Behold the Lord God magnificent
stand in holy awe at His presence
for only He is God the Great one
believing in God makes perfect sense
The Lord God is good to all
all means exactly what it says
everyone needs to recognise this
God the great provider all our days
This God is full of tender mercy
His perfect love is so mercifully good
what a God this is, so bountiful
trust and obey God no matter your mood
The great creator is the Lord God
for this creator made everything
all His works belong to Him
such assurance truly makes you sing
So let us bring our God praise
give Him the glory that He's due
wonderful glorious is God almighty
the Lord tells eternally, God loves you!
("The Lord is good to all,
and his mercy is over all that he has made.")
Psalm 145: 9) ESV
From the point of many seasons gone,
I am framed back to an earlier time,
Where caution and restraint have not been realized
and eager anticipation awaits.
A time of young promise and hopeful dreams,
when life is at full zest, bringing its riches to bear,
beckoning on, offering the summer of youth
to explore and enjoy.
For it is the time of hatching memories
from the cocoons of wonder.
The time when buds bloom revealing petals
that only dress one garden.
Oh, the beauty of youth in the summer of life!
Breathtaking, captivating and so perfectly arraigned
with vibrant callings and colorful awakenings,
soft and light, destined to wing our lives forward.
To soon it seems this season passes,
that is what frames it, I suppose,
This portrait of promise and reflection
Kindles today with yesterday.
Being now at a more vigilant place,
Where wisdom and experience dance,
Offering a minuet of experience,
I reflect with grateful satisfaction.
145 days ago your soul left your body and went to an unknown.
145 days ago you gasped your last breath on this earth, all alone.
145 days ago we wouldn't be aware of your spirits dimmed once beaming flare, until your body was to be identified by the woman who gave you air.
145 days ago our lives changed forever. The big sister I knew was gone and she wasn't coming back, not now not ever.
35 years ago you were just a little lamb. Wherever did time go wrong, to put you in harm's hands. Sometimes my days just blur. How I wish this feeling of missing wasn't for her.
145 days ago a light was put out and transferred about.
On the 146th day I looked up and decided to pray, to give me strength for the next 145 days.
Crying fully out of my heart
promising to keep all your law
calling to you my sovereign Lord
'I need to be saved' words to draw
In all of this your words I see
makes one get up before dawn
in your words alone I do hope
words of beauty like a smooth lawn
Early in the morning, I can see
all your revelation you have revealed
so to meditate on God's promise
what riches God's duly sealed
God is our judge in giving life
in God's love, I listen for His voice
these lawbreakers show their evil
rejecting your law they're full of noise
I feel your presence very near
believing your testimonies be so true
since early childhood, I've ever known
you've founded them from ever new
(This is my " Psalm 119 project" which I began to write a couple of years ago, so this is the nineteenth poem of twenty-two poems I've written over that time to cover all of Psalm 119.)
Air throughout,
it checks.

Inspired by Vivaldi Autumn adagio
two birds on a branch
one day they bring a message
soon they will be three
One little girl of two years, with three white anemones in her hand
Hooray, spring is here ~ both humans and animals understand

Every day we live on the earth
many struggles come our way
so often we would like some help
but pride makes us want to stay
This is a really amazing promise
every day I will bless you
ponder this much in your mind
for indeed this is completely true
When you are God's own people
seeking to live in His holy will
you have His assurance ever close
listening to His voice is your daily drill
Remember these first two keywords
every day spoken by God no less
what a great loving heavenly father
wishing to clothe your holy dress
Bathe oneself in this verse
never let it go out of your mind
believe this coming down from God
for in His perfect love so very kind
('Every day I will bless you
and praise your name forever and ever.')
Psalm 145: 2 (ESV)
"I will" has resounding sound truly
there's a definite certainty about it
the psalmist makes a sure response
to meditate on the perfect fit
This is the God of the universe
who calls us to forever follow
for His glorious splendour so bright
makes mundane life so very hollow
What splendour is this majesty
of the God who rules supreme
so good just to meditate on Jesus
remember this is not just a dream
The maker of all His wondrous works
showing His hand in His creation
this is glorious majesty supreme
making such spiritual sensation
('On the glorious splendour of your majesty,
and on your wondrous works, I will meditate.')
Psalm 145: 5 (ESV)
See a pin, pick it up,
And all day long you'll have good luck.
See a pin, pick it up,
And all day long you'll have a pin
“Has anyone told you they love you today?
Has anyone told you they love you today?
Has anyone told you they love you today?”
I love me,
I love me,
I love me
