Premium Member AIDS and HIV of SENIOR CITIZENS

            Senior citizens getting afraid
as it's true and also well said.
All of them are just carrying AIDS.
Off and on, are using Band AIDS.
Many of them use Hearing AIDS.
            Each to accept Medical AIDS
           Even some receive Organ AIDS
          Children send Monetary AIDS.

             Vulnerable to HIV
             While senior citizen might be..
             Fact, though may be astonishing.
What to do ! Hair Is Vanishing.
              HIV : Abbreviation !
              Oblivious - not to mention.

Hope Beyond Red Ribbon

A red thread we wear with pride,
For the love that won’t subside.
In shadows deep; the fight was born,
Yet through the dark, a new dawn shone.

A virus does not define the soul,
Courage and strength play the role.
The world unites to heal the scars,
With hope that shines like endless stars.

Science and care; a hand in hand,
Breaking chains, we boldly stand.
No stigma, no shame; only grace,
Compassion shines on every face.

For those we've lost; we shed a tear,
For those who fight; we persevere.
Together, the world will find its way,
To brighter tomorrows on World AIDS Day.

AIDS

AIDS

Things newly discovered that cause AIDS are:
those whom posses a
cheery and casual manner, and
shouts made to
grab the attention of
ships.

Ode To Defenceless Aids

I fear
to be myself
deeply involved
health they say
is wealth
nor if medication
wouldn't give
a lasting solution
rest my limbs
and nose
nor those that
I marked sighing
and fading
nor those now
I detected
in streams
makes me happy
or by mere
looking
why untold,...?
why dead and skeleton?
why defenceless head
and heart?
what are those sum of
pains?
who is who?
I fear
to exhaust mine
or keep lossing
I fear over spending
then and now.

Premium Member San Francisco Aids Year English Couplet

There was a sense a feeling a consciousness
Ill and loosing friends long ago in San Francisco
Visiting when I was sharing vanilla shakes
All that he could eat and enough for me
We both tired so quickly, sitting together
Watching a tv show, washing his dishes
There was so much fear and ignorance
People did not want to learn or read
I miss him even now after so many years
Remembering those young days gone by
Blue skies, gray fog, white clouds
Tall Eucalyptus trees aromatic leaves waving
High up in the hill, a white cross waiting for Easter
Moments soft and quiet, caring contemplation
The worries, the pain, the uncertainty, still there
That sense of awareness, even a presence
A kindness, a Force seemed near
As we struggled to be alive as much
As we were allowed as the fog rolled in
And the nights grew dark and cold
The city lights, and the soft winds,
Gave us a kind of ease and even acceptance ensued
A sense of a Force that was close by
Ready to receive us and bring peace
Something — a presence without judgement
Was there -- that ended the burden of life when it was too much to bear
A Force universal, a Force that was waiting a Force that was aware

All Is Fair In Love and War

The pandemic unfolds, relentlessly
Hiding here and there, shamelessly
Guerilla tactics in the crowded jungle
An uninformed battle line can only bungle

So we are back to commodity trading
Peddling wares whose glamour is fading
Selling systems which worked in yesteryear
Declaring of home-grown innovation, real fear

Mentally and emotionally we are at the ceiling
Tomorrow may bring the unknown feeling
Living in the past, we go back to school
Trying to see, who’s the bigger fool

When AIDS hit, we rallied our front line forces
MERS and SARS followed the same courses
The text book on this one has not been written
So with Hydroxychloroquine we remain smitten

Intellectual Aids

Academic Immune Deficiency,
the intellect under attack

Those powered to know, ivory towers enthroned,
dialectic—its meaning hijacked

Premium Member Royal Decree Aids Racers Degree

The sweet royal decree made by me
Helped my great drivers win the grand prix,
Their keen pit crews readily agree
Fine majestic designs made by me

Helped them win in six laps, and let them be
The royal big winners in a spree,
Earned our racers number one degree,

So the rest of you please let them be.
So I saved the day, me and my royal decree.

Hiv and Aids

Poems we can tell
HIV AND AIDS

Am a killer
No weapon forged against me prosper,
Truly , this is not a thriller
Here I stand as conqueror.

I killed thousands, with no mercy
In some of you, am producing off springs,
But this is not the end, there is another chance,
Start ARTs, follow instructions, then you fly without wings.

Before taking a ride
Better to decide,
Whether, live in agony of chide
Or paradise on earth with pride.

Enjoying unprotected sex
Is the riddle of the hungry,
This is no time of being careless
HIV virus is real, say no strongly.

Readers for HIv
Free world, we are;
Failure in abstaining, succeed i condomizing
For only life can take as far.

Let us then be up and doing,
With a heart for any safety,
And we keep desperate hearts from drowning
For together we stand, divided we fall, this is reality.

                                                                                                               By Smart Grey Magwaya

17 Time Stealeth Away.
18 Existing No Longer.

Premium Member Band Aids

One blond small frame curled up
in my lap, an arm around my waist
One small finger trails the leather straps
     and small metal strips
           that keep me upright:
               "Why are these there Darren?"
                    "Because my back hurts, sweetie"

Silent debating in baby brain,
     reworking information to
          easy to swallow bits

"Shall I kiss the boo boo away?"
Her head disappears into tickling kisses
that make me squirm and giggle

"Does it still hurt?" "Yeah, sorry baby"
She sprints, runs, jumps screaming
in delight, returns with a handful
          of Dora band-Aids

At this very moment she is playing
     somewhere, with her toys
My harness is plastered with Dora

I've never been so decorated in my life.
