Gratitude for the Soup Community

It's the day after TG and I am so grateful for the Soup Community.  I sense that each of us is struggling in some area of life.  Yet, we use our writing as a tool to bring beauty and light to our own spirits and  to the community at large.  What can be better than this?

Thankfully, my daughter had a good day on TG.  Appreciate all of you who responded to my post.  Unfortunately, my brother, who had a stroke, last Jan, had a seizure and is in the hospital.  Our family bonds are strong and we will meet this challenge together.  Yet it is sad.  I still miss the person he was.  There's that quality of acceptance vs nonacceptance again.

I was able to talk to all my kids and grandkids over the holiday YEAH!
