Preparing Your Entry
Okay fellow poets, for this contest I want you all to imagine yourself in your teen years (your age is in between 16 to 18) and you people are high school students, of course everyone have crush on their classmates, right? So what you need to do is to write a letter to your school crush. Remember that you are a teenager and the setting is the class,
in your letter, you must include the following
Why exactly do you like him/her?
For how long have you been thinking about him/her
Why do you think that he/she should go out with you
And most importantly you people need to ask him/her for a date(make this confession as cute and pure as possible)
Okay there you go, make sure that your poem is good enough and that you manage to impress your crush,
English Language
Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.
