How do I turn on commenting on my poetry

In my settings, the Yes is marked to accept comments.

However, I must have inadvertently turned off comments elsewhere.

Under the least line of my poems, it says that the author is not accepting comments.

Can you help me turn comments on again.  Unfortunately, I've been gone etc and it's been turned off for a month or more....
