another version of "Frozen In Time"

Suspended In Time

The magic of a moment
standing still forever
a snapshot casually taken
for my heart to cling to
to tightly hold on to
                    suspended in time

In spite of the years flying by
as they do fast and furious
let me touch them and feel them 
in one tangible snapshot
capturing the instant precious
                    suspended in time

You grow up so fast
right before my eyes
a whisper to the wind
how I treasure in my heart
these moments captured
                    suspended in time
