Contest Description

What to Submit?

This is a form I have created called "The Photograph" Look at a photograph that is meaningful to you(it could be a family photo, a newspaper photo, a magazine, even the news or a painting) and write about it in 3 verses of 6 lines with one line being a short refrain of three to four words placed somewhere in each verse and is indented 20 spaces and this also becomes your title. Please don't use the refrain in my example poem, Frozen in Time, create your own.

A quote can be added at the top or bottom. Put the quote in quotation marks. The poem can be left aligned or centered or written in any creative way  Keep the lines medium length.

YOU MUST USE THE WORD PHOTOGRAPH, PAINTING, ETC IN YOUR POEM SOMEWHERE OR EVEN IN YOUR QUOTE SO IT IS OBVIOUS THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE REFLECTING ON.  see my example poem

Narrative-
Definition A narrative is story-telling, in the form of a poem, where events or accounts are chronicled throughout the tale to the reader, or audience.

My example poem is called - Frozen in Time
