child.

He had done this many times before and they let him walk out the door.
No others had filed charges against him and he’d walk out with a grin.
But with her he could not be within fifty yards
Otherwise he’d be charged.

The ABUSIVE LINE is open to everyone
Don’t wait till they have a gun.
The abuser wants to be in control of your mind, body and soul.
To them it’s the greatest power to control your every hour.
And put fear in your mind and keep you meek so you stay in line
No matter where you live you will find an ABUSIVE HOT LINE..
Reach out while you can and get yourself a helping hand.
