August Wedding Poems and Vows

The Wedding of Ron and Linda Marie
Away from Rome they drive two-hundred miles Calabria is their destination. A wedding at the villa; they’re all smiles! It’s a time for joyous celebration. On August twenty-second, guests shall see a lady fair with her own “honey-poo,” the union of two soul mates meant to be! My wish is that their love stay strong and true. For Dr. Ram Metha's Contest on the form Epithalamium

Her Wedding
It’s been a funny summer, June skipped into August and was gone. How did we miss that afternoon? It’s been a funny summer. June just packed her bags. No honeymoon. The whole production overdrawn, it’s been one funny summer. June skipped into August and is gone.

Wedding Bells In August
Late summer, beautiful noonday, Season's flowers bright array, Lovers here promised to be true; Came a time they said, "I do." Wandering breeze, blushing bride, Handsome groom his certain stride. Came the hour they both said, "Yes." Church to witness, God to bless. Ceremony drifted on summer's dream, Radiant as sunbeams on a stream. Came a day they said, "I will." As the redbird paused its trill. All the throng the lovers charmed! Left church each other's arms. Came a time her name was Mrs-- In an age of starlight kisses!
