Falling in love
Is not a simple affair
Romance carries the spark
That shines in your heart
Love carries the light
That brightens up your grief
Jealousy carries the fire
That burns your rationality
Lovely the spark
Eagerly you pursue
Cheerful the light
Fully you absorb
Painful the fire
Deeply you suffer
And this is something serious called
falling in love
Falling in love can be something unquestionable
But in the name of god
Still has to be kind and rational
As everyone has the right of falling in love
But with the blessing of god
Still has to be decided by serendipity
A match of maybe one in a million
And so everyone must value love

If you wonder why to men many
Womenfolk seldom seem born funny,
The reason’s straight forward
Based on what I’ve observed:
They need no humour to please any,
To them spade’s not just spade—
And menfolk included,
Let men give this truth not a penny.

Pandemic raging, many women work from home. And with domestic help either not available or not advisable, they have to look after the house, children and the kitchen.
Obviously they are hard pressed for the luxury of a lighter mood, and may give an impression that they lack a funny bone
